EXCELLENT!! All around! I was just given the most amazingly adorable "whites tree frog"🐸 who I've named Ducky, and needed to get her some more crickets🦗🦗 because my gosh does she love to eat!! Back to my experience here, i was greeted by not one but two extremely wonderful employees with such a very warm welcome as well as how my they be of assistance to me. I told the one employee I needed crickets for my 🐸 abs he said he'd bag them up right away which he did so very promptly!😊 while I was taking a quick look around before heading up front my darling little 3 legged chihuahua / Italian greyhound mix sniffed his way to the fresh dog bone treats isle and like always, decides he's going to pick himself out a nice treat (which can take him a VERY LONG TIME mostly) ugh! Can you say "little dog 🐕 problems" or what?! ♥︎ After choosing a bag of fresh pigs ears we proceed to check out, with my baby boy Griffey 🐕 dragging his tasty treat along side him! Everyone oohed and awed at his adorablness and he was SO cute that he managed to get mommy a nice discount in the end!! This location is full of nothing but ⭐️the best of the best⭐️

Super friendly staff full of info, but I have 3 cats, and that selection was very minimal. If you have a dog great place. 3/4 of the store is dog, and the rest is cat, bird, and other cute little critters

THIS PETCO NEGLECTS THEIR ANIMALS! If you care about animals, don’t give them your $$. Per the manager Jonathon, these tanks broken since yesterday. (See photos) Half the fish are dead on the bottom. The others are constantly air gulping at the top - suffocating. I begged the manager to put water in new tank or at least put a filter or air pump in the tank but he refused, saying he couldn’t until he hears back from corporate. He wouldn’t give me the GM name or number. Called corporate and escalated to a manager who said they would get back to me on 24-72 hours. I stressed that animals are dying and asked if they had immediate escalation for animal abuse and neglect but told they don’t. Will never shop here again. Would give a zero stars but can’t.

I ordered online for in store pick up and the order was transferred from the store I had specifically requested to a store more than an hours drive away because the products were reportedly not available at the store I had requested. When I showed up at the requested store, the order was not available, but I was able to find the specific products I had originally ordered, that were reportedly not available, and checked out. However, I could not transfer my original payment to the products I received, could not cancel the the online order and was charged for the products that had been sent to the distant store. I will be following up with Petco to receive reimbursement for the products I did not receive, but will be shopping elsewhere for pet products in the future.

I came in for a new fish tanks plants and the plant here was looking unhealthy and dry. Do not recommend for aquatic plants.

The employees working there seemed to be completely uninterested in customers. When we entered the store l, one of the ladies gave me a stern look and a stare, but no greetings. They looked away and started what looked like an animated discussion amongst themselves.No one bothered about the customers or bothered to ask them if they needed any help.

I love this Petco! Everyone is very nice, patient, helpful, and caring. I live right by another pet store, but prefer driving the extra five minutes to this Petco. The selection of items is great, too!

The store is fairly well put together and has fairly good stock, but it seemed like the poor cashier was alone in the shop ha sling both the register and the stocking work. It's not their fault, but myself and another person ended up waiting quite awhile at the front for them to realize we were there. (we couldn't find them.) not the employees fault of course, but was a little disappointing!

The manager of one of my favorite stores, may be a good manager for the woke.but to deal with senior citizens he has no clue. So I am not saying stop shopping at the store, but at the moment, don't interact with ,the current manager. He loves to talk more than listen. Regards

I have always had a good experience at this petco. Very friendly and helpful staff! What really put it over the top though was the very nice staff member who so graciously let me run in after closing time to grab something I needed! It was at least 10 mins after close and Erin saw us walk up as she was locking the door and let us in.So kind!!

The Customer Associate who helped me was delightful, helpful and very informative. She was respectful of social distancing, but at the same time very welcoming, and at ease. Even though all I had to do was pick up my purchase, she was happy to talk about the product and about potty training. I'll go back to this Petco because of that delightful employee.

I’m not the biggest fan of big-brand pet stores like this one but it’s not the worst I’ve come across. The animals seem to be maintained and tanks seemed to be cleaner than other stores I have visited. Their turtle tank needs some work. It had 5 turtles in it, with only a platform that could fit 2ish, Forcing the other 3 to swim around. The tank was empty, with no decorations, sand, or plants. Seemed very sad.

Yay!! They had my cat fountain filters. So happy. They have been out the last three times I have been in, without knowing when they would arrive. I was just about to order them online but was out for a walk and popped in. They were in stock!! Always so friendly and helpful, just tough to get things during this pandemic.
