I went to All Points to get my Prox Key programmed to my car. They were very detailed and explained to me upfront the possibility that I bought the wrong product off Amazon.I was most impressed with the extra time they took to explain to me that features of my car. They even showed me how to use the Remote Start feature that I thought wasn't included in my model. I was very impressed with the technicians knowledge and willingness to help me learn. I'd recommend going to All Points first with any lock or key problems.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My significant other came in today to get a key made and the way he treated him was uncalled for throwing the key outside and telling him to go get it! Rude from the start and to previous customers before him as well. No excuse to treat someone this way especially being the owner!TO ALL POINTES RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW: “boyfriend” here. I knew the price before coming in to get a key. Nobody was hostile towards you, or anybody else in your business. And why would I complain about the price when I told you when I first walked in, idc how much it is, I just need a working key. You continuously kept saying I said you broke the lock to my driver door when not once did I say that. You then pointed to the clock saying you only had 30 minutes so do I want a key or not, which I had already waited patiently for over an hour. You took your anger out on from a previous customer you were helping while I was waiting, and mentioned to me “something is wrong with that guy, he’s got ADD or something” again, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Nate came out to my car within 1/2 an hour of calling. Incredibly nice and professional. Start to finish it took him 45 minutes to make and program 2 keys. Highly recommend this company.

Great service. I had them cut a key for me today. Although it did not work the first time. They were honest and knew they made a mistake. When I came back in they told me they hoped Id come back and gave me a new key fob and an extra keyfor my door lock.

Mike saved my life!I drive a Nissan rogue and my car door lock had something jammed in it (unsure of what caused the issue, theory that somebody tried to maybe break in?) I took it to the dealership to get a quote and was told it would cost me $633 to replace and I simply can’t afford something like that so I left. I took my car to All Points on recommendation from a local. I was told that a technician (Mike) would be in for a small window of time, an hour or so, and could take a look at my car. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes and charged me $15. My car door lock is completely fixed, no new parts needed! I am so thankful to All Points and Mike for saving me this huge cost and saving me so much time on top of that.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I had 8 locks rekeyed. All points locksmith did a great job and a very reasonable price. They forgot to put one of the locks in my box so I left with seven locks. I should have counted them myself. They offered to bring it to me at my address in Pasco. I consider that to be really good customer service. The owner is a little bit grumpy but he stepped up when he knew he made a mistake, he knows what he's doing. I would recommend all points locksmith. His employees are really friendly and do a great job. I recommend that you use this company.

I purchased a Key & replacement for my car about a year ago and now the key is having connection issues. My first purchase costed me $600 and now I have to pay another $275 to fix it. If I would of known I have to purchase a new key every year I would just have done business else where…

So I lost my keys to my van, literally couldn’t find them anywhere. I called and did my research and found out that this place All Points locksmith was absolutely the way to go! Not only did they quote me almost 120 less than their competitors they had my new fob programmed and key cut in under an hour! Not to mention Nate their technician was so friendly and kind to not only my dog but my children as well. He took the time to treat my kiddos like the kiddos they were and even explained some of the process to one of my sons. If I’m ever in need again I know who I’m going to be able to count on! Excellent service I locked myself out of my truck and called all points for help and they were to my rescue in about 15 minutes.Their locksmith Nate was very nice and professional and had me on my way in no time.
