Target is one of the shining stars of what's left of the triangle stores. Whereas the mall is dead, stores like Target, Safeway, and Izzy's are still thriving. I've found customer service to be above par, when I go there every sunday we are greeted and constantly asked if we are finding everything ok. The workers are properly groomed, and the store has plenty of items. Overall, if you go to the three rivers property for one reason, make sure it's to go to Target.

They’re always so helpful and friendly. No matter if I’m shopping in the store or stopping by for a drive up order. I also love the layout of the store. It makes finding what I need easier as well as seeing all the new products they have available!

I came into the Kelso store to help my mom figure out what to do with a credit card that`s in my passed away fathers name. The girl at customer service was so rude, she didnt offer any help or even take the time to say "I`m sorry for you loss". Another lady, who appeared to be a higher up in the store, was even more dismissive.I understand if they couldnt help us but to be completely dismissive and rude was absolutely appalling. Kindess goes such a long ways. You never know what someone is dealing with but they did and still chose to be harsh. I hope some attention can be made to this matter, as I hope anyone else dealing with a devasting time doesnt have to deal with poor customer service. 11/21/23 around 3:30-3:45pm

Mostly ok. However I was charged for one item twice. I only bought one. Now have to go back to fight for $5.97. Is it worth it.

Compared to other Targets we have been in, this is dismal. It is not the look or the service. There is simply not much inventory. We went in looking for a nice Summer dress for our daughter (the one we brought for a family photo was too small) and left with the best we could find, a charmander themed dress. I even looked to see if there might be a better Hawaiian style shirt than I had brought. Small selection and not a very good one. My wife went looking in the women’s section… You get the picture. Lots of walking room, but why bother? And the only reason we even tried is because the local mall with the local JCP was not open until much later. Good luck to this place.

Just picked up an order. Some other lady was struggling to get her pickup code. Took 5 min and couldn't get it. The pickup girl went to go get our order and come back. The lady yelled at her once she got to the front doors at Target. The girl came back and delivered her order. She then went inside to get our order and quickly came back with it. She apologized for her tardiness even when it was not her fault. Our delivery girl was red headed at 11:35 today. She is awesome! Maybe give the girl a raise. She probably deals with that all day long.

This target location is, frankly, a joke. Let me preface this by saying that this is not hourly team members' fault, they have always been very friendly and helpful when I've come in, despite there not being enough of them, as is standard in retail these days. They really are doing their best.Store management & corporate level, however, clearly don't make any real effort to compete with the stores around them in the area on any sort of pricing, and the store itself is both very small and very empty.Products are merchandised almost randomly, and the whole place seems like it is riddled with availability issues. They also don't seem to know their market. Kelso is a very drunk town with few grocery options and they have only four feet of beer fridge, a few overpriced wine & liquor options, and little to no food. Most people just go to the safeway next door for a reason (it being a well stocked if poorly priced & poorly ran ran grocery store with like 96ft of beer fridge plus gigantic wine and liquor selection)They really could make more money, I know it, if they capitalized on their location right next to the I-5 and within easy walking/dashing through the rain distance of the Tesla charging station. I get the feeling they want to avoid the working class crowd that comes on foot from south Kelso, I suspect the more affluent and kind of desperate customer off the I-5 is their bread & butter, but if their district level management decided to make the Kelso store more of a priority I know they could be a real competitor to Safeway, Walmart, & Fred Meyer.There is a lot of local Kelso market potential in the form of people who don't want to drive all the way to walmart for GM goods or good deals on a 12 pack of beer, and people who are brand loyal to target for groceries and home consumables, they just need to seize these opportunities with better availability and wider product offerings & better messaging.With Kelso becoming a more walkable town every year, I am surprised that Target Kelso isn't embracing the actually existing local customer base with everyday low prices, and instead choosing to rely on ever-dwindling traffic from the I-5 into the so-called "dying" Three Rivers Mall for its revenue base.

I made a return of an item bought online to the store. There were 5 customers ahead of me. The staff was so polite and so fast! I've never had a return go so quickly or so smoothly anywhere. It took about 7 minutes to get to my turn, get the return done and get out. Amazing!

I've never felt so disrespected in my life shopping. SHOPPING! Which of exactly what every person comes here to do. NOT BE HARASSED BY, FOLLOWED BY, DISRESPECTED BY, this is the last place I would recommend shopping at! The security (the guy with the pathetic beard n bald head) needs to be fired and replaced with someone more professional if they want to keep their customers or he will just keep running them off.

The people at this target are super nice and go out of there why to get you something. Once I had a drink that they did not have in stock and Bethony clerk went to the back of the store and grabbed me the drink. Thanks target and Bethony!

Alright, As many others had probably predicted I have decided to stop sitting around on this. As you know, Target has a massive hiring banner on the right side of it's store and has had it there for as long as I can remember. Not only this but target recently added a bot to the store phone call saying "we're hiring" only trying to further the hiring sham. I got my interview after 2 and a half years of applying. (Laughing in disappointment.) It was a virtual interview with a recording. I had to record myself answering questions. Kinda weird. Anywho after not getting a response I came in and asked what was going on, They took my name and number. As soon as I got home. AS SOON as I got home I got an email saying they decided not to move forward and that they "of course had a reason but would not tell me why as it wasn't any of my business" And you wonder why they can't keep people.

The store is clean and products are on the shelves for the most part which is why it’s getting two stars. The customer service is LACKING. I worked at Target for 5 years and I’m honestly surprised at how unhelpful and unfriendly the staff is. We were taught to greet anyone and everyone and ask the magic question, “Need help finding anything?”. I go to this store very often and have mentioned the lack of customer service to managers. Team Members will walk by you multiple times and never greet you or ask if you’re finding everything you need. Overall this store is fine I suppose, if you are an introvert and hate getting spoken to, this is the store for you!10/8 UpdateTime and time again I get proven correctly how below par this store is. No greetings, and no offer for help ever. It’s as if the team members on orientation day were made to sign a contract forcing them from ever helping customers by any means necessary. I specifically bought an item with a $1 off cartwheel offer and the cashier didn’t check that it was validated, and it wasn’t. If this wasn’t the only Target in town I’d completely avoid it. Seriously Target, shape it up, your service (lack there of, is more like it) is astounding.

Employees are excellent. Selection of products seem slim. Only one coffee bean grinder and automotive supplies are very slim. I bought Amour All wipes but really wanted a spray type auto interior cleaner like Tuff Stuff or similar. Also no Windex with the sprayer. I just moved and don't have an extra sprayer nozzle to use. Also small inventory of white bath rugs.

I love the people who work for target. I feel safe in your stores. I always leave with more things then I plan on. This is because you always have new and exciting items.

Stopped here on Monday after working an 8.5 hr shift, to grab some things I needed.As I was headed out after scanning my purchase on self check, Corbin stopped me and asked to see my receipt. Confusing to me, honestly considering he made it a point to come out of his office, and watch me scan each individual item???More to the point, I was never given my receipt back. Not in my bag, the cart, my hand?? I was chatting with an old coworker at the front, but I kindly informed him that once he was done to place it in the bag he was rummaging through. Which he didn’t do. And now I’m not comfortable doing a return at this point even though I have to.This was a very obvious form of profiling from Target. Which is sad, considering that goes against their Code of Ethics.I sat on this for a bit, debating on posting but the more people I talked to, (current employees included) this wasn’t ok. And it’s not the way Team Members are trained. It happens way too much at that location, so just a heads up, that if you look a lil rough coming off a work shift, you might get receipt checked. 🤷🏼♀️

Always great customer service! I have always thought Target was a little overpriced, but if you take the time, and use the cartwheel app, you can save some of those dollars. But the most important thing about the Target I go to is the customer service. The people there go out of their way to help you look for things, returns are easy, and they are always friendly.

The combination of cleanliness, convenience and courtesy are ALWAYS consistently great! The rearrangement of the merchandise was good! I was shocked at how much money I spent when I got to the check out, but I wasn't unhappy with what the money had bought!

Good luck with Will on the front end at this Target store. I’m a long time shopper here and it seems that he makes up whatever policy suits him best at whatever time he would like. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely astonishing. There is a policy in place that only allows you to buy 5 packages of cards at a time. My son and I came in (we are both avid collectors) and were excited because there were cards in stock. I grabbed 5 boxes and he grabbed 5 boxes. Will came over and informed us we collectively could only grab 5. That is not the policy. The CORPORATE POLICY (not dictated by Front-end-Will) is 5 per guest. It is printed and on display. I told him we are 2 guests very clearly and he let me know “when I’m working, if you walk in at the same time, you are 1 guest. It keeps you resellers from buying everything.” I let him know we are 2 collectors, 2 SEPARATE GUESTS and we are excited when there is inventory. He said “well, you can come back tomorrow if you want.” He then told me he would put the other 5 back. He took only 2 specific boxes, left the other 3 behind and put them somewhere different than their place. Clearly, Will was interested in buying them or had a friend that was I’m assuming. I have ran in to a few different people like him in different stores, for all kinds of policy related stuff and it’s always abundantly clear that they have no business in customer facing roles. Corporate policies are just that, policies. They are rules that are implemented by the company and to be followed by consumers and employees. Sometimes a little power (lol) goes to peoples head. Hopefully people like him can leave their personal takes on things at the door when they get to work in order to retain good customers in the future. You managed to thwart the bad guys today Will, good for you lol.

Customer service at this location is lacking in general as in other locations due to the other youngsters they hire. Steve, the store manager is helpful because he is an older and wise man. I've noticed some of the people in the past to be a bit snooty and walk away if they see you coming just in case you may want to ask for help or have a general question. I was in there this past Monday and the young lady with glasses in the women's dressing room section was very kind and helpful. I was given a gift card for Mother's Day so I'll stop by and update my review should I have to!

I LOVE target. It's one of the 4 interesting places here in town and I apologize to the staff for having to constantly see my face but there's honestly no where else to go.Staff is always welcoming to the guests and it's one of the cleanest and tidiest targets I've been to.UPDATE: THANK YOU FOR REDOING YOUR PARKING LOT LINES
