From "start to finish" my experience with Rawlings and their staff especially Allyson & Ari was both exceptional & professional. The setup time for my in-home consultation was within a day & with their carpet style & color recommendations a decision was easily made. Delivery & installation dates occurred as predicted. For two rooms, stairs & a hallway it only took two days for the experienced installers. Allyson followed-up the project completion with an in-home inspection. Would definitely utilize Rawlings for further projects & would highly recommend them"

My mother hired them to remodel her master bathroom. It took five months from start until the last problem was addressed to finish a job that was estimated to take 2-4 weeks. The finish product looks decent, but anything that could have been done wrong, was done wrong by unskilled labor, and poor project management. Buyer beware.

This place and first choice restoration has been an awful experience for my in-laws. We are over 8 months in to a kitchen remodel that still isn’t done. The counter top came in today and doesn’t cover the same area the old one did. They painted our kitchen the wrong color. They still haven’t reinstalled any functioning appliances, our house is a mess. The workers from first choice don’t clean up. We lost a bunch of cabinet space. This kitchen restoration has completely ruined the kitchen. We got lower quality cabinets then we had before, less cabinets, delay after delay and no work done in between. Steer clear of first choice restorations and rawleys. The management team has let this project be mismanaged and the home owners stress without any care of what they’re going through having no kitchen coming up on a year. I wish I could give a lower rating

This updates an earlier review that was made in error. I contracted with Rawling's for a bath remodel and have been completely amazed at their design work and material choices. Work is about 95% complete and it has turned out to exceed expectations. These are good people who take great care.

I needed new carpet in a hurry. Chris at Rawlings got me the perfect carpet and had it installed in less than 48 hours. The install looks great. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. Prices very fair. Will go back for all my future flooring needs.

Rawlings Flooring America put in new vinyl plank flooring in my house and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. This really helps with pets, and it looks so much better than the old flooring and tile. Everything was taken care of from start to finish, and the the workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended!!

Craig & Cindy are great people to work with. They care about you and your needs first. I personally have not had the pleasure of having them do work for me, but they have don'e work for a lot of my friends and it's beautiful. Customer service is top notch!

So many different products, colors, styles to choose from in different price ranges. The staff has been extremely helpful, especially Lizzy, who is helping me with flooring. They also have installers if you need them. They were recommended by our contractor and I will definitely recommend them highly to my friends & family.

I purchased a piece of carpet and Rawlings Flooring America took care of arranging to get the edges bound. I went into the store several times looking at carpet samples. Our experience with Rawlings has been spectacular! They've very detail oriented and do actually care about customer satisfaction. Are they the cheapest game in town? I doubt it. But it would be hard to beat their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship. Recently we've had them lay new wood laminate flooring in a hallway and a bedroom, new tile in a bathroom and living room, rebuild a bathroom vanity, replace the backsplash, re-install a sink and toilet, replace a set of stairs with hardwood, and do quite a bit of trim and painting. Their in-house designers did an excellent job working with me and my wife to pick out colors and patterns that matched what's already in our house, and no detail was overlooked. The pre-install estimate was very detailed (right down to the grout types, colors, tile patterns, baseboard materials, adhesives, trim pieces, transitions, etc.) and every aspect of it was explained to my wife and I in great detail to make sure there would be no surprises once work actually began. The actual installation and other work is done by outside contractors but the contractors Rawlings uses are top notch. You should see the quality of the tile job they did in our living room. The partial tiles that lay along each wall perfectly match the width of their counterparts on the opposite wall, and the grout lines are all a consistent width. These details are not necessarily difficult to achieve, but they do require craftsmen that take pride in their work and are willing to put in the pre-planning and layout necessary for the task at hand. No corner-cutting here. Furthermore, our living room is an odd shape necessitating several intricately cut tiles to properly fit the corners and the area around the fireplace. Rawlings installers cut and clipped and trimmed and got those tiles fit in there perfectly. The same can be said for the laminate flooring. Partial width pieces lengthwise along opposite edges of the room are parallel to the walls and equal in width. Details count with these guys. I should also point out that a Rawlings project manager is assigned to each job (ours was Janie -- thanks, Janie!) and that person is on site at least once a day, EVERY day to make sure things are being done properly and to make sure the contractors working the job are getting the materials and support they need when they need them. We couldn't be happier. If we have more work like this to be done in the future, these will be the guys to do it.

If you're interested in new flooring make sure you stop in at Rawlings Flooring.. They're showroom is amazing and they will give good honest advise because that's what they do. Flooring.!! Forget the box stores and get quality flooring and excellent customer service..
