I went to return some fish that did not survive after the initial purchase. I was told to bring my receipt after going over the return policy. Brought pictures with time stamps of fish. Upon coming to fulfil the refund/replace. The cashier left their post for a few min to talk to the manager. Came back w/o said manager telling me the policy was different than explained prior. I need to have my dead fish and a sample of the water. In other words, I had to keep a rotting fish(es) and bring my water to prove I didn’t kill my fish before a replacement came. Pet Supply was going to make me haggle over $6 of fish over a policy they didn’t tell me and a manager that didn’t have the decency to resolve customer service issues. 1/5 stars. Don’t go if you like good customer service. Tri-Cities has better options.

Staff is amazing. Made us feel as if we were long time customers. They treated our little Maulie so well she didn't want to stop getting love from the staff. The selection and cleanliness of this store is just amazing. I love that they have all the discounted items right at the from of the store. Their fish are awesome and we saw zero floaters like in the larger pet stores. Overall what made us come back immediately the next day was the staff. They are awesome especially the manager, didn't get his name but you can tell he enjoys what he does along with everyone else we spoke to.

Though this is a franchise, I consider it as local as can be. I found prices equal to the " box store" normal prices. Store was very clean. Looking forward to see what Black Friday prices will be like. Coupons are fairly good, but not deeply discounted. This is our new pet store.

I went in wanting to switch my dogs food brand. I have 4 dogs all in different stages, ages and breeds. One of the team members spent so much time with me giving me ideas, advice, information on brands, and helped me decide what to get. He also gave me some samples to try. What a great guy. The manager also answered some questions I had about some concerns I heard about a recalled food. I also use their grooming service and love them. Thank you all so much, you are the best! 💙

Went to go get my yorkies haircut here by Arica and she did a BEYOND fantastic job! I’m literally so obsessed, my little guy looks so freaking handsome and she’ll definitely be our new regular groomer. She was professional, super sweet, and very knowledgeable about helping us figure out what kind of style we wanted for his cut. Seriously DO NOT hesitate to make the appointment with her! We’re very lucky to have found such an amazing groomer. Thank you again Arica ☺️

So I’ve shopped at this store since they opened & me & my sister both went in there to ask questions about their return policy before buying Anything! The manager that we talked with was a nice woman & said we could bring back Any food that was OPENED or UNOPENED!! No questions asked & it would be donated no problem to a shelter!! However after a few months or so I returned to the store & I decided to buy a different dog food than my dog normally eats thinking that I could return it. This time there was a new manager there it was a gentleman, and he kept trying to get me to buy the store brand dog food that I didn’t want. He was very pushy about it, and I almost had to kind of fight with him about the fact that I didn’t want to get that brand, so I bought the brand that I wanted to originally and my dog didn’t like it so I went to return it & the manager was VERY RUDE & said absolutely not!! We do not do that here! I will be buying my dog food elsewhere from now on because I know Petco & Petsmart will take any food back if it makes your dogs sick or doesn’t like it Don’t even get me started on Customer Service awful Is it understatement! Me and my sister went in there on a different day & there was a gentleman standing at the checkout counter for 20 minutes And we thought OK maybe they’re getting him something, but that wasn’t the case me and my sister looked all over the store and didn’t find one person They were all in the back doing whatever for 20 Minutes I will be taking my business elsewhere & so will my sister

Arica is the best dog groomer I’ve ever had! Hands down. I’ve never had a better groomer and I have tried many. Many. Arica takes pride in her work and she always earns my 15-20% tip. We always take our dogs to her and they come back happy! Take your dogs to Arica, you won’t be disappointed!

PLEASE don't sell animals. In many states it is now illegal, hopefully WA will have enough compassion to follow BUT even if they don't the pet stores should and have enough integrity not to profit off the backs of defenseless animals and as I understand this store is not a franchise , it's privately and independently owned so the owner can make such a decent call not to cage them and profit off them. There are too many rescuers and shelters packed to their limit because of abused and unwanted animals. Plus all you're doing is supporting puppy mills and backyard breeders all of which are lazy disgusting people. Pet stores only add to the problem. So with that said, my visit was my first and last until they show some integrity. I honestly wish I'd never even bothered walking around this place. Seeing poor animals in dirty conditions made me angry and disgusted. And I do believe the owner was working that day as well so no excuse. I am a loyal shopper. But I refuse to support a business who shows lack of compassion.

We are always greeted upon entering the store. The owner is friendly and very willing to help. We had a 25% off coupon, and that was for the whole order, including already on sale items. Everyone there is friendly and willing to help.I even saw the owner take large bags of dog food out to a customers car and put it in her car so she didn't have to lift it.Great customer service

Very disappointed in the store and its price matching as I was going to get a betta fish from the already slim and mis priced betta selection here at pet supplies plus some of the betta fish are sick and very slim and floating side ways due to swim bladder. I bring up the female betta which was label something else which brought up the price to 17 dollars plus’s tax and I asked about the price match as this betta fish was clearly female and is only about 3.99 at petco and pet smart as I showed a picture to price match the cashier was a nice young lady who was going to do the price match as the older man next her jumps on saying he will not allow the price match of that much value and walked me to the betta selection saying we do get the 3.98 betta but don’t have any at the moment as you see and I point to another female crown tail betta which would also be priced at petco and petsmart for 3.99 which was labeled here at pet supplies plus for 19.98 dollars and I asked if this was really the price for this one and he says yes and I said these are not labeled correctly as it would be way cheeper at the petco or the petsmart and would not honer the sale. The older guy who stepped in and said he would not honer the deal was also dealing with another customer before me was also trying to price match some cat and dog food and was also giving her a hard time for trying to price match as well and it put him in a sour mood which unfortunately is when he stared to give me an attitude.

I went there out of curiosity - and need to point out here that I have cats and not dogs. The store carries some of the brands my cats go for and some that I wasn't familiar - their brand. The store was clean, the kittens for adoption were fed and had litter boxes (and one was adopted the same day!). Staff was friendly and responsive.I think they are geared more towards dogs than cats, but that may be location dependent (judging by the amount of isles). Still, good selection of food for the kitties. I will visit the store (or its franchise sister) again.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday. I went in on my birthday wanting a cat. The staff Help me pick one out and when I was feeling out the paperwork they walked me around the store. And I got everything I needed for my cute little baby. They also help me to my car. What an amazing staff they have. Highly recommended

I visited this business, and I must say. The conditions their kittens are living in. Is disturbing to say the least. There's a 5 week old kitten in a cage. With nothing more than a bowl of dry cat food, with a can of wet food sitting on top of it. A kitchen of that age should still be drinking milk. There was no litter box. Just a blanket. In my opinion these guy's shouldn't selling kitten's. Pet supplies and selling potential pets don't always go hand in hand. Not to mention the overall attitude of the guy running the place wasn't good. In my opinion. I pray that little Apple sauce survived and found a loving ❤️ forever home. 🙏

This place is cute with decent variety but the way the animals were kept was upsetting. Especially for a pet store of all places. One of the ferrets was sleeping in the litter and it was clear both had been using corners of the cage for a bathroom for idk how long, it was dirty and empty except for that and the food which looked soggy for some reason.The cat area was similar.And while they have decent prices other places have tags I also don't have to price match for a better price.We won't be coming back to this place which is unfortunate because it's closer to me than other places.

I had brought my dog in for a haircut and when I got her back she had a deep cut on her neck i had to take her to the doctor to make sure it wasn’t infected when I brought it up to the pet supply manager they never sent me anything back.

I'm doing this on behalf of my friend and her dog Kylo. After he came back from the groomer he had severe itching and hair loss on his hindquarters and could not stop chewing and itching his skin poor pup. His owner has tried multiple things to find a solution from allergy supplements to flea and tick spray. She is not sure if the groomer left the de-shedding solution on for too long or dried out his skin for too long. His tail hair is coming out as well. She's now taking him to the vet soon to hopefully find a solution. I don't like to leave reviews like this to places I may need to go to for pet supplies but I feel this couldn't go unsaid. I hope this helps the business out in the long run and Pet Supplies Plus is around for the future

The customer service is great. Everyone is happy and quick to help. The prices rival Everyone including Chewy. They price match on line and brick and mortar stores. It's now my go to pet supply store.
