Pharmacy staff is absolutely rude!!! I’ve never been here before and was warned by a nurse at Swedish but had to go here because no one else was open after my sons appendectomy. The tech didn’t say a word and just stared at me until I handed her the rx. Then the pharmacist told me 20 minutes til ready. Didn’t explain anything. Then he rudely told me to leave the drive thru. Could have explained this sooner!!! I told him directly that he lacked serious communication skills and was rude! Hope I never have to come here again.

This place is wild. It terrifies me! Everyone who works there looks (and usually is) so confused. I feel bad for them and wish they had better management, but holy cow am I worried that someone will be hurt or worse due to an error. I received just 5/90 pills the other day, and it took a fair amount of work to understand why that happened, and to get the rest filled (luckily in time). Going somewhere else so I can better trust that I will get the full prescription, and that the pills inside will be the correct ones.

My doctor sent a prescription over on Sunday evening.Pharmacy told me that it was out of stock at the store and promised next day because the distributor had some that could be ordered in fast.Well it’s late Thursday evening and it still hasn’t been filled. I have called every day since Monday with continued promises of “next day.”Finally went back to my doctor and had the prescription sent to Walgreen’s competitor. Got a courtesy phone call after 20min to tell me it was done.Never sending prescriptions here ever again.

This 24 hour pharmacy is closed again due to corporate policies it consistently make this the worst pharmacy on the eastside. I tried contacting corporate customer service to ask a question, they lied and said there is an emergency so they will reopen soon. They can’t answer any questions on the phone about anything remotely related to customer service. They are always short staffed and can’t seem to hire the best people for the jobs because they likely pay too low. 30 minute wait times…every time. Mixed up prescriptions, poor process and poor management of the pharmacy workers time. Bye walgreen!

I don't know what's going on at this location but it's crazy. I've used this location for about two years now. I thought I'd try the delivery option (which they go through Doordash), I needed my meds sooner than going through mail. It was awful. I called a few times just to get a couple of meds ready. It's like they're sitting there not doing anything. One person says it's says one thing on their end and my app says different. Finally I just told them forget it I'll come down and grab my meds myself. Another time I called to refill a prescription, come to find out the pharmacist with a deep accent (I couldn't anderstand what she was saying) refilled a different med. I call at 12 am no one picks up. They're open 24/7 between 1:30 & 2am is lunch break. You can tell the person there was waiting for me to hang up. This place needs a whole new management cleanup FAST!

Well, the most depressing places I've ever been nearly empty shelves. Almost no help. Stood at the checkout line for good three minutes before customer service person cashier. Whatever you want to call it decided to show up. Did not say hi. Thank you! Had a grim look on her face. Don't go there. Give your money to somewhere else

I hate walgreens. I hate walgreens. I SERIOUSLY and strongly dislike walgreens. How is this company still in business? I think they have lots of stores internationally and that's how they stay open. But for reals, this place is so awful. No one has any sort of education except for the pharmacists and technicians and that's only because they have to. And I don't say that in like a "you HAVE to be educated." No, there are plenty of successful people who dropped out of school. This is NOT that kind of situation. The employees are just... only ever going to be happy working for walgreens because they'd be super teased at literally any other company. The management is completely incompetent and has been for many years. I wish them all the luck in the world! But I avoid this store like the plague. The only reason I went here is because it's open 24 hours and that's very convenient. However, the PEOPLE who work there 24 hours do not like it and that makes whatever convenience of being open made no longer convenient. It's a struggle and a fight and an attitude to get through to anyone. So frustrated. Goodbye! And have I hope things get better for you! Truly! I'm not a spiteful person, but I can't deal with whatever crazy drama is going on at this store anymore.

TL;DR - avoid this location for passport photos. It is NOT worth the hassle.I went to this location today after seeing online that they offer passport photos. The front register cashier was kind, and quickly tried to help me out. We discovered that the camera that the store uses had a dead battery. She then pinged one of the employees to come help out. This new person was immediately on the defensive, muttering under her breath about how she had tried to charge the batteries etc, etc. I didn't know what was going on, so I offered to leave since it seemed like it wasn't going to work out. Without explaining herself at all, she motioned for me to sit down in front of the white background. There was no prompting, no communication, she just proceeded to take my picture and then silently walk away towards the kiosk. I was super confused, and then she impatiently started peppering me with questions from across the room. She motioned for me to enter my information on the kiosk, and while I did, she proceeded to help another customer. She was awful to this guy - while she'd been noncommunicative with me, she was openly annoyed with him. At the end of their transaction, there had been some kind of miscommunication, and the guy needed to go get $20 cash to complete it. She GROANED (not even joking), and then whined that she had to call her manager (which she did, angrily, on the PA system). This other customer and I kept looking at one another like we couldn't actually believe what we were seeing. He ended up leaving empty-handed (he'll also probably never go back there), and I hurriedly got my photos and left.I'm not sure if the employee at the photo department has some sort of difference that inhibits her to communicate, and it doesn't really matter - it was the open hostility that really confused me. The entire ordeal took about 30 minutes total, and I'm wishing I had just gone with UPS instead. Go somewhere else, and listen to the reviews about this location. It is just as bad as it seems.

I would give zero stars. My third experience in the past 6 months where I’m told and promised my prescription will be ready at 8am and then I call to make sure for them to tell me come in an hour and a half. I get there and not even a surprise, they tell me my prescription is not ready and to go back in the line. I’m suffering with an ulcer and trying to pick up my ulcer medication and I asked the girl who is notorious for saying it’ll be ready in 20 minutes only for it to be a lie ask me who promised me the time. Excuse me! Then, she gets the pharmacy manager who proceeds to talk over me instead of hear me out and understand what I’ve gone through with their lies and empty promises to again ask me who I spoke to because none of their employees would have said that. Umm..she’s standing right beside you. To think that they will argue with any patient, and myself who is in a lot of pain from an ulcer and to tell me to come into the store and she will hand it to me inside. Wow! What great customer service! Tell a patient suffering with an ulcer to come into the store and abuse her power to make herself feel good that she treated someone poorly. I only go to the drive thru if I’m severely sick which I am and I can’t believe the way they treat people once again. They need some major customer service training; not to include going back and taking pharmacology. Instead of arguing with the patient, maybe use your time wisely and get the prescription ready. Makes me wonder how they prioritize prescriptions. I can understand being short staffed but don’t make empty promises and don’t argue with the customer. If you can’t have it ready, I’m sure people would appreciate the truth more and go somewhere else. There was another medication that they had run out of and didn’t have the courtesy to tell me so I could find another pharmacy who had them in stock. This particular medication could have given me seizures if I skipped my dose. So, if that doesn’t explain their customer service. The only reason we go to Walgreens is because it’s 24 hours.

First time I’ve gone there for a vaccination. Shingrex was scheduled. I have a condition which is impacted by that particular shot. Then I find a second is needed about a month later.I was very impressed by the pharmacist’s knowledge of my condition and we chatted about what reactions to expect aside from the normal. Slipped by any abnormal reaction thank goodness.I’ll be going back for #2 when the time comes and schedule an RSV poke there too.

Everytime I come here I leave beyond frustrated. The techs here have no compassion and could care less about you. Enjoy paying inflated prices for terrible service. This has happened everytime I have came in to pick my order. They will literally cut you off mid sentence, walk away while you're talking and act like they are beyond their job. I will absolutely never come here again and gladly order my medications oonline. Avoid this place like the plague and protect your well being.

This is a personnel complaint. Walgreens Issaquah is one of the few 24hr drug store. With competitors nearby closing I am sure they get enough business. I was at the Walgreens twice in the past week. I was faced with a teller who needs a hygene check. It was as if they hadnt showered for days. I hope Walgreens can pay enough for a person to afford a safe place to wash themselves and their clothes. The stench was so bad that I am debating if I want to go back in. Walgreens pay your people and have some standards.

Do not use this pharmacy. It is a complete mess. They told is to come in 90mins. We arrived 2hrs later and the medicine still wasn't ready and we were told we would need to wait another 30mins. We were unable to wait. Now i need to go on a trip without my medication and hope i can fill it when our flight arrives.

If you don't want people in there with masks and a hoodie post a sign, and stop selling useful thing's for when people are sick. I had a mask to stop the spread of covid and your cashier this afternoon acted all sketched out by a POC simply buying 70$ worth of product and being asked at the end of my shopping trip to remove my hood is ridiculous. Say something when they enter or put a sign.

I wish that I could give them a zero. This is the absolute worst Pharmacy a person could ever have to be using. They are so slow, so rude, and have absolutely zero customer service skills. I’ve been trying to get a prescription for a while now and they keep telling me it’s in progress and are unable to give me even a three hour window of when it will be ready. And this is not the first time. A couple months ago, the app told me my prescription would be ready at a certain time so I drove down to get it. I sat there and waited for over two hours. I’ve moved all of my prescriptions to expresscripts and it is so much better. I needed this prescription TODAY because it is time sensitive and that is the ONLY reason I used them again…. And here I sit waiting an inordinate amount of time AGAIN.

I cannot stress how sloooooow this Walgreens is. They need so much more staff. Expect to wait behind 6+ people in line at all times, in store or drive thru.

Not sure why this place is still in business. They are so unfriendly and unhelpful to their customers. Walked in to get a flu shot, the place was completely empty but they needed an appointment. Unlike other Walgreens that you can book online, this one does not seem to have this option.

Clowns work here. I tried to return a faulty item with the origonal recipe walgreens provided when I bought the item. I was refused a refund due to them not being able to read the receipt because their printer didn't print it clearly. I'll never shop at walgreens again. Now I'm out $50.

After one particular horrible experience at this location, I decided to look this place up online to see what the overall experience review was for this place. I would have been surprised if the place had an overall good review. I was not surprised at all to see that it had an overall dismal review. I do admit most of my times in the store go pretty well. But there's been so many negative to horribly destructive experiences at this location, I've had to develop a thick skin and prepare myself mentally and psychologically before going into this place. Sometimes I feel compelled to have a recorder ready to record my conversations because it has gotten very weird on a couple of occasions. Most of it's been with two older women in particular. Fortunately, they don't work the front desk that often. Some of the other help can be a little negative as well, but the majority seems to be with two people in particular. I generally let things roll and slide by, but sometimes I am forced to defend myself when these particular people try to control the narrative and make it look like I am being difficult or defensive when I'm not doing anything other than trying to get my stuff and go. They'll do things like meet me at one register, only to move over to the next one and make me move all my stuff over to the next register. And all with a cute smug little smile on their face. Honestly, it's kind of like being in junior high school again. It's actually kind of funny but in a scary way. again.

I don't understand how they are always out of certain medications yet Bellevue Walgreens always has them and they can't answer that question for me either so I have to go to two different pharmacies every month

I made an appointment for vaccine several days ago. Received appointment confirmation, and multiple appointment reminders, including one today at 4am. Next this I know is Walgreens decided to cancel my appointment - no reason given! The email reads "If Walgreens canceled your appointment We’re sorry your appointment was canceled, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused." !

Wish I could give them 0. Slow, rude, dismissive. Rx not filled when supposed to. I’m not able to do the over the phone customer service review, because when I call they usually put me into a holding patter lasting longer than 10 mins.

I am very confused after my visit today. I recently moved back to the area and at some point in the last year they made another "handicapped" spot. However the proper spacing isn't there at all to support actual handicapped parking. The store has 4 proper spots already with spacing to allow a loading and unloading ramp, but this 5th spot used to be general, and for whatever reason someone decided by putting up a sign it was good enough to be designated handicap. That's not how this works. And I really hope someone from managment sees this and makes the proper changes. Either allow enough room for a loading ramp, or make it a general spot again!

I wanted to speak to a pharmacist to verify that a vaccine was available since another Walgreens location had allowed me to make an appointment but when I arrived did not have it. ( That was Mercer Island) The pharmacy tech at Issaquah thought she put me on hold but had not — I heard her conversation with the pharmacist. The tech told her I wanted to file a complaint (which I never mentioned.) The pharmacist was unapologetic about her refusal to help and would only advise the tech to put me back on the vaccinations appointment line (I already had appointments for my family) to be put on hold for about forty minutes by which time my appointment would have come and gone. We are on a strict vaccination schedule after having potentially been exposed to rabies. When we got to the appointment they were “unable” to administer the vaccine even though they had enough for two of the four of us. The lack of responsibility for their incorrect website function and information is inexcusable and potentially harmful to potential customers. I do not recommend this location or company.

I have been a patient at this pharmacy for 10 years and quality of service has deteriorated so much that I am moving all my meds to a different pharmacy. Drive-through lines around the building, one staff member manning both inside counter and drive-through, marking prescriptions as ready when they are not, not filling Rxs for almost a week or more when online says ready next day, have to go through someone at a call center before getting to the dispensing pharmacy and then waiting over an hour for help, having to repeat myself 4 or 5 times for the staff to understand me (I spoke clearly and enunciated, so it was not my issue), delays on critical medications, my list of grievances are a mile long at this point. Save yourself the stress, save yourself gas or charge on your vehicle, just go anywhere else for your meds. This place is not worth it anymore. Not even for the drive-through. Avoid at all costs - especially if your life depends on your meds. This place is going to kill someone if they haven't already!

I’m not one for leaving negative reviews, but I feel morally obligated to warn people about this Walgreens. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have been to in my life, my family has given them about 8-10 chances now (because they are so close to our home) and every single time we have tried to have a prescription filled something goes wrong. I have also witnessed things going terribly wrong for strangers in line ahead of me. If your life depends on a medication, DO NOT come here. This place is going to kill someone if they haven’t already. Do not come here at all unless you have a saint like level of patience or just want a front row seat to the circus. From what I can tell the management here needs to be completely replaced, probably the bulk of the staff as well. Any positive reviews for this Walgreens are almost certainly left by employees or their friends/families.
