My husband and I went in to just look around, and the sweet cashier in there this evening (2/14) was so absolutely sweet, kind, and ready to assist us. She was ready to answer the questions she could and to call backup for anything she couldn't cover. On the other hand, we were highly disappointed in the state of the fish tanks. Unfortunately, they were filthy. Would have scored 5/5 if not for this.

I can't say enough good things about this community of employees at PetSmart!First Hayley the trainer is phenomenal and very helpful with my pup, and can't wait to learn more from her!Second, the Grooming department took care of my Samoyed puppy for her first time visit! Rose did an INCREDIBLE job and I'll for sure be coming back to her - also Anya gave plenty helpful advice for what to expect for puppy coats vs adult coats!Just an incredible group of people that really care!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Rose, the groomer at PetSmart. Despite my dog's hair being tangled, Rose's attitude was dismissive and unpleasant. He insisted on shaving my dog, even areas that were not tangled. Despite my reservations, I gave him a chance, only to find that the haircut was terrible. Rose didn't even have the decency to bring my dog back himself. Overall, I would not recommend Rose for grooming services based on his unprofessionalism and poor quality of work.

It was my Lyuda's first nail trim here. They did a great job keeping her calm and she was happy when I picked her up. They even gave her a cool pineapple bandana.

Matt did a great job grooming our Doodle. It’s great to know there is still a place that will do a great job at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. In general, everyone at this store has always been very helpful and courteous.

Made my appointment by calling, and I specifically said a haircut and bath. When my mom went to drop him off, the person at the desk kept asking her if she wanted to add on other services, even after she told them no repeatedly. When we picked him up it was not at all what we said we wanted. We got the call to pick him up at 6, and when we went it was completely not what we expected. His fur was cut too short, and was very uneven. There are tufts of hair that are sticking out and uneven lengths. Don't know what they did in the four hours they had my dog, but the end product does not show it. The hair around his face is barely trimmed, and the hair looks jagged and uneven. My dog also loves people, but when we picked him up it looked like he couldn't get out of there quick enough.Not sure what they did to him but I would not bring him here ever again.

For grooming service. Quality is bad even though they took a dog for 3 hours, I believe 2.45 minutes is a waiting time and 15 minutes of the service. Julia was unfriendly and unprofessional

This is my first dog and we stared grooming him since he was 2 months we were in another place but we have training classes here so we change my dog to this place but when they gave him to me he was very scared and stared to cry when he normally does not do that, after we went home and I pet hem I felt a scar in his ear and when I check there was a small part of his ear cut .we went in the morning with my parents to claim about it but they said that the groomer did not feel nothing, but that could not be possible because he had to cry and because it looks like they put some special cream to cure it. Since then he stared to act weird and I don’t know what they did to him I just know that they cut part of his ear and I fell really impotent about it.I am writing this because I don’t want no one to pass throw this.

Very very neglectful of their snakes and most likely the other animals they sell and lied to my face on their condition. They said they didn't check on them that day but for them to get into this state, it would've been days to weeks. They were lethargic and unresponsive. I went back shortly after and they were gone. I'm 80% sure they died due to their negligence. But hopefully they got rescued by someone. There is NO EXCUSE for this poor babies being like this.

Elena is the best and we are so lucky to find her at this location! She is patient, friendly and professional. Our dog has been going here since he was a puppy, and he had no problem with grooming from the beginning. Elena is very good at making adjustments to meet our needs as well. We feel our pup gets lots of love and great care.

Clean store, with great selection for dog toys and bones. Every Christmas we look for the biggest bone we can for out 30bl puppy lol and they had great ones! He's still working on the one we got him which is so impressive since our dog is known for just destroying bones and toys within hours of getting them

I love this petsmart! Not only is the retail staff great, but they have a good selection of animal supplies here. I'm especially fond of their training staff member Joani. She worked with both of my dogs and has been an invaluable ally to me as a pet parent. The Banfield here is great, as is the PetsHotel and doggie daycare.

I take my dog Buddy here every time to get his nails clipped. They do an excellent job for $20 and it takes them only 5 minutes. And I don't have to set up an appointment, I just do a walk-in. They are very gentle with the animals.

This is, by far, my favorite PetSmart and I regularly go out of my way to shop here. Employees are kind and helpful; they work as a team to get you what you need. When I went in around Christmas, I was able to get my pet's photo with Santa and they emailed it to me right away in addition to letting me take my own photos while they got my pet's attention. Genuinely thoughtful staff.

The staff at the pet hotel doesn’t seem it cares for pets!! Would never leave my pet in their care - a strange and awful experience - we were there for our pictures with Santa today and the staff’s attitude was terrible - so much so our friendliest golden retriever - who was pet by every other shopper in that store - wanted to sprint out of the photo session - and she usually loves them. The women (tall short hair) who managed the process and the photographer need another job that does not deal with pets, rude and unprofessional. Pet Smart ask your employees “ do you mind being around pets? As a minimal screen question” terrible experience to bring traffic to your store - it backfired because of poor management - we would never board our dog there or buy anything from that grinch of a staff!
