Save your money and buy your stuff online. This guy up charges a huge percentage. He sells $20 trucks (rekon) for $65. And 20$ wheels (mini-logo) for 40$Im new to skating and i wanted to support a local shop but when i went home and researched everything i purchased i found i paid doubled for everything. Total rip-off. I called him to ask what the deal was and he just said “thats what skate shops charge” don’t support this guy, he’s a crook.

Just bought a Himiway Big Dog Cargo Bike and Hovsco Cruiser for my wife. These guys have a very wide selection of Ebikes and scooters. Prices were very reasonable. Friendly service and I did not have to pay extra for a two year warranty on the bikes like other companies charge! If you are looking at getting an e-bike be sure to visit these guys.

We came from tacoma. Bought 4 e-bikes had them shipped to our house. Had some issues. Jay said he would look at them and help with any issues he found. I will drive down here every weekend to have work done or buy from jay! If i buy any more E-bikes or skooters it will be from jay forsure!

Got my first board here. The staff was very nice and patient throughout the whole process. Wide variety of different boards and pieces that comes along. Very educated and you can tell they have a passion for skateboards themselves. As well have tips and pointers! Overall was a good experience.

Kelso mall store - This store has a vast selection of unique items for gifts or collectors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I plan to travel 45 minutes anytime when I need that something special.

I bought pokémon cards here, and the pack was already opened! Such a scam!"We don't sell open packs" The pack was obviously opened, but they slid it back into the cardboard so you couldn't see it when buying it. They didn't even bother gluing it back.

(Kelso location) This place is awesome! A vast and great selection of all kinds of items. Their "skateboard shop" section was amazing. Just purchased a skateboard for my daughter and it is beautiful! The staff is fabulous and the service fast and efficient! I will definitely be a returning customer 👌🙂

Walked in today and didn't expect to buy a board but the customer service was so good and Jay was very inspiring! I now have a new board to ride and I made a new friend. Wonderful experience. Definitely recommend. He has a variety of things, go check em out!

We visited the Vancouver Mall location today. The shop owner was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He educated my daughter on all things longboard.In the end we purchased a drop through longboard, shark wheels, and super reds. He offered to put everything together while we ate lunch. Apparently, there was an issue with the board's trucks so he replaced them for free.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Wonderful experience!

As former business owners, my wife and I love supporting local owned small business whenever possible, so being avid POP! and action figure collectors, we decided to check this place out when we were at Vancouver Mall. There were three people working when we walked in; a man, woman, and younger male. Neither greeted us at first, but eventually the woman did. My wife was interested in the POP! selection, but was told that the ones on the back wall behind a barricade couldn't be touched, even for a price check. The woman working offered to look at some and give prices, but was yelled at by the younger person for doing so. He eventually went and told on her to the other guy working there. When we had decided to make a purchase, the younger employee was working the system and was very pushy about taking our personal information. We do not give anything out after being victims of identity theft three years ago, but he would not accept no for an answer until I had to be very forceful with him about it. He eventually walked away without saying anything and the woman took his place. She was much more courteous about things and far more professional. However, there was an issue with the transaction. It showed the funds removed from my bank account, but she claimed nothing showed on their end. I let her see my bank app screen which showed their name and the transaction, but she still claimed not to have charged me. She eventually called "Jay" who was trying to force her to run the transaction again. She gave him my name and put him on speaker while he yelled at me, calling me "guy" multiple times, and said that he was looking on the "back end" and saw no transaction. He went no further than that to explain any probable reason for the issue. I eventually agreed to have a second transaction ran, which again went through and charged my bank account for a second time. Aside from the rude personnel, the pricing for collectible items, including Funko POP!, is extremely unreasonable. The one POP! We purchased for $20 ended up with recent eBay sales of half that with free shipping. Needless to say. We will not be returning.

Just got 4 custom skate boards at Twisted Monkey Skate Shop for my two sisters and brother! And they absolutely love them. Great quality and very addicting to ride! I saw this guy be very rude and short with a customer also saw him in fred meyers buying cards and then putting them for sale twice as much. I don't feel it's okay to be rude and short with customers when they know what there talking about and know that your trying to get more money for something that isn't what there worth.

They are ready for your money. Can't show up to there business on time and like to yell and cuse out the customer. When they are called out on the way they do business. They will not refund you the money they owe. The way they refund the money is to block your number. If I could give a negative to this company I would. Will not return and the only word of mouth I would give this company is don't go.

Went in for some wheels and bearings. Had both and even had some grip tape. Jay helped install the wheels. They have a lot of decks. Good prices, worth the drive from Portland.
