Always a breeze checking in and out. Convenient location. Friendly staff. The only dislike is that they make the pets go to the bathroom directly on the floor. Still 5 stars.

Not really a friendly "Hotel" for pet unless your loved one is well trained for crate and is very independent, it's slightly better than an animal shelter.It was a horrible experience, I dropped my dog there (booked one full week stay), I took flight out of WA, but the staff called me the second day late evening (~9 pm right before its store close) requesting me to arrange someone for picking up as soon as possible, just because they felt that my dog was over reactive (I had no idea why). I asked them to leave my dog alone for a while but the staff strongly insisted picking up because of their store policy, seriously??? Wong time and Wrong Policy!I was so tired of traveling and had to deal with such an emergency.Worried about my dog that whole night, I spent hours to call and find someone to help. Fortunately one great neighbor helped pickup my dog the next day and they had NO Issue holding, playing with my dog, I felt so relieved when they shared pictures with me. But my dog had constipation problem which I suspect PetHotel didn’t provide enough water!PetHotel treats pets only as business at best and shows no love to them, it's horrible that my travel was almost ruined! Please don't put your plan and furry friends on risk!

Twice now I've been been bitten by their reservation process whereby you make a reservation online and then wait for a confirmation. One time a reservation fell through due to availability and I missed their call because I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. A second time, I just never got a confirmation and when I went in person to figure out what was up, I was told that the PetsHotel was being closed for the whole month and thus the reservation wouldn't have been possible anyway. Heres' an idea!Don't allow the reservation online unless the space available.Reservations are a fundamental use case. Other than that, the service was pretty standard. But I'll never use them again.
