I’m writing this review because after years of satisfying help from CVS they have turned their backs on me. They have given me numerous excuses for being out of medication just to find out I had to take a different medication so I did after 2 months it started again they have made the decision on what the doctor can prescribe for my chronic back pain which caused me to suffer withdrawals due to inability to get medication. I now drive 110 miles round trip every month for my medication. The Pharmacy is there to provide assistance not determine what you need to take

Today (10/11/22, 11:30AM) I received the Covid booster shot and am very pleased. Easy to make an appointment online and comfortable feeling administering the shot. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Very small. Inside Target. Couldn't use my Flex pay. Overall, not impressed. Fine for the personal needs section of Target, but subpar for a true CVS.

Incompetent as can be. 5-5-22 at around 3:50 a female employee told my girlfriend they'd fill her insulin and have it ready next day. I show up and sure enough they can't give me anything. THEY FORGOT TO ORDER IT! This could've easily been a near lethal emergency if it was for an elderly person or someone who couldnt get to the ER for whatever reason. Going straight to the top exposing this one.

I recently switched from Fred Meyer to CVS & I'm so glad I did. They're fast, reliable, friendly & respectful of your privacy.

staff are great and hardworking, but this place has management problems and staff shortage. Fix it or at least send the managers to trainings.

In my experience CVS is a good and reliable pharmacy, even in late 2021 when other Longview and Kelso pharmacies are struggling and some are imploding.
