I come here sometimes when other shops are out of my preferred vape flavor. The big bearded guy is so rude. It’s actually shocking how rude and inconvenienced he is. This is the THIRD time he’s just been nasty. I also own and run a small business in downtown Longview and I would NEVER treat my customers like he does nor would I ever EVER allow one of my employees to treat a customer that way. Matter of fact if one of my employees treated customers that way and I had multiple bad reviews about them specifically I would be firing them. The last encounter was beyond ridiculous. My business partner went in to grab a few vapes. He thought it was hilarious that Tyson now makes vapes so he snapped a photo to show me and our employees later and gave a great laugh. Big bearded man threw a fit and refused service citing it is illegal to take a picture of the vapes. It isn’t illegal. That is a lie. He apologized and deleted the photo. Bearded man still refused service and told him to get out and never ever come back. Per Google and multiple vape shops in town it is not a criminal offense to take photos. If that is the stores policy then that should be posted however no sinage was seen. I think bearded vape man is just cranky and honestly hates tattooed people. I would appreciate an owner reach out to me as I’d love to chat from one small local business owner to another. I highly recommend better training too. Per your reviews many have complained about this particular employee. Where we sit, I won’t recommend this place to anybody !!! I recommend Dotcom Vapor even though they’re more expensive. They at least have good customer service and aren’t rude !

Okay. Okay. I admit it! I'm aright brained man, and I went left! Do not do that unless you want some THCGO RIGHT. Thats the door to the vape shop. Loads of flavours, coils, disposables. Great selection! Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are par for Kelso.

Viper Vapor in Kelso has extremely helpful employees that are very friendly and highly knowledgeable. This store carries a good variety of Vape products at great prices. My New favorite Vape Store!

Bought some juice and the top blew off and spilled all over my lap brought it back in and they said they could t replace it that they did there part because it was there after he put it back on such a joke I’m never shopping here again and suggest everyone does the same as all the stuff they sell is cheaper online go ahead if you want poor customer service

Walked to viper for a bottle of juice and I was a dollar short so I went back to my house to pick up some change (live literally right next to the store) and when I get back the guy says I'm sketchy and he's not selling to me. It makes no sense because it was the same guy I bought juice from a month ago.

Chris was extremely helpful and is the reason I pick this shop. I've had issues with other vape stores, and while they may have better selections.. the service I get is matched by none. Definitely worth a visit and ask for Chris. He knows all the good flavors

I live in Kelso and your store is closer to where I live. I have great service from most of your employees, however I have a major issue with one of your employees named Kevin B. He made me so upset and frustrated I was shaking. He told me that I need to quit vaping and that I should never use 50mg in my vape because it's like "smoking 2 packs a day" and that I should just quit smoking. He makes me feel stupid because he heckles me with every response to what I say or ask. Employees should be respectful, professional, and helpful. He is nothing but rude and this is the second time I have had to deal with this employee. I will not be coming back to your store as long as he is employed with you. I am 52 years old and should not be spoken to in that manner. I was so flustered I forgot to put in my phone number for points and he never asked. I spent over $80 and still left a $5 tip that was not deserved. I will gladly drive over to anothervape shop in Longview on 15th ave to have good customer service. And if this was theowner you would think he wouldn't be treating people this poorly and would also be more educated.

I've been a long time customer of Viper for years. I bought a 3 pack of coils for my Falcon tank for $18, one of them was dead out of the box. I brought it back in to the store the same day and the guy at the counter told me he wouldn't replace it. That's absolutely horrible service. If you want a company that actually values their customers and stands by the products they sell, then look elsewhere. It would've cost them next to nothing to comp a replacement coil. Guess they're more concerned with screwing customers out of products that cost them pennies than they are with keeping customers loyal. I'll get my coils elsewhere from now on. Thanks.

I had AMAZING service from Steve during my initial visit; he truly listened to my needs and did not try to oversell. Unfortunately, I experienced a manufacture defect with the unit I purchased. No need to worry. Kevin (the manager) ensured replacement of the unit and was kind enough to recommend a low-cost replacement (at my request) to tide me over until the next delivery arrived. I have been in customer service for 25 years and I have nothing but the highest praise for this business and its staff. HIGHLY recommended!!

Walked in for the first time back in February, and honestly didn't know a single thing about vaping (as I had always smoked cigarettes). Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and spent time going over all of the different products they offered. Staff also made sure that I walked out the door knowing what I needed to know and that I felt comfortable using what I had bought. Ever since then I have been a repeat customer, with every visit matched with the same level of customer service.

They are able to keep my old Smok V8 tanks running so I am very thankful for that! I once needed replacement glass, and they were out, but I left my phone# and they called me a week or so later informing me they had some in stock! So thank you guys SO MUCH! WAY better than the shop I was going to.

If I could give this business and they’re customer service a 0 I would. They do not honor they’re 30 day warranty. I’m incredibly disappointed and will NOT be purchasing from here again. The man at the front had the audacity to answer the phone 3 different times while helping me and did not bother to ask the person on the phone to wait. Also, apparently if they can’t recreate the problem you are having with your device even if you show them and prove it they don’t care. They won’t exchange your device.

I have been going to Viper Vapor for over five years now, and it is by far my favorite place to buy all things vape related. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable in all the products they sell, they are also very friendly and make you want to come back. The store itself has a great atmosphere! Great customer service! They knew a lot about what their selling and helped me with everything I needed. That have a lot cbd products as well as vape devises and accessories. They have cbd tincture, cbd tablets, cbd creams, cbd pain relief, and even cbd for my pets! And since I was in there buying cbd I picked up batteries for my vape and they came fully charged! They even have an awards system that takes 30 seconds to sign up and the rewards are AMAZING! Great shop and atmosphere!! I will definitely be coming back again!!

I like the store and I really like the people. The picture I'm showing is not there fault it's modified vapes problem. I've bought a lot of this product from this store and only had little problems with the bottle. But this bottle in general was a big problem. First off when I tried opining it it was impossible. Then a couple fills after I was squeezing it and the hole lid popped off I'm my hotel room. Which I could be charged for.

He also got a huge case full of left over tester bottles for basically free:) I will be back here for my vape needs shortly

Super helpful and friendly! Needed a suroin air pod cartridge, went to the longview store but was oos. They were nice and called the kelso store and they did have stock and held 2 for me while i went overe there. Awesomeness all around 😁

Kevin was not friendly or nice. I came in to get some juice as well as pods and he was very short and seemed extremely unwilling to help with juice options. I felt I had to drag it out of him to tell me what they had to offer me.
