Underwhelming. I walked in for my first visit past a minimal selection of vegetable starts, most of which were beginning to bolt. There is a pretty neat looking chicken pen on display inside the store, but no price on it. Same story with the sturdy looking wood park bench... No price. The indoor plants were in varying stages of wilt to death. The store and restrooms were clean, and employees were kind, yet somehow I really expected better.

Worst Orchard hay I've ever bought. Compared to other feed stores in town, I'd call this a poor quality straw. When the animals won't eat it, I have to spend half a day coming to town to get good hay from somebody else. Time lost, more gas cost and throw away hay is my opinion of TSC. I hate buying garbage from companies that know better.

I constantly come to this location for chicken needed products. This time was like no other. Everything was stocked, clean and ample amount of cashier. No wait to check out. The back stock room was being swept and cleaned when we entered the back area where the chicken feed and supplies area.. great staff and great store

Just had a baby a few weeks ago so I called to have them bring a 40 lb bag of dog food to the register. Dennis answered and said "how about we see you when you get here and you can grab it." I cannot lift that much weight. So that answer alone. I will go further to wilco and no longer shop there.

Very disappointed with this store ,they have handicap ♿️ parking. But you have to walk around all the BBQ and wood splitters they have chained up in front of the door , come on man make it simple for the handicap!

Who knew that so much of what I didn’t know I needed was right here within a stones throw! The store has everything you might need for your outdoor needs and your animals and livestock.When you want to get your bbq on they have covered with tools and supplies. Cast iron included!If you are looking for a bit of reading on how sustainable you can be with a little help from your friends @tractorsupplyco - they have you covered. How to forage for mushrooms without dying was my goal today.And the best part - staff that are friendly and helpful too!

I drove a hour 2 hours round trip to pick up a pit boss 700t smoker for mother's day as none where available in my area The young kid that helped me was currently in the process of putting the smoker together. Said he had done all the ones that were out front that had sold. We loaded it up and he said that's all the parts. When I got home the front legs were missing. Best they can do is ship the legs to another store. 50 minutes for me round trip.. on Tuesday, but that doesn't help me make Mother's Day dinner. If he's made eight of them, you'd think you know if you had all the parts or not. Frustratedmy area. It was missing half the legs half the legs

Never been to this location &I'm here2 find....I was recommended to go to tractor Supply store& I found this one in Kelso! Very kind employees indeed. Hannah help me in 1department &Michelle helped throughout the store+ was my cashier. Great folks and lots to see. Michelle said you can also shop online. Shout out to Andrew and his team for excellent customer service!I purchased a refurbished air compressor in August 2022 that was incorrectly redone and essentially junk. Andrew not only replaced it with new but had his team help bring it to my house and unload it. Nice work....Thanks!

Incredibly informative friendly patient and helpful staff!!! Both customer service reps the assisted me were also conscientious of the stores grounds picking up random debris that drifted onto the lot. Also,competitive pricing - and will price match on items! Rochelle was top notch service and gave better explanations and reviews that the actual vet.I called and asked questions about dog vaccines and specific details for my 4 dogs. Rochelle effortlessly helped me and took the time for a 12 min phone call with zero rush felt. Top notch customer service. You can tell when a person genuinely cares! Looking forward to bringing my 4 pups in to say hi to the tractor supply crew.

It is always the last place you look that you find what you are seeking.That was the case with an adventure I was on, looking for bearings that did not exist other than the broken ones I had in my pocket. I literally checked everywhere, and I went to this store in sheer mental exhaustion. A young lady decided that I was her customer to rescue from utter disappointment and being reduced to tears. The bearing selection came close but not enough to win the proverbial cigar. Then she took me to a selection of wheels, and the third one was the winner. I did not but was tempted to holler BINGO; I am the winner.What I did was purchase them. But, at $40.00 each, it was painful, but not as painful as having a well-used yard/field trailer sitting unused. While a bit longer of a drive, this place has become my new best friend/store.

Nice friendly, helpful staff. They have a great variety in Tractor Supply. When you need parts for a piece of farm equipment it's nice to have a store like this nearby. They usually have good deals and sales and their clearance section is pretty good also. They also carry Bad Boy mowers.

Absolutely hands down one of the best man stores around every single one I have ever visited has a very courteous and knowledgeable and helpful staff and they don't bug they're there for you when you need them but they don't push you or bug you while you're shopping they have tools they're inexpensive but not cheap my favorite everyday knife I bought there for $10 and men the sale bin when you first walked through the door is a gift from heaven for me it's like they always have what I need at that time in the discount bin's in the front of the store when I visit.Women you can never go wrong shopping for your husband here plus kids love it great boots for all ages clothes it's a tiny all you need for the outdoorsman store.if you get a chance and you love your home farm apartment doesn't matter give it a shot it can't hurt to visit at least once.

Best store ever! They have a little of everything from clothing to tools to housewares, all at reasonable prices and prices much more affordable than similar stores, especially for clothing. The site was neat and well kept and the employees were friendly and helpful. Definitely my new favorite!

I just finished a big fencing project, and I needed to return quite a bit of extra supplies. Although I had purchased the fencing materials back in early October, they still refunded all of the returns to my credit card. (I thought I might need to settle for store credit). Michelle was working the checkstand, and she provided great service even though she was training another employee at the time. Thanks so much!

The lady working the counter welcomed us as we came through the door that was nice. The guy that helped us look at gun safes was funny and helpful same gentleman that loaded us up with a ton of pellets. The lady that welcomed us when we got there (to me it looked like) she was waiting for a manager override on one register when we walked up. So she jumped on another register instead of making everyone wait. They were busy and seemed to be fast and efficient.

Good clean store. Lots of inventory. I was in the store looking for rabbit feed, Show feed. 30 minutes and not one employee made eye contact with me, let alone ask me if I was finding what I was looking for.I did finally find the correct rabbit feed. The "feed room" was well labeled, Poultry feed, wild life feed, horse feed, pig feed, goat feed, cattle feed. But no shelf label near the rabbit feed.I always have good customer serve at the Chehalis store.

My daughter and I weren't going to stop here, as we were headed to Wilco but glad we did stop. Took care of most of her Christmas shopping and I found a few items for myself as well. Great place.
