Lindsey was very friendly and knowledgeable about grooming both of my Pomeranians. I even got compliments from people at Home Depot when I took the Poms out for an outing! One lady in the store asked for the name of my groomer so that she can call about getting her Pomeranians groomed here. Both of my dogs had a great experience with Lindsey.

Took my puppy pom in for 3rd time for a hair cut and awesome job. He looks so good . Every one love it. The puppy gets excited now to going and seeing the girls . After seeing a lot of great reviews, I decided to give her a try when my dogs usual groomer moved. I was so let down. On the phone, she was very nice. I explained that my boy is double coated and has a lot of hair. They said this wouldn’t be an issue. When I dropped him off, I let her know that he is old and has hip issues (he tends to topple over when standing for long periods), I asked for his hair to be tidied up around his feet, face and hind end. I was called an hour later saying he was ready. When I got there, he was still wet to the touch, and had tufts of hair very obviously still on his back end. She said that he was “uncooperative” and laid down. (Which I had explained with his age.. he’s not stubborn, just old.) when we got home, I had to blow dry him and brushed 5 huge handfuls of fur off of him. His collar was soaked like it wasn’t taken off for his bath, and his tail wasn’t even brushed. I had high hopes with all of the awesome reviews, but was very disappointed.

Melia and her assistant did a FANTASTIC job on my bichon. His legs were a matted mess and she took the time to comb him out and give him beautiful sleeved legs, leaving his coat longer as I like it. I am so very pleased with her work. Looking forward to our next visit.

When we found muddy puppy, what a relief it was. My dog, Ruthie fell in love with the owners, so did we. They go the extra mile and gained not only the love from my Ruthie, even more than that, Ruthie trusts them completely. Please never retire. Ruthie needs you and so do we.

When I called to make the appointment she was lovely and I was looking forward to our appointment. Unfortunately when I arrived at the scheduled time (8am) no groomer and only the answering machine. She works in a home office and there were cars there but door locked and answering machine on. A 15 mile drive for an 8am appointment left me less than satisfied. P.S. no follow-up call.

Will never take my dog back there. Was very inconsistent with the hair cut, has long tufts of hair in spots. Cut his whole face even his eye lashes which was completely uneven. Not to mention she kept telling me my dog was such a good girl the whole time... He's male. My poor dog was traumatized. She's nice but did a terrible job.
