This location is very hit or miss depending on who is working. They have a serious problem with quality consistency. Some of the baristas are friendly, some of them will take care to make a drink for someone to enjoy. Others are very rude and unfriendly or will just throw things in a cup without care and call it good.. I generally don't care much for Starbucks coffee, as all their espresso tastes burnt and I know they do this intentionally, but I get a basic oatmilk latte. If you struggle to make a consistent latte, how can you call yourself a coffee shop? If you like espresso, try getting one of their plain espresso shots so you can really experience how burnt and unsavory their espresso really is. Most of their drinks are loaded with sugar to hide the absolute garbage tier espresso.If you want good espresso that tastes good enough to not mask with tons of sugar, go to Cafe Ladro down the street. They're always friendly and make way better coffee.

The bathrooms were filthy and the staff didn't seem to care when they were told how bad they were. The tables in the main sitting area also needed to be wiped down, as they had crumbs and coffee stains on them. Perhaps it was just a busy day when I visited, but it definitely could have used some cleaning up. The location is good, drinks were as expected, view is nice too.

This store is very dirty, which is surprising for the area. It looks like the floors have not been swept in quite some time, garbages overflowing. I don’t even want to see the bathrooms or the back. My mobile order of a drink and bagel took almost 20 minutes to complete. Staff saw me standing but didn’t acknowledge me, pretty poor customer service.

Newly constructed, this Starbucks easily passes in cleanliness (though there was a curious, yet amusing line of ants dealing feverishly with a crumb near the door). Service and taste is all as expected, and a nice view of the valley can be had from this location mind a bulky informational kiosk.

I have been ordering the same drink for a few weeks now and today when I asked for no ice, I was told I have to have ice and if I wanted a full cup, I'd be charged extra. I was charged 6 dollars for a tall drink that had more than what is considered "light" ice. No thanks, gave it back no refund.

Don't bother going here if you need any accommodations for your order. I have a caffeine intolerance, and it can make me horrendously sick within 30 minutes of consumption. But hey, Starbucks is all about customization, and offers decaf! Except this location will not use decaf, even if you really emphasize that you need decaf for health reasons. I've given the store multiple chances and the only time I've ever gotten decaf was when I blatantly asked the barista who made my drink if it was decaf, and she said no and remade it correctly. I was so sick from my drink yesterday I had to leave work early, and when I tried to call for a manager, their phone doesn't even ring, it just hangs up. I'm done with this location.

Had the worst experience, staffs need to be trained on customer service. Ordered pink drink and it wasn't capped securely so spilled all over the floor, on my shoes, pants. They re-made my drink missing strawberries, when I finally got someone to help, only received 3 small pieces of dried strawberries and some dirty looks from the staff. All of these happened without any apologies from them. Like everyone else's experience, staffs do not help you if you go inside the store.

This Starbucks is a convenient location but every single time I have been here they never have what I am ordering. They are always out of everything. If you visit this Starbucks always have a second choice on the menu already picked out because your first choice will likely not be available.

Starbucks as a franchise is great.Hands down.This Starbucks in particular has a large service range though. Sometimes drinks will come super fast, sometimes I need to wait ~20 minutes, and sometimes I have to remind them about my drink. Once I even found a hair in my drink. The employees are kind, and helpful anyways which is nice, but I feel like if the service was a bit more consistent, this shop would get better reviews and more attention.

This needs a good revamp on the offerings because what is offered on board was pivoted heavily on cold beverages. Where as hot beverages were not promoted. The place needs more clean trash.

Store has been closed over a week now and only serves drive through. If you walk up you also can’t order at the drive through window. They did have people in the store though on laptops so not sure why one rule does not apply to all.When we have gone in store employees ignore you and walk past the register multiple times before serving, no customer comes first here. Also extremely slow.A corporation that does not care for the environment by favouring drive through and selling reusable plastic cups that you then can’t use, how hypocritical

I had the chance to come in for my first cold-brew since March. They've done a great job marking the entrances, exits, and touting for 😷COVID-safe ordering. Even better - my cold brew coffee ☕ was ❤️❤️❤️. The tables outside have signs to flip so that it's easy to tell if a spot has been cleaned or not.

Needs a little management focus. Several staff working, and very friendly and fast service. But the seating area was thrashed. Crumbs on tables and seats and garbage on floor. I imagine they had a crazy busy morning, but it is quiet now. Napkins out of stock. Bathroom out of paper towels. Wife ordered English Breakfast Tea, and they were out. We're not mad, of course we will come back. But we prefer great service AND a clean restaurant.

I only ever go to this Starbucks out of convenience and I always regret it. They're always out of something OR the wait is INSANE. They try to combat the wait by giving me my drink for free, but they don't always do that and that doesn't make up for the fact that I wasted 20 minutes in line. And they don't do anything for you if they're out of some ingredient. During a week in July they told me on two different days that they were out of lemonade. If you ran out once wouldn't that be enough to convince you to over order for the rest of the week?? Especially in the summer when lemonade is more popular??The only redeeming quality about this Starbucks is ONE staff is really great. I wish I remembered her name... They've been moving her around a lot because I've seen her at other Starbucks locations in the area. GOOD! Then she can get away from this awful location.I really should stop going but they put it in such a high traffic area that I can't help it. I've been stopping by this Starbucks off-and-on for the past two years and it's still so poorly managed. I just wish Starbucks would realize how much of an impact this one location is having on my overall opinion of the company.

This place has potential but they need some serious focus on streamlining their processes and not have people freaking out and yelling when it gets busy. Went through the drive thru and after 15 minutes waiting they missed something on my order I asked to have it corrected at the window and the reaction was absolutely ridiculous! Between the yelling, heavy sighs, and full on drama I saw from my car I told them to forget about it. Apparently correcting my order was WAY too much to handle for the 15 people behind the counter today. I will drive the extra five minutes to go elsewhere and would recommend others to do the same. A busy day is no excuse to behave that way towards customers.

Staff is most often friendly. Of the hundreds of times I have been there, I have only had poor customer service experience twice. Of the two times, I recalled standing there while the new cashier carried on a long conversation with a handsome guy. The guy was probably a "regular", but I am not interested in standing another two minutes while you two talk about his extra-curricular activities. I did talk to the manager later gently letting her know that I don't intend for the employee to be fired but rather retrain since that isn't normal my Starbucks experience. It never happened again.My order was messed up two times in the last 2+ years. That's pretty good. This is offset by their kindness when I have forgotten my wallet or when I screwed the order myself by forgetting to order "soy milk" instead of regular milk.

My personal goal completed - celebratory & extravagant (which I never do) coffee ordered - found diverse staff very friendly - coffee was absolutely delicious and service was fast! Pocketbook was offended, as usual, so I just go there if I'm treating myself.

I had to change my review of the Starbucks in Issaquah due to some bad food I ate there yesterday. I ordered a latte and banana bread as I have always loved the two items.I got my items and took a bite of the banana bread noticing it seemed damp. I thought that's odd but ate it.Well I woke up this morning with an excruciating painful stomachache. I couldn't figure out why then remembered the banana bread! I'm still suffering from abdominal bloat and pain 2 1/2 hours later 😪I have always praised Starbucks but not anymore. They should check the food items to make sure they are not outdated. I will never go to Starbucks again. I'm going to go to the local coffee shops in town from now on. My hub said he won't be stopping there ever again either. They lost our 3X a week visits. Wish I wouldn't have left a tip!

One of my favorite locations to go to. Drive thru is usually full, but the line goes quickly. The staff are always very friendly even though they are almost always very busy. Never had a grumpy person serve me here at all! Drinks are always correct and taste great!

Starbucks drive-thru is the right place to be on a cold day or on a tiring day. A sip of tall coffee latte is what one needs....drink in the lovely coffee aroma first and coffee later..friendly organized and attentive staff. Never once did they mix up our order...sometimes the waiting line gets longer....but it's worth the wait...

The employees are really nice but not consistent at making a great drink, and today I got a drink tasted like burnt shots and not enjoyable. I went back out and decided to go back and get a new one told an employee and she had me still pay for the drink even though the full one is sitting in my car. When I told her about it she told me that’s common with caramel macchiatos.
