Pathetic! Only one register open in the entire store. Empty shelves and entire departments. Staff doesn’t care at all about anything. Horribly mismanaged. This location needs to shut down and die. The entire mall is dark, depressing and broken down. Bathrooms out of order and many vacant spaces. First time back in years and sad I came. Barely a shell of what it once was when people cared and took pride in their work.

This is my review for the salon. First off,.....Gregory gets the hair master of this millennium award! This guy is AMAZING!!! He not only gives a shampoo that will turn your entire body into a noodle but is an artist with hair! Personality plus and very courteous and professional! This is my guy for my hair for life. The rest of the staff at the salon also very polite and professional. Got me into my appointment on time and made me feel very welcome.

Thank you manager Michelle and customer service wizard Angie at Three Rivers Mall. You guys rock. Michelle pulled her strings to make my promised experience of getting 35% off when opening a credit card a reality. The app stalled and my order for over $400 did not redeem the 35%. Nobody else in the store could figure out how to fix it. Michelle rocked it! Angie was always so kind and genuinely courteous. Thanks a bunch!

Well it was kinda like a ghost town inside,haven't been inside a jcpenny since 1999 so it's changed alot..alot of good clothes for my 13 yr old boy, but the only cars in the parking lot was mine and the 3 people working Inside.... so! Check it out maybe find a deal

I went to look for shoes, a purse and some pants in a plus size. The shoes had almost no selection and the purses didn't look like they had been stocked since I was last there on october. The plus section is so small I almost missed it. And when I looked around it was just dull. In only give 2 stars because the employees were friendly even though they had nothing I was looking for.

The shopping is great. Just right prices. Store is clean. Staff very helpful. I can not figure out why with such a great staff that keeps the customers happy, they have NO air-conditioning! It's hot in the store and all the cashier gets is on stupid little fan ! Plus the cashier never acts like anything is wrong. This is poor practice for JC Penny and the mall it's self.

I tried to find clothing for my husband and myself, but they had nothing either of us would wear.JCP, yet another victim of Amazon. Sigh...The clerk I spoke to was very nice and tried to be helpful.

It's a small store with a small selection in each area but the employees are friendly and when they have a sale the prices are actually surprisingly decent. I shop here for gym clothes every now & then.

Horrible customer service, Tonya in jewelry is rude and snotty, the company promises jewelry will be back at a certain day and than goes ooops it was just sent out... days after you were suppose to get it back. Mind you I spent alot of money there for Christmas. They do nothing to make it right, puts new people where they are not trained to be (jewelry is not cheap either) and give you every excuse in the book. I do not suggest anyone goes here for jewelry unless you want to wait 3 months to get it back or be helped by someone who has no idea what to do in the department they are in

They have really stepped up there game. The best selection I have ever seen. Little bit of a line at the counter but not bad. Really good sales prices like they had about a decade ago. Finally, got a good selection of cloths. I guess the company finally got a CEO with common sense.

First time here. Went to hair salon, arrived early so I could shop. This is a very well organized Penny's . Never seen a organized clearance section till this particular store. Friendly staff. Salon was/is great. Sue, gave my hair new life. Love my cut. Thank you JCPENNEY Team Kelsey Washington.

JCPenney Salon and Jamie couldn't have done better with my 2 cowlicks and 2 crowns. She was confident, focused and intuitive. My hair looks like a million bucks and I feel younger. I rescheduled my next haircut with her for 5 days before my birthday. Thank you Jamie. You are amazing!

The employees are always super friendly, and will greet you upon walking through the door. The store is always super neat! I mainly visit the jewelry department, and each associate has always been helpful.

I wallked through a few times, and it didn't take long. They have hardly any merchandise. I remember when I was younger at least they had some variety of sports stuff. All that seems to be more, and like others suprised this and other parts of the mall haven't closed for good. I still am happy it is open but like everything not as good.

Just bought some sandals at 64% off. Love that part but what I can't believe is within 5 minutes of being inside the store I was sweating. It was hot and humid. I talked with people that work there and they said it's like that all the time during the summer. ATTENION OWNER: TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONING FOR GOD SAKE. HOW CAN YOU TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT? CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT. NOT EVEN PRISONERS GET DENIED AIR CONDITIONING.

Love this store. I've been shopping at this store for over 15 years and I go to the salon . Amber is a senior stylist and my favorite hairdresser. She makes it worth going to the store and salon. I forgot to mention the other stylist are great also. They guarantee their cuts and I've never had to go back.

My jewelry order for Christmas was botched and their customer service reps. totally mislead me regarding the status of my delivery. I ordered and paid for some items on Dec. 5. On Dec. 21 I received an email notice that my order was on its way. UPS tracking indicated a label was printed Dec 18 with no other information available. Watching the progress intensely, on Dec 23 with UPS showing no item was received by them, I contacted Penny's customer service both by chat and phone. In both instances I was informed that my items would arrive Dec.24 as promised, guaranteed. Well, as you can tell from my one star review, I was mislead. On Dec. 28 I finally spoke to a CSR who informed me of which I already knew. Here's the kicker. I could have driven a short distance to a near by store where my items were in stock. NEVER TRUST J.C. PENNY ONLINE SERVICE, PERIOD!

I'm kinda surprised at how the quality of this store has gone down. So much cheap garbage! Chinese goods? I bought a fleece bathrobe 6 years ago at JCP. Finally wore out after wearing daily all these years later. $24.00Bought a new one for my birthday in mid November. $50.00! HALF PRICED from 100.00...both pockets already ripped out. JUNK!

Just started using the J.C. Penney hair salon (been there twice now). They are AWESOME! I cannot sing enough praises for the hairstylist that I am going to as a regular client now. All the rest of the staff are amazing, as well.

This is a smaller pennies but they still have a very good selection of things I would highly recommend shopping at this pennies because it was very comfortable to walk around and not overly crowded. The people at the registers were nice and it's inside of a very small Mall it's just kind of nice to go and relaxing for a while. There are other great stores in the same Mall.

I didn't like it at all. Used to be able to get some great shirts there. Drove 55 miles to get shirts. And most every shirt was made with polyester. Wich makes me itch. Doesn't any one carry 100% cotton?
