Received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. And unfortunately the roses were in full bloom and showed bits of wilting and did not last 5 days. When called to be compensated they refused. Such a sad experience.

I ordered flowers from here this morning before they opened. It was very easy to navigate their website. Once I got to work I realized my friend I ordered them for was leaving her work where I was having them delivered at noon. I called and left a message right away. Once they opened at 9am a very nice lady called me back and let me know that the flowers come into them at around 10am so she said she will work on my order and get it out to my friend before noon. I can’t tell you how nice it was of them to do this with such short notice. This is a great place to get flowers. :)

BF got me flowers. Very nice arrangement. Thought id add photos besides the ones that were botched. Since this seems like an unusual happening. Really loved the flowers.

Adorable little flower shop operated by engaging, delightful and helpful floral designers!I came in today to select a small thank you bouquet. The woman that helped me made a perfect little arrangement!I plan on using Cornerstone Flowers for my floral needs and I recommend that you do too.

Honestly very disappointed in what they gave me, I ordered the fly away birthday bouquet and it clearly wasn’t that . The vase was completely different and the flowers looked different as well. It was something that I could have throw together myself here at home.. when I called I went back and forth with the ladies there telling them how unsatisfied I was and how I would have greatly appreciated a call saying they didn’t have the vase nor the flowers in stock but they pretty much didn’t care and told me they would refund me 10$ of the 70$ I payed lol would have much rather preferred them resending the proper bouquet but they told me that wasn’t an option. So if you order online don’t expect what you see in the picture. I uploaded the picture from there website of what I order to be delivered and the picture of what they sent.

I purchased the teleflora’s French vintage bouquet as a Mother’s Day gift for my beloved mom. Was described and pictured as a beautiful purple bouquet with 5 lavender roses and purple orchids which are my moms two favorite flowers. My mom received a red and white themed bouquet with only two roses and NO orchids. We spoke with the owner about making it right with either sending the correct bouquet or refunding our money. We were given nothing but excuses about why they can’t make it right, and they refuse to do so!!! I regret ever dealing with this company and it’s poor, unprofessional practices. I just wanted what was shown and described in the pictures for my mother, and expect to receive the $80 worth of bouquet that I paid for.PLEASE, buyer beware. If you don’t want to deal with what I have been having to deal with, shop somewhere else. I have pictures that I wish I could attach to show everyone how crooked this company is!!!

I placed an order via their website at 8am and was hoping for same day delivery and was so impressed that they had my order delivered by 11am that same day! The arrangement was gorgeous! I also used them for our wedding flowers when I was treated poorly at a different florist. The staff at Cornerstone is always so great and their prices are good too.

202 1/2 N. Pacific in Kelso, WA is the real address of this wonderful flower shop. Twin sisters operate it and there is a comfortable balance between professional and small town friendliness.I met one of the owners at 9am sharp when she was opening the door. After propping it open to let the fresh, clean Washington morning air breeze through the shop, she handled the order for my wife's birthday flowers. I wasn't there five minutes and she had processed my order, handled another phone-in order while I was signing the card and and the receipt, and I was out the door. Extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and too cute to be two of them!

I just want to say a huge thank you to the folks at cornerstone flowers!!! I live in BC Canada and my daughter and grandchildren live in Longview. I always send her flowers for Mothers Day if we can't be together and this year we couldn't. They always deliver the most beautiful bouquets of flowers, fresh and beautiful and I can do all the ordering on line and with ease knowing that they will not let me down and that the flowers will put a smile on my daughters face. My 'now' mother-in-law ordered a small bouquet and basket for my husband and I when we were going to the court house to get married. She couldn't make it from Southern Oregon but wanted to be a part of our day. My husband had to go and pick up the flowers during our busy day because they couldn't find our house. The basket we got was full of rotting fruit with a bow half hanging on. To top it off, the employees were very rude when we picked up our supposed to be delivered flowers. I would give zero stars but that's not an option. If you think this is worth your hard earned money, you're sadly mistaken. Thanks for making our mom's gift on our special day... Not so special.

Ordered flowers. They were seekers in a timely manner. However they look nothing like the picture that was advertised. When I expressed my irritation, they were not concerned and said I received my money's worth. It was a much smaller "dinkier" arrangement than what I paid for. If I could leave images on this review, I would.

I personally had a wonderful experience. Ordered flowers over the weekend and had a small technical error. At first the flowers hadn’t arrived and they had just closed. They’re computer had glitched, and the lady working sincerely apologized and refunded the full amount without me asking. The flowers arrived 20 minutes later and were beautiful. The lady working displayed amazing customer service. I would recommend them to anyone

Similar to prior reviews the delivered product did not match what was ordered. Do not use this florist if you want a decent floral arrangement. I could have got a better arrangement at a grocery store for a fraction of what was spent. Owners are not willing to make things right.

I ordered through the website for like a dealers choice, they got to choose the floral arrangement, and a stuffed animal. My grandmother loved the flowers and the animal. I really feel like they went above and beyond. Thank you.

Spent over $80 total for what I thought was going to be a beautiful arrangement.... what was delivered did not even look professional let alone anything like the product I ordered. Their solution was a lousy $25 credit... They said they made "substitutions"... See images and make up your own mind...

I use Conerstone flowers for at just about any event possible.. They have done flowers for my mothers funeral, my kids wedding and lastly I called them at the last minute needing a corsage & boutonniere for my kids homecoming. Tell them what you need and every time its perfect. Thanks again girls!

This flower shop is in a very cute and accessible location with street parking easily found outside. The flowers are fresh, the two ladies inside are very sweet and quick to help with whatever flowers you need. Definitely a great local find!
