I recently visited the Home Depot in Issaquah and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store is well-organized and stocked with a wide range of home improvement products, from power tools to home decor. Understaffing means returns and pickup take forever. Don’t bother with curbside pickup—you’ll sit there for half an hour and never get anything.

When you have the one and only sign showing this sale in the middle of a table, it's pretty safe to assume the product it's in the middle of, is on sale. The self check out made me go back, get this picture....then pulled me out of line while they "verified" it. 15 minutes later, someone finally came back said it's for another product, and wouldn't honor the price. When I left, they'd moved the sign. Also.... this " means inches, not #..... never had good service at Home Depot and today certainly didn't help.

Good one. You will find almost everything you need for your home. The associates are very helpful in guiding you to pick correct items based on dimensions. Their garden center is awesome with great quality plants - flowers and fruits. Whenever I go to home depot,.I just want to spend the whole day there.

I am disappointed with the services from home Depot, from communication to delivery. This delivery was for some with Physical and speech disability and he had given instructions of how this delivery was going to be delivered in his Condo. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 2nd June 2022. It was left out and can see water dripping from the roof, it's electrical, very dangerous situation. They charged very expensive for delivery and when they're asked to wave the delivery fees they said that they can't. The Customer have no equipment to bring it up to the 2nd floor where his Condo is.So disappointed.

Used to be a great place, but is now filled with inexperienced and unprofessional kids doing sales and handling customers. Avoid especially if you are renting and need reliable service.Their online tools have also not kept up, Apple Pay doesn't work, and returns or service changes are a nightmare.

Awesome customer service!! Jacob at the return area went beyond and above for us. He went to double check with multiple colleagues if he could accommodate our request. And came back with a positive answer. We’d like to thank the staff at this Home Depot for being so kind and helping us out.

It's has been multiple times that it's virtually impossible to get someone to unlock the rack to get the item I need. I understand the locking is a theft prevention method, but this store particularly need to improve the experience than having dozens of staffs in the store yet no one can unlock the rack or know to find the person who can, either have a dedicated person for this task or let more staff do it.

Never install carpet in Homedepot. I bought carpet from Homedepot a few weeks ago. The installation service is bad. They just put carpet on floor/stair and they don't care the appearance at all. They just stapled every corner. I am not satisfy with their installation during the work, but the worker continue his work and he said he will fix it. But they didn't do anything with it. I refused to sign the paperwork, but homedepot insist I agreed to their job. Homedepot even refused to provide a document of their installation guild or standard. They can decide the installation standard as they want. The store manager keep calling you, but there isn't any actual solution for refund or fixing the problem.Check the photo to see how bad the installation is.1. Every steps of the stair aren't consistent.2. They make a few scratches without any fixing or refund.3. Paid much more material than the my actual usage.

In September 2021, we signed a contract with Home Depot to renovate the kitchen, which mainly includes replacement of cabinet doors, drawers, refacing cabinet, new countertop and splash back tiling. We paid in full in advance.On February 7, 2022, Home Depot entered the construction site for the first time. It was two very new contractors with very poor technology. Construction quality is also poor. What's more, the drawer and cabinet doors used by Home Depot are not solid wood when the contract is being talked about in August 2021.From February to April 2022, for up to two months, we complained to the project manager of Home Depot who was responsible for our project. The project manager's response was delayed. We called the project manager 5 times and he would not answer the call. And about the email: it takes three to five emails repeatedly to get a reply, and the project manager of Home Depot responds to one email, which takes 2 weeks or more. And half of the kitchen decoration, the quality is poor, which seriously affects our daily life.In April 2022, Home Depot's program manager admitted that sales misled us during the sale process. Agreed, reface the cabinets again, and replace the cabinet doors. He said he could come back and reinstall it the week of May 31.We waited in the half-finished kitchen until the May 31st promised by the project manager, but there was no word from Home Depot, and we kept asking.Home Depot did not send a contractor until the week of June 13. Home Depot's contractor this time peeled off the previous laminate and put on a new laminate . But this time the more serious situation is that the new sticker is torn off and the inside of the cabinet is seriously damaged. Clearly visible when the cupboard is opened (as in the photo).Home Depot's kitchen renovation is like a nightmare. Not only is the whole process difficult to communicate, but also because the rework damages the interior of the cabinets a lot, seriously hurting the value of the kitchen and the value of the home.

Always have good experience at this HD. Today I had Jacob (garden section) help me load mulch. I believe I caught him leaving for today but he said’ “No worries, I can help!” Really appreciated his help. I know sometimes it gets super busy there and it’s hard to find someone to help but I always do and they are always nice. I also find what I need online and shipping is fast. There are also way more stuff online too. We got awesome tiles for our kitchen remodel.

I found everything easily, there were plenty of staff to help answer questions and the store was pretty tidy. Good selection in general and had a lot of items I couldn’t find at the Bellevue store.The lumber section was organized and well staffed, plumbing had someone nearby to quickly help customers. The garden center was very clean and has a good selection of healthy plants. Power tools was a little cramped but I did see there was an employee who did a great job of interacting with customers in case anyone needed anything.This store was slightly cleaner and a little better staffed than the Bellevue store.If there had been a regular checkout I’d have given 5 stars. I scanned everything else saving the spray paint for last and Thankfully there was a person who came right away to check out the spray paint. I much rather use an actual staffed check out.

I visited my local Home Depot today. I needed something that was located in overstock and was told it would take about 30 minutes to have someone available to retrieve the item. It was suggested that I browse the store while I waited. I'm good with that as I like to get project ideas. About 4 minutes later, in another part of the store the same sales associate, Erin, was walking towards me with a huge smile...she had located another spot in the store where the item was available on the sales floor....and she had tracked me down to let me know. She went above and beyond for me today. A shout out and kudos to Erin at the Issaquah store, she really made my day.

Spent an hour here to get 4 items, 2 of which were locked up and I waited on employees for close to 45 minutes of that time. Finally get to checkout and they don’t take any form of Apple Pay (Chase). Complete waste of time. Last time I was here a door I bought previously was missing hardware. They told me to buy a whole new door, go to the parking lot and op n to get the parts I need, then walk back in and return it. Literally every time I come here it’s something similar.This place needs to go out of business.

Horrible, Horrible Horrible!!!Purchased a garage door, opener and installation from Home Depot. Waited almost two months for delivery. Then Home Depot's installer didn't finish the installation due to a defective opener. Now, two weeks later, still no working opener. Multiple emails and phone calls and I'm told I have to be patient because Home Depot has other customers (per Lisa). They have their internal policy and even though my purchase was through Home Depot, they delegate everything to Clopay (their vendor) so there's nothing Home Depot can or will do.

Kudos to the new management team at the Issaquah Home Depot! I used to dread coming here, but recent changes have thoroughly turned me around. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, who seem to enjoy their jobs and really know their merchandise. THANK YOU for the changes!

Well to today, I want to thank WILL for excellent service. My electrical contractor forgot his "notebook" after he had purchased a panel and circuit breakers at Issaquah. When he returned and discovered its disappearance, I said I would go back to Home Depot in Issaquah and search. I started with the clerk who had checked him out (yes we compared notes to make sure it was him), his response was go see customer service. After checking close garbage cans, I went to customer service. They showed me one notebook but not the correct one. I spoke with the people who covered electrical and they even stopped the employee who was gong home comparing notes if he had discovered the NOTEBOOK.We searched the isles but not successfully. I said I would check the parking lot trash containers. As I finished digging in several, there was a call from a strange number. Upon answering it was Will, who asked if I was searching for a black notebook. He described the notebook perfectly and I asked where he had found it. His description and the contractor's matched. I told Will I was on my way there. Will determined by my purposeful march across the front of the store who I was and met me half way. After determining I had the correct information that was in the notebook, he handed it to me, saying he had found it in a cart. Opening the notebook for inspection, it happened to land on my panel meaning I could identify each line to verify it belonged to us.Will, thank you, thank you , thank you. He saved a day and lots of headaches.Again thanks to Home Depot employees BUT especially to WILL. You saved the contractor and you made this home owner happy too.

Probably one of the more friendly Home Depot’s I’ve been in. Employees will put down what they are doing to help fellow employees along with their order fulfillment associates who take extra care to make sure any woods isn’t warped or bowed. Tyler and TJ helped us find a pallet of retaining wall without a seconds hesitation. Honestly if you treat associates with Respect they will go above and beyond to help you. If an Associate doesn’t know the answer just stay with them so they can contact someone else or look it up. I honestly don’t understand why more people don’t shop here as well!
