If I could 0 stars I would, the new management that took over is absolutely trash she doesn't know how to run the store she's never there and will leave 1 person to work the entire store by themselves. She will take 3 hours where she just disappears and she is firing the best workers they had. The worst change they made is getting Cara when josh left. I'm never going here again!!

Imagine creating an unsafe warehouse because as a manager you "like how it looks". Massive violations, a disappearing manager who leaves her single employee to open the store. Imagine firing your employees need 1. More hours 2. Are standing up for what is right. While Cara is managing, I suggest staying far away and looking elsewhere for a job and feed. This place is no longer safe to work at, nor is it healthy.

Much much better customer service then Ranch and Home in Kennewick!!! Waste of time looking for customer assistance at Ranch and Home. Found this place and what a DIFFERENCE!

My family and I came for the free petting zoo, but will be returning soon for some cute chicks and ducklings. Every one was really nice and the 4h club was there to tell my children about each animal.

I picked up the chicks I pre-ordered this AM, and was very happy with the service. Whoever set up the delivery system they are using, deserves a much appreciated pat on the back.

Love this place, a Tri-Cities staple and so appreciated they are here. From bulk grains to propane fill ups and buying Chickies 🐥🐥🐥🐣🐣🐣 this place is bomb. Staff has always been helpful and practically run out to fill my propane tanks which is so appreciated. Support local friends this place is a gem.

I went in looking for a high quality dog food. I was already overwhelmed by all of the information I'd gathered online. The young lady who helped me (the one who talked to me about what she fed her Rottweiler) was *super* helpful, very knowledgeable and kind. She clearly knew what she was talking about and didn't try to oversell me stuff I didn't need. I'll be headed back there from now on. I appreciate the time she took to talk with me about my dogs' needs. I highly recommend this store!

Locally owned, this feed & supply store has a variety of products. They carry a good selection of feed for your pets large & small. They offer grain free varieties at several price points. If they don't stock an item they have been good about looking it up and ordering it if they can get the item. I would definitely check them out. There is also an on-site grooming salon you can book appointments for baths & clips.

Love the folks at Basin Feed! They know you by name and take the time to really give you individual, down-home service without all the inflated pricing. Josh the manager is awesome and is very knowledgeable. Easy to grab what you need and go. Not a fan of Ranch & Home, these guys are far and away my go-to for my horse and dog supplies!

Was in browsing pet supplies and walked past the grooming area. The blonde woman grooming a visibly nervous dog was very angrily yelling at the dog “NO”. She did it several times with the aggression increasing each time. This is not a grooming facility I would ever use or recommend to anyone I know with pets.

Basin Feed and Supply has what I needed for the birds on the farm. Choices are good and service is very helpful and attentive. So glad I found the Feed store, now I know where to get supplies. 👍

Very reasonable prices on my horse's feed - and they offer curbside pickup which is a huge help when I'm lugging around two little ones in car seats!

drove all the way into town for some straw and bird food...was told that the straw was soaking wet cause the boss didn't wanna cover it up. oooookay. called farmers exchange and asked if they had any dry straw and the girl said "we will dig into the stack till we find the dry stuff." of course you will cause you want my money and loyalty and business from here on out, which ill give, gladly cause apparently basin doesnt need it? sorry i wasted my time driving all the way in to town.

This place is a little far from my house. But from time to time we go out there to check them out. My family really likes "chick" day. We go down and ooh and ahh over little babys.
