I recently had Allan come to my home to do a spray. He is always very friendly, courteous, and makes us feel comfortable. He walks us through his process and politely asks what our preferences are as far as spraying inside or outside first, asking if we want the garage done. All in all, I highly recommend Allan from Pointe Pest. He's awesome! 10 Stars all around!

I contacted Pointe just for a single spray and didn't want a contract . The guy told me that they would come spray then return in 30 to kill any remaing eggs ect. But said if I see anything before the 30 days , to call and they would come back without charge. I paid for the 1st spray and seen spiders about 10 days after so I called and they came out. Then they missed their 30day appointment to get remaing eggs , didn't show up or even call. Then I received a bill from them, they never even showed up. I called about the bill and was told i was being charged for the spray 10days after the 1st spray which was supposed to be free. I told them I wasn't paying for services they said was free. When I asked why they didn't show for the final spray they told me that the guy changed his mind on the verbal agreement we had. Which I was never informed about. Now they sent it to collection and ruined my credit score which I need for a loan to build our home. I would gladly pay this if I owed it, but Idon't. How can a company say you owe something you dont and mess up your credit DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LIE TO YOU
