Great service from start to finish. We had to replace our only 4 year old carpet in a new build home because it was not good quality and it was not installed or stretched properly causing major bumps all over. Keith at Murley’s was very professional and helpful and the new carpet was installed beautifully! Highly recommend! Before/after photos below.

Allie was amazing to work with at Murley’s. Her and her Manager Donavon made our experience so easy. We had a pipe break and needed to replace our flooring. She met with us multiple times and found the perfect floor for us. She had the construction guys there as soon as the flooring was delivered. They did a great job with installation. I would highly recommend Murley’s as the place to go!!

From our first contact with William at the store to the final close-out of the project William took care of every detail with complete professionalism. The subcontractors that did the work were professional and extremely good at what they do. A couple small issues came up during the process but were handled to our complete satisfaction. The new kitchen backsplash and the bathroom counter and backsplash turned out fantastic. We highly recommend you contact Murley’s for your renovation.

For the last three years I’ve been shopping new carpet for our upstairs bonus room and office. Whether it was warehouse stores or smaller full- service flooring stores, I always felt like they were too busy or inconvenienced with my questions…until I walked into Murley’s. From the minute my friend and I walked in it was a game changer. I was accompanying her to shop for hardwood with no intention of looking for carpeting but Kieyah was such an incredible sales associate that I felt I finally had someone that wanted my business. She asked the right questions, gave us her undivided attention and was focused on finding exactly what we were looking for. She engaged her colleagues if she wasn’t quite sure of the exact details of the product and followed up on every point.We had planned the afternoon on shopping other stores but walked out feeling she really earned our business. Getting to work with her manager Donavon was a bonus. The customer service teamwork was remarkable.My project was seamless, the follow through was fantastic and I am totally impressed with the finished project and entire experience. We wanted to have our carpet removed and have plank vinyl installed in it's place. We stopped by Murley's to talk about the process and services they offered and instantly were at ease about getting it going! Allie was so nice and helpful with deciding what kind of flooring to go with and walked us through every step. Very professional and was available for any concerns or questions throughout the install. We still have more rooms to have new flooring installed and Allie was so great that we are going to use Murley's again for that project. The installers were quick and did a wonderful job! Definitely happy with choosing Murley's for our new flooring and will recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for a new look!! Thank you Allie for being so wonderful!

Very easy to work with. Kaiya the Sales Rep was professional and extremely easy to reach. She was detailed and always checking in. Murleys took the time to check out the site and look at details such as making sure the new flooring lined up correctly to the old flooring and how to marry the flooring to the fireplace. The installer was very skilled and knew exactly how to get the job done. I’ll forever be a customer.

We met Dave Murley the owner, at one of the Home shows. He had the experience and background we wanted in someone to help us with carpet selections. Kieth, our contact, was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Victor, the installer was skilled and on time. Job was completed on time and beautiful. We recommend Murely’s. So when first contacted by Allie from Murley's for a consulation/bid on doing my floors, she asked what would earn her my business. I responded I was looking for competence and the ability to reassure me that the project would go smoothly. She was able to reassure me on all the the concerns and questions I had. She acted as my general contractor and she delivered what was promised. The week long installation of living, dining, kitchen and eating area flooring went seamlessly. She called all the players together at the house the Friday prior to start (installer, movers, plumbers) to ensure all understood the plan. She checked in regularly throughout the week and always did what she said she would. I cannot recommend her more highly. If there were more than 5 stars, Allie would definitely be receiving that score. You can count on her. She delivered what she promised! Thanks, Allie!

Murley’s just doesn’t stand behind the product they sell. My floors scratch extremely easy for being “scratch resistant” and there was minimal guidance with the purchasing process. They could see I had small children and I asked for durable, even dog proof flooring. So I will have some rustic floors here soon since they neglected to be forth coming with warranties and return policies, which is ZERO and details were not explained upon purchase. Even excess carpet they keep in stock can NOT be returned, (because what renovation project ever goes exactly as planned). This is a place that pushes product, they don’t help with the process or have the customers best interest. The manager was adamant they are not responsible for anything, when merely trying to understand next steps if any could be taken. A very hands off approach.

Our contractor steered us to Murley's, and we are so thankful he did. Murley's carries quality products; their installers are very skilled; and they are honest with their recommendations. Lauren Heen is very good at what she does, and she is the greatest person to work with. She gave us options, offered opinions on what looked good together, and was gently candid about what wouldn't go well together. Murley's also utilizes excellent subcontractors for cabinetry, granite, tile, and flooring. We are very happy with everything Murley's did in our large home addition, and we highly recommend them.

We worked with Lauren Heen during the design process and she was fantastic at helping us sort through the options and to make the choices that reflected what we wanted. She put together the work plan and schedule, and stayed with the project through execution - absolutely on top of the work. She lined up her team of installers and gave us great referrals for additional work we wanted to have done beyond the Murley project. Lauren’s star craftsman was Jose who gave us a new shower and bathroom floor that wildly exceeded our expectations. Jose combined his craft with art and attention to detail that blew us away. Our space was small and the installation was pretty straightforward, but we saw photos of Jose’s other projects and realized the work he did for us was only the tip of the iceberg. Go to Murley’s, ask for Lauren, and ask for Jose.

The people at Murley’s Floor Covering were great to work with. I worked specifically with Alexis Lusch. She was instrumental in helping me make the purchase of new flooring for my new home even when I wasn’t in the same state. She held my hand throughout the whole process, from selection to installation. She is extremely knowledgeable about flooring and paid close attention to details I would have been completely ignorant about. I highly recommend Murley’s Floors. Make sure to ask for Alexis.

This would be a 5 star review if the communication with Donavan was better. We started out with Alexis - she was great, the only reason we went with Murley's was because she put us at ease through the whole process. Then Alexis was gone and Donavan took over, never communicated with us that she was gone and he was taking over. We communicated with Donavan about needing a quote for an island a day after we picked out the countertop for the island and still two weeks later no quote and no communication for the quote. Then tried to get a quote again after floor was installed and he never returned with a quote or contacted us. We have been forced to start again with trying to get a quote with another company. The floor was installed with carpeting and vinyl flooring. Would highly recommend the installer. The installer and his staff were friendly, very helpful and did an excellent job.

Flooring was installed in a satisfactory manner the trim details were good in the utility room and guest bathroom but the kitchen wasn’t as clean. I believe the trim used in the kitchen was not as good of a match due to cabinets being a different color and a lot of numerous cuts and angle. The job was completed in a timely manner and the installers were very professional during the entire process.

She had picked out some Mosiac Tile for this project through the help of representative from Murley's Floor Covering. Very professional woman. Knew products. Made my life easy. That was 5 years ago. Patty retired and I was fortunate enough to have Dave Murley himself handle my client's needs in Floor and Wall Tile, Carpeting and wood flooring.
