We recently completed our flooring project with the help of Luke’s Carpet. We replaced the house’s original 20 year old white carpet with Coretec ½ inch LVP, and my wife and I are incredibly happy with the results. Ken was amazing to work with. He helped us decide which type of flooring and brand would best suit our lifestyle and be easiest to DIY. After purchasing all of the materials, he provided advice on installation, even taking phone calls whenever we had questions during the install. When the materials arrived, we found several of the floorboards were damaged from the factory which Ken was able to refund.With family and pets visiting for the holidays, we got lots of foot traffic early on and the flooring has held up very well thus far. It’s also been easy to clean up afterwards using a Swiffer mop, vacuum, and our Roomba. Time will tell how well our amateur DIY will hold up, but we’re not concerned.We are very happy with the end product and the great customer service that Ken and Luke’s Carpet provided. When we are ready to replace the carpet in the bedrooms, we will definitely be coming back to Luke’s!

He’s been super helpful, has a great eye for detail and never makes us feel rushed while looking through multiple options. They also have great prices and if something is not in stock it ships quickly to the store. Will use them for all our interior needs in the future!

Phenomenal experience here. Ken really knows his flooring and explained it to me and my wife, so we could get the right flooring for our needs. Great selection of flooring. Pricing was great and service unmatched. They let us borrow multiple samples (and multiple boards in each sample) to make sure the flooring was the color we wanted.

I know that I’m particular, and finding exactly the color and type of wood flooring I wanted was becoming quite a challenge and time consuming. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and listened to all the things I said I wanted in a flooring. He found the perfect flooring and color at such an incredible price, I was able to also get carpeting for the rest of the house! Super excited with the floorings, and very pleased with Ken’s great customer service. Highly recommend spending money at a place that not only finds what you want at great prices, but makes the effort to make you feel like a person and not a sale. Thanks Luke’s….. and Ken!

My husband went in for Vapor barrier and an area rug. Ken was knowledgeable and so helpful, we ended up buying carpet for our home! Not only was he able to fit our budget, he referred us to a carpet layer that came out same day for measurements and pricing! The difference between buying local VS a big box store is the experience! Had the best experience with Royal at Luke’s Carpet! I had spent over two hours at another carpet store in town with a salesman who was inexperienced. I walked into Luke’s and met Royal and was out having made a purchase for 1400 sq ft within 20 minutes. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and answered all of my questions with a high degree of knowledge. There was flooring in stock and pricing information available without having to call a manufacturer who didn’t work on a weekend. Cannot recommend this place and these people more highly.

Royal is the man! we recently bought a new house and it needs floors throughout. We were on a budget but knew we needed something easy to install, looked good and that would last with kids..but also trying to stay within our budget. Royal spent his time with us, listening and working numbers asking us questions making sure we were getting the right flooring. Even after our purchase he answered questions regarding finishing touches! I have recommended him to all my family and friends as they are so impressed with the way our flooring came out! This store is Excellent if you want to save money. I just had a company quote me $16,000 to carpet my house. I went to Luke's recommended by a neighbor and I am quoted about $6000 for the same job. This is not hard to figure out who I am going with. BTW, The Design Consultant that I talked to was Mason Friestman/Ken Striegel. Outstanding young men. 👏

I had an excellent time shopping for granite and backsplash for my two bathrooms.Sydney was helping me through the whole process of finding me an installer, scheduling the install day, and following up with me after the install. I want to start this review out by saying how amazing every at Luke's carpet is. I spoke with everybody yesterday and they all were extremely helpful and kind. Whether it's the guy running the forklift or a manager they all are willing to drop everything to assist you. I was lucky enough to have Javonne help me out. I was not really there to buy carpet, I needed the old cardboard tubes for my Rescue Birds. Even though Javonne was dressed beautifully she still got her hands dirty. She reached in the bin and found me one. Well on my way out I saw a bunch of carpet rolls with New Tubes. So I decided to buy 4, not only for the tubes but to support their amazing business. So if you are ever in need of flooring, make sure you say hi to Javonne. She will liven up your day and make your experience amazing. The staff at Luke's is stellar! From Ken to Paul to the entire team! We had an amazing experience with the whole team. There were times when one of them was not available and another team member was kind enough to answer and help without making us feel like we were just a commission walking in the door. We made several trips (more than I would like to admit) trying to find the right flooring, trying to find the right backsplash. Some places would be frustrated with customers who just don't know what they're looking for, I am sure this can be frustratin. The team at Luke's were understanding and offered suggestions, allowed us to take items home to make sure they would work. (we did this many times) Never did they make me feel like I was wasting their time, they understood that when somebody's making a purchase for flooring or backsplash or anything for your home, It has to be right. This may take more trips than we want to make.I appreciate all of them because they worked as a team to help us.I will tell everyone what exceptional service I received from this local team and business!!Way to go Luke's!!Thank you!

160 sq yards of carpet installation finished today, and we are very pleased. Royal helped us with pet friendly Mohawk selection and recommended J&C Flooring for install. There was a slight defect in one spot of the carpet but they were very prompt to replace it and make it right which I greatly appreciated.
