All of the laundry detergent is locked in glass cabinets. Waiting on an associate for something that is too big to easily steal is ridiculous. Does Issaquah really have a problem with laundry detergent theft? And they locked it all up, not just the pods.I’d rather pay a little more next door at Safeway than wait for detergent.

Nice selection of anything and everything. Love checkout lines - plenty of them. Great service from the associates. Great collection of clothes. Plenty of parking. Personally feel that this place is never crowded. O erall just like any other target!!

Nearly everything in the grocery department is frequently out of stock. Teach your buyers to keep your store stocked appropriately. I can't rely on Target because they can't keep their shelves stocked with basic items like bread and milk.

This is a nice clean well stocked Target store. We were able to find everything we were looking for. Standard Starbucks inside the front for a yummy latte and plenty of parking. With plenty of other great stores close by. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

I ordered a Christmas gift on line for $64.34 which I needed to return to the Target store. When I took it in to return it, I was refunded only $54.34, and told that there was a $10 promotional gift card that had been emailed to me when I made the online order and that that amount was withheld from my refund. I told the service person that I didn't want the gift card, that I had not been aware that the "promotional" card was one I would be charged for if I returned to item I ordered. I told the service person I was very unhappy with this deceptive practice and shocked that Target would be so deceptive and not provide a full refund. She said I should have known that when I made the online order, but could not show me anything from my order that said I could not get a full refund. I told her that I would not be shopping at Target again, and will let my friends and family know of this deceptive practice on behalf of your company. I'm shocked that Target is willing to lose a customer over $10! When I called the general Target Customer Service number I was told the same thing. Finally, after 20 minutes of arguing with me, the Cust. Service rep. offered me an additional $10 gift card, which I accepted as my only recourse. I will not be shopping at Target again! I thought you had a good reputation and were a valuable community business; I don't think this any longer!

Out of all the Targets I’ve been to this is my least favorite.Everything is locked up, went to buy new face wash, had to wait for an employee, then they had to stand there while I read the bottles. Went to buy laundry detergent and it was locked too. Didn’t want to wait again, so put the face wash down, walked to Sephora to buy face wash then Safeway to buy laundry detergent. Which took less time.I’ve become so annoyed with what’s locked up, I’m just buying stuff on Grove/Amazon. Then when I want a Target exclusive item I wait until I need to go to Bellevue/Gig Harbor. The bathrooms are always disgusting. Bins always piled up high and over-flowing on the floor, so people start making trash piles on the floor. What looks like poo and period blood isn’t an unusual site on floors/walls.The bathrooms are pretty clean at other Targets, I don’t understand.

I love this target! Their shelves are always well stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the layout of the store is easy to maneuver. In my opinion this is the best target in the wider Seattle area

Clean and neat in a good location and plenty of parking. However, I am most often finding empty shelves and the items I need are out of stock. Very often. The store has Starbucks which is mostly empty. There are 4 self-checkout stations and you can use your apple pay. That’s convenient.

Got groceries thru mobile order and store pickup option, this is me first time trying this option, so haven’t checked groceries when picked up. Once home, every produce item is old, rotten and other veggies in pool of smelly rotten juice from tomatoes. Is the person picking up groceries for store pickup trained to pick old rotten leftover produce?? I went back and complained about this in customer service and they don’t want to take any of that back and don’t want to refund in the payment method i used for my order, instead they gave me a store only giftcard that says customer didn’t produce the receipt. Something shady is happening in this target and never buy groceries from here again

This is the worst Target. I mean no target is super great but this one is the WORST. They are often out of goods. Along with also constantly blocking item selections with carts and stuff. The employees have never been an issue, but they obviously have bad leadership at this store. Corporate should definitely check this place out more.

Is what you would expect from a target. It was very clean well-stocked people were friendly. It was convenient as we were visiting the area. I need to pick up a few staple items before we hopped on a cruise ship. No issues with the store at all we felt safe in the parking lot was well lit as we were there at night.

Rather than solving the problem of everyone stealing stuff by paying their employees a living wage and actually staffing the store, they’ve locked everything in cabinets so you have to wait for an employee to unlock your products for you. Lots of other stores sell goods and don’t do this so I’d definitely go there first.

The Target store on Gilman is an essential shopping experience for my family. They are conveniently located and hours are accommodating. The store is bright, staff is friendly and helpful; especially, the in-store CVS pharmacy which is integral to my health. The only area for improvement is gauging when more checkout staff is required before long lines mount. Being disabled, I cannot use the self-checkout without great auditory confusion and people in my properly balanced zone. You can't fix the latter, but having more people to perform checkout avoids me doing it myself.

Karen, an older lady who is almost always at customer service, is so rude. It's like I'm asking her for something for free when I go for my things. The first time I had an experience with her, I thought she was just having a bad day, but then I realized she's actually very bitter and rude.

Homeless people looting the store at 6pm on a Monday. Parking lot was pretty sketchy crawling with homeless and unsavory characters, I worried about leaving my car in the lot, no security in sightSaw thieves pushing out suitcases full of merchandise while going inside and while leavingNo security encourages an UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS environment since payment is now optionalShelves empty because most items have been stolen, which is going to lead to higher prices for the honest people that choose to payBut wear your mask to 'be safe' lolWELCOME TO THE IDIOCRACY OF JOE BIDENS AMERICA, WHERE EVERYTHING IS BASS AKWARDS🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

I've been shopping here for 14 years but we've started to look for alternatives since they have so few people doing checkout and long, slow queues. Checkout easily doubles the time I spend in the store now. I don't want to go through self-checkout with a cart load of groceries - there's not space to bag them. This is why you're getting more and more people doing pick up orders, Target - is it really more cost effective to pay staff to shop for customers instead of having cashiers so they'll shop in store?

Express lanes are NOT for 10 items or less they are self checkout only and you only are informed after you pulled up to the counter with three items that “sorry this is self checkout only” that’s not what the sign says. So you have to turn around and find the only two check out lanes that are open.

This target location has gone downhill since their new management. It is awful not only for guests, but especially towards their employees. They have become so low staffed because many of their workers quit due to poor treatment, unprofessional leaders, and incompetent management. They do not hire enough people and expect one person to cover their guest service desk AND self-checkout at the same time!, and they usually only have one person in a checklane for most of the day. Their drive-up people are also subject to such high standards with their "drive up time" their leaders expect one or two people to bring out 6 drive ups within 2 minutes?? These leaders don't do that for a whole shift so they do not understand how exhausting that is. The management also gossip about team members all the time. It's a toxic environment. They do not listen to concerns, requests, and complaints. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO APPLY TO THIS LOCATION, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DON'T. A cent raise and a low 10% discount as a benefit is not worth it. The leaders and managers are unprofessional, incompetent, and they subject their workers to unrealistic, stressful, and unfair responsibilities that they won't put on themselves. So, to the guests who wonder why this target is awful, blame their management: Evan, Sam, Julia, Kylee. Poor leadership, poor management skills, and very unprofessional. They will though, act like it if their bosses visit.

I’ve stopped shopping at Target for several reasons. One of which is their customer service…or lack thereof. They have MAYBE 1 or 2 cashiers now and instead have ACTUAL CUSTOMERS doing THEIR JOB by the self checkout lines which are chaotic, disorganized, and crammed into small spaces. No real supervision so it’s common to have someone cut in line (they don’t really have an actual designated line so people just kind of huddle up in masses and move forward when a space opens) not to mention you will sit for a long time waiting for a HUMAN EMPLOYEE to finally go to your register when you need help or an ID check. No “hello, what can I help you with?” Its beyond clear by their attitude they wish you would do them a solid and leave the store cuz it’s evident they hate the very fact they are there working. Nothing like giving money to a store that treats you like you are a leper and are doing them a disservice by bringing them business. Is it that hard to hire employees that will smile, be courteous, professional, helpful and will use “hello, please, thank you, and have a nice day?” Clearly it is. And these employees are the same ones that are demanding $20 an hour wages..amiright? Last, your prices are obscene. While I get we are all struggling with inflation, other stores in the area will still have SALE PRICES on their grocery items. TARGET NEVER HAS GROCERY ITEMS ON SALE. Only time is when the items are near or ON their expiration date. Nope, Targets grocery item prices are HANDS DOWN the highest out of all the stores in the Issaquah area….Safeway, QFC, Fred Meyers, etc. So not only do we always pay obscene prices but we get ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and in fact….DO THEIR JOBS WHEN WE CHECK OUT AND BAG GROCERIES UPON LEAVING. It’s to the point I’d rather have a root canal then step a foot into the Issaquah Target.

I love Taget in Issaquah! I live literally a mile down the road and it is my go to place for anything around the house espesh food. The parking lot is so easy to park in and not to mention the lot shares with a bomb food truck. So go to Target, then go to food truck! They have all the basic essentials for house, bath, body, fashion, food. They have a really easy check out service and i love it. OR! I'll buy online and go in store to return and it's quick and easy because there are no lines. 🏂🏂🏂🏂

They didn't have any of the blue SodaStream refill canisters so the young lady have me run around the store looking for them so that I can bring them up and only to find that well, those aren't the ones that they can do the exchange with. So sorry to waste your time

Couldn’t buy laundry detergent because no one came to help after pressing help button 5 times. Detergent is locked behind glass doors.

Only time in my life I’ve ever been stopped to show a receipt and have all my bags checked…. which is also against corporate policy but I didn’t want to start anything. Highly don’t recommend this target and don’t feel safe being a Latina with tattoos.

Too few check stands open, seem to rather have you do their job by going through the self checkout. Public restrooms are dirty, and you better check for toilet paper before deciding you're desperate enough to use the facilities.

Staff here are phenomenal. Went above and beyond helping me after I lost my receipt with a redemption code for Nintendo Online. They did everything they could on there end and got me set up with all the info I needed to reach out to Target Support to resolve the issue. Losing this code can be a huge hassle and they made it super easy for me to get this resolved. I wish I could remember the staff members name that was helping. She was fantastic.
