Drivers, call if you're gonna be late. The load is picked in advance and staged at a door. If you miss your appointment time without prior notification, expect to be 'worked in' next shift or worse, pay a late restocking fee. Also, get a light weight at a certified CAT Scale prior to arrival if you want to avoid overweight issues. Scale ticket is your get out of jail free card. Love's in Pasco at Karchner and US395 is your best bet. Present it at check in and you're good to go.

Got here hour early got a door right away You do need to go all the way around to get to the angled docks don't cheat and don't be lazy lol.. very nice staff... have free water and doughnuts 🍩 😋 ☺️ 😉 4 driver appreciation week 😊 thanks 😊 😀 🙏 👍

Second time here, and they are very organized. Just stick to the truck route on 397 bc part of Finley rd is not truck friendly.Anyway, check-in is easy. If not many trucks, they'll get you on the dock right away. If you need to wait, there is a back lot to park in. They'll call you when your dock is available. Don't bump the dock or open doors bc someone has to come out and verify your temp. They load you quickly, and check out is just as easy as check-in.

Loaded here recently, very nice folks and a parking area behind the warehouse if you arrive early. Driver lounge was nice too.

I am an employee here at lineage going on a year as a sweeper. I started out through aerotek temp agency and within 3 months they offered me the position I was looking for. In my job experiences with companies I have never been more blessed than I am with lineage. Everyone is really nice and courteous to me even until this day. The supervisors are really considerate and do their best to make you feel at home. The bosses are the best and treat you well and fair. Overall, I love my job and enjoy being part of an awesome team at lineage. Thank you lineage for making me a part of the company, I am forever grateful.

The best facility for 10 months as a truck driver. My appointment was at 8 am, I checked in advance at 6:29 PM previous day and was loaded and have got my paperwork at 11:40 pm. They have bathroom and overnight parking.

1. They have overnight parking (go back parking lot).2. They have guest parking.3. Fast loading (less then 2 hours from appointment time).4. There is restroom in office.! They require at least 2 load locks. Docker inspects trailer.

Well, I personally had great service. I arrived before my appointment and they gave me the door. They didn't even take 15 minutes to unload me... I'm really grateful. They also have a very large parking area. Very good restrooms and kitchen. And last but not least, garbage containers.... all good.

AWESOME!! I had an 11pm appointment, and arrived at 205pm. You can check in anytime you get there, and they call when they’re ready to load you. Got a call for a door at 320pm, and was loaded at 510pm. Overnight parking is available in the back. There’s a mobile trailer with a drivers lounge and a restroom.

I wish I could give them a negative star score!!! They are the slowest and the rudest people I've had to deal with!!! I came at 11 am I was early for my appointment, my appointment was at 2. I've sat until after 3 then moved to a door and waited hours and hours mores!!! I asked if they had an ETA on loading me and you would have thought I asked the office girl to pay my bills for me! The nastiest and rude little girl!!! I will NEVER come back here!! NEVER!! Stay away if possible!!

Overnight parking around back, watch carefully there are some truck eating potholes and a ditch that you cannot see when dark. But pretty quick load/unload and staff is friendly.

I have not loaded here in at least 2 years. I got in and out quickly. When I loaded recently. They still have a big back lot that you can park in and take a break. The down side, there is not a operating scale on site.

The office personnel is gracious , cheery and precise-- smiles to share!There are 45 degree docks-- a nice touch because there's a short yellow concrete barrier in front of a few docks.I'm fairly new to alley docking so I appreciated the male truckers who helped me and shared tips!!I have no pride when it comes to learning all I can from these macho men.Also,guys inside warehouse are EXPERTS at loading your trailers!!They give u a diagram where they put every pallet, the weight by axle too!!I went over 3 scales on way to Consignee and I passed every check up---wow!2,000+ miles...They come out explain everything--then give you paperwork, put your red brake line back on..Plus are VERY HANDSOME...

They're friendly and have overnight parking. If you're there for a work in appointment there seems to be little rhyme or reason to when they decide to put you on the door. Once on a door they tend to load quickly.

One of the slowest warehouses I've been. First time I waited for 10 hours to get loaded. Second time six hours. I see people walking around but noone seems to be on a rush or getting things done. Makes.no.sense.Good thing my company pays detention by the hour, otherwise I would have left or never picked loads from this place again. I have no patience for inefficiency.

horrible place for drop off. loaders are moving around but seems to be only one person who is working. mostly other reviews mentioning that they need to learn how the work need to be done in a particular time. 100% right.staff is friendly or unfriendly. for a trucker time is everything. if you are very nice but takes 4 to 6 hours just to off load one truck. who gives a ..... to your niceness.only two truck are at the dock. one is mine. i was the first one to arrive before even they opened. you have to call at a number for the dock. back up do not cut your seal. wait for the Angel to show up, inspect the seal then you can open the door and back up. half of the docks are straight and half of them are angular.you would be very lucky of they off load you before your appointment time. they will give you the dock right away but would not come to your before your appointment time. this is my experience,your's could be different,too

Efficiency at its finest!!!! Thank you Tasha, Adella in the office for loading me early and thank you Erik my forklift operator for getting me done in 35 minutes!!! Wow. Easy to access and find. Super helpful staff. My appt wasn't untill 0800 but I was checked in at 1830 the night before. In a dock around midnight and loaded with paperwork in hand by 0230. Really can't beat it Night staff is top notch, big shout out to everyone from check in staff to the dock workers to the on shift supervisor. Thanks all. 🍻
