Great place to shop for your pets. Whole staff is really nice and go above and beyond to help out when needed. Might be a little on the spendy side, but definitely worth it for the service and quality of items you receive.

I’ve been shopping here for years, and highly recommend it; I foster cats and have rescues of my own with a variety of health issues and special needs. The staff is excellent: friendly and highly knowledgeable (especially Steve). The Paws team can help with any dietary needs or restrictions, in addition to over-the-counter medications and hygiene products. Great sales in the clearance section and around the holidays. In addition to being a small business, the store is highly supportive of the local rescue community as well. Truly a one-stop shop.

compare the price of everything here to another store and you will realize it is marked up 20- 30 percent more expensive herewatch them get rid of price matching lol they also hang on to you like one lady said below as if you are stealing and its really awful customer service. Nice try lol

I was the lucky recipient of a large jar of goodies for my cat that was purchased from this store. My wife was the winner of the raffle for the jar of kitty goodness and gave it to me for my ginger kitty "Mooch"My cat loved everything. From the cute toys, to the cat food and treats. I'm giving this posting because we both wondered where the treats camera from and I googled it and this place was it. Yay!!!! Mooch will be pleased. Great store. They will for sure be on my choice of places to get treats my cat loves. Thank you from me and Mooch.

The sales associate was really helpful and knowledge about a specific dietary issue my puppy is having. I was feeding a dog food most would consider a higher quality food. But after talking to her I was convinced to try a different brand. No pressure from her at all but her argument made sense. The associate was a petite young woman who helped me on 6/20/23

I love what this store sales, and the owners are great and everything in the store is healthy for your dog so you don't have to spend hours read ing labels which is nice BUT I cant stand the way the employees hang on you like your gonna steel something. Very annoying.

I like small businesses and want to support this place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I bring my dog in there with no problem. Some prices of the products are high. Others are not. They always have a discount area. My dog is happy she gets a free treat every time I bring here there

This store has so many types of pet food and other items such as vitamins, toys, homemade looking pet snacks, and other pet supplies. They have a small grass area just in front of the store where you might find dogs meeting for the first time. The staff always greet you and ask if they can assist. Their good location is adjacent to Costco, and I find it enjoyable to shop there.

Best pet shop around. It's huge. Has lots of options for both cats and dogs as well as reptiles and rodents i believe. They place orders for us and notify us when our food comes in. We live in a travel trailer and spend some parts of the year on the road and this is by far the most vast selection in a pet store we have seen for cats.Great customer service as well. They helped us figure out our cat's allergies. Both testing, and finding food that they could eat.

It's okay. It's really expensive and some of the item are over priced. You can find some of the dog toys cheaper. They did have this funny heel that's a dog bowl. They didn't have much shiba inu things. Examples key chains, ornaments etc.

I was in today looking for products for a new puppy and Kitty. I had questions and wallet to buy. I went up and down all they aisles in both sides of the store never addressed by anyone. There were just a couple of other customers in the store . Helping there selves. So I decided to leave as I get ready to walk out the door there was 2 employees now behind the counter. I walked up to them and stopped . Terrible horrible service.Iwill never go back.

I wish I had known about this place sooner. It has a great selection of treats and food that I feel good feeding my dogs. There are things I can't find at the big box stores so that is a added bonus on top of wanting to support local small businesses. Their prices from what I was purchasing were at or below what the box stores charge so it's even good financially to ship here.

Steve goes out of his way to make sure he is delivering quality, literally.Steve hikes six bags of food up my hill, after hours, to feed my starving mutts. Service above and beyond.I have bought about a thousand dollars worth of electronics from Steve. Some had an issue. He opened a new box and gave me a new one, no hassles, and dealt with the paperwork to get reimbursed himself, later, letting me get on with my day.I don't worry about prices -- Steve is proud of his business and if he charges more than THE LEAST expensive toy you can find on the internet, so be it. He delivers. He has a GREAT selection of products in a great location, and goes out of his way to make every customer happy.Kudos to you, Steve -- keep up the hard work.

Upstairs at the Emporium is where volunteers from Mikey's Chance host an event where they provide safe and legal adoption of rescue animals. Needless to say I think it's a wonderful place.
