I usually have pretty good service here, but was very disappointed today. I ordered a rifle scope online. Got a confirmation email then a follow-up saying I could pick it up at the store in kelso. I got there and the lady helping me couldn't find the order so she passed me off to the manager. The manager took my info then she went to the back of the store for almost 15 minutes, then came out saying the store didn't even have the order yet and that it was in some type of fraud check. I showed that I paid and asked if she could just get me one off the shelf since the email said it was ready to pick up. She got snappy with me and told me that's not how things work and I'd have to come back later. I went into the parking lot and called the corporate office, the guy that answered helped me immediately and said he contacted the store and to go back in, and it should be ready. The box they brought out had something spilled on it and was gross!! The original woman helped me and was very nice, but that manager needs to drastically work on her customer service skills. Very disappointed in my visit

Don’t buy anything from this place. I bought a coat that doesn’t fit off line when I came to exchange they had none in my size and made me exchange it for another product because it’s too much paperwork and takes weeks to receive my money back… come to warranty out a fishing pole that the manufacturer says you can do at certified okuma retailers… nope not here… 30 days or send it in. Go to bobs and don’t spend a cent in this place with no morals. The manager is too lazy to want to lift a finger to do anything so the easiest thing to do is to say sorry we can’t do anything last year I tried to warranty out my guide select pro and said couldn’t do anything without a receipt so I saved the new poles receipt “SST this time” nope wouldn’t do it either

We found what we needed and Jessica was very helpful. I really enjoy seeing all the goodies up by the registers for a reasonable price. Lots of gadgets and tools for any occasion. Enjoy the pictures

Doing anything with the gun shop area takes for ever, I stood in line for over 40min with one guy in front of me. Their employees are slow and will sit there trying to hold conversations with the customers. They sold me a sight that didn't even come with the right adapter. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to wait forever in a short line

The gun shop has the worst staff (except Joshua). They’re all rude, short fused, with me, my wife, and most recently my of age to legally buy firearms son. I don’t know why they’re rude, but they are. Ridiculous honestly…

Pretty easy access, my first visit. Fun to peruse if you like the outdoors. Prices were a bit high IMO but perhaps only what I was looking at.

Mark, Mackenzie, Derek and many others make me feel at home every time I walk in the door. Thank you for being Sasquatchbbq's go to place to get me into the wild backwoods of our local Pacific Northwest playground.

Very very friendly & nice folks working here.Super cheery & excited to get products on the shelf for customers.The dock is a little offset with a a curb that looks like everyone runs over it when they back in... and according to the receiving lady they always do. Slide your tandems to the rear or you'll be 4 inches too low for the dock.Wish they made the two front parking spots a no parking area and leveled out the curb then no one would find it wonky to get in & out.

I been in 6 times in the past month hard to get help..finaly decided what gun I wanted waited in line for about 30min for one worker to tell me I was in the wrong line then waited more and when it was my turn worker said it was his breaktime then proceeded to help some one else...I'll never shop here again ..

Absolutely worst customer service experience I’ve had at Sportsmans Warehouse. I go to pick up my online order after I get a notification it’s ready. Arrive and only have my items are there. I ask about where the rest is and the guy rudely tells me “we don’t have any”. I ask how they are missing 10 of something that showed in stock online when I purchased. I ask him to cancel the items they don’t have in stock and he tells me he can’t (which is a lie because I’ve had to deal with this before on a previous order and they took care of it at the store). I then tell him and the cashier (who’s pressuring me to sign for stuff that ain’t there) to cancel everything. He refuses. Tells me I’ll have to call corporate and hands me a piece of paper with it highlighted that they don’t do returns on ammo.I’ll never set foot or spend a dime with this store again. I probably make a purchase every 2 weeks from the Kelso store. No joke probably drop $10k-$15k a year. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. Also tell my friends and family around here to avoid this store like the plague. Going to cancel my sportsman’s credit card as well.

I went in a few days ago to get some knowledge on purchasing a gun and they where very helpful (Ian I believe). Well I went back yesterday as a first time gun buyer and Ian and a new employee where very helpful and attentive to any of my questions. I'm a very happy customer now just waiting on my approval. Also as I waited I was told they would be with me as soon as possible 😊Thank you guys for exalent service

Good products and decent prices but suffer mightily from staffing issues... depending on when you go you might find Noone in the store that is department specific... therefore you often need to know what you want going in... oh and be prepared to wait for someone to show up if u need to use a dressing room or answera question

The store itself is always well stocked. And in my case, when I went to the firearms, I never get a greeting or acknowledged. There was a day when there was one employee behind the counter with a customer and he saw me standing there, there was no "I'm almost done" or "I'll be with you as soon as I'm done" I waited ten minutes and left. I ordered a rifle through sportsman’s and the very next morning I received an email that they canceled my order due to “verification issues with a payment method”. Kind of shady since I spent so much money on that rifle. Now they are being difficult with giving the money back and I’ve had to file a dispute against them to attempt to get the money back. I won’t be shopping with them anymore, in store or online. Don’t trust them. Not only do they hire he-she’s, they scam people out of hard earned money. Do not give them your money.

The team wasn’t ready to really help anybody even though they were only two customers in the whole store. By the way, this place doesn’t have any inserts for your arrows. If they do then they haven’t put them out. They definitely had a lot of staff at 4:30 PM.

Hi, I have purchased 4 guns from this store and a nice bow. Complete failure on my most current transaction.Went in after 10 day waiting period to pick up my rifle and guess what they sold it out from under me.I asked for the manager to fix it. They had to call corporate. What a joke. Take care of your customers. I am very loyal to business until they are no longer loyal to me.Now I know why there are bunches of customers at BoBs sporting goods inLongview WA.BOB'S Sporting goods will treat you right!!!!

This box store has a good variety for the outdoor enthusiasts. Their prices are on the higher side, but they do carry some good quality brands. They will match some online competitors and retailers to 1%, according to their website.

came in last minute before close to make an impulse buy on a rifle i saw on sale, had a great chat with the guy at the counter who looks like donut operator, great service, super friendly, fast and helpful! and the older fella also in the gun section was super helpful and nice as well. definitely stop in if you see something you want theyll get ya right :)

I have been a loyal customer, driving two hours from my home to shop at this store on many many occasions over the years. I recently bought a gun there and was waiting for the backgroud, however because of the new gun law taking effect I can no longer recieve it. I called to get a refund on my credit card, but the store manager- Ashley Baxter-Fortner- refused! She said she could not do this over the phone and that I had to make the two hour drive to cancel my credit card in person. I was a store manager many years of my life and have done this exact transaction many times to help a customer! She said it was against the store's policy, and that is my point. An associate can not make a decision against policy, but a manager can! That is what makes that person a manager! Ashley Baxter-Fortner does not fit the bill because she can not make a management decision!!! And here is the very worst part. I called my credit card company and they said that she refused to reply to their request, and now they simply will credit my account because she refuses to reply!!!??? What kind of customer service is that?

They used to have a good selection of powder and primers, but those days are gone. Sadly, unless you know the employees, it seems obtaining powder and primers is slim. If you do happen to get some you're limited to 2 small boxes of primers and 1 lb of powder.

Sadly sportsman's has gone down hill with what they carry. I find it hard to ever get what I'm looking for anymore after being my "go-to" store for so many years. Also there are 2 people working the gun counter that may as well stay home as they are worthless in knowledge and customer service. Still ok I guess if all you want to do is camping. Pretty pathetic now from what they once were.

The guys at the gun counter will treat you fairly. If you look like you have money. I look like a big biker, and was treated like my money doesn't spend like anyone else's. I'm a fifty year old truck driver. I've done a lot of business with Sportsmans over the years. I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard as I have there! If you're a blue collar worker. Spend your money at Gator's or Bob's.I'll never shop there again!!!

Well organized large selection gets a four for missing some old school essentials sometimes simple easy products that you don't have to set up to work properly work better in outdoor PNW region Wind and rain situations. Staff is very helpful and polite.

I find myself going to Sportsman’s only when Bobs is out of something or they don’t have something I really want, right now. The convenience of shopping the store online keeps me coming back. On my last visit it was nearly impossible to find somebody to help me in the clothing and boot departments. When I finally tracked someone down he really didn’t seem like he wanted to help me and that I was inconveniencing him. I really hope for better management and better staff.

I would never buy here again. I bought a Garmin GPS that was a display unit. It had a scratch on the back when I bought it. Turns out the GPS was broken and when I tried to return it, Ashli, the manager said I cant return it because of the scratch even though the device was broken. She was very rude and I will never be shopping here again.
