Had a 10/10 experience with a few pleasant surprises! They had a great holiday drink menu, I HIGHLY recommend the Maple Cinnamon Latte, it has cinnamon infused maple syrup. They had a cyber Monday deal going so my holiday beverage was only $4! They also had vegan food options. The vegan berry muffin was delicious. Plenty of places to sit inside, as well as outside, with seating options in the sun or shade. Coffee tasted quality and was crafted with care, not rushed at all. Each drink came with latte art which I thought was special.

There is a barista here THAT CHANGED MY LIFE. BEST COFFEE EVER. I believe her name is Kaavya. The elegance with which she prepared the coffee and poured into cup would even make the gods jealous.There was something about the way she meticulously focused to create perhaps the most astounding latte art.5/5 would go on. I hope she doesn’t ever stop working there.Best barista ever!!!!!

We walked in, looked at the menu, got to the counter where both barristas were conversing. They ignored my husband and I for a full five minutes. Normally I'd leave but we wanted to use the rest room and take a break from our errands and it was the closest place. Then we ordered and they added coffee to the non coffee drink I ordered for my husband, and made my hot drink, iced. The barrista offered to remake it, but there was a huge line forming so I declined. Hubby and I switched drinks, cause he hates coffee. Overall, not too impressed. Place was clean, banana bread was yummy. Just needs work on acknowledging customers are in front of them, and listening to the order. Better luck next time.

It's a small coffee place that's good to pop in and out of for a quality cup of joe. It's rather small and has an open layout with small tables. So not really a place to go sit and write a book, do work on your laptop or relax. That's not a negative thing, it's just what it is. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, and like I said it's a great cup of coffee. They have a small variety of normal coffee shop pastries and desserts that you would expect. However, the chocolate hazelnut cheesecake should not be ignored.

Coffee was good and service too. It was busy on a weekend morning. Ambiance is nice, they have real high ceilings so it feels quite airy inside. They also have outside seating.

If they just made it feel more homey this would be my go-to spot. Perfect coffee and staff is amazing. But the atmosphere is too industrialUpdate: I still really like this place but they got rid of their most comfortable seats. I really would love some padded seats there or something that's just a little easier on the lower back. Richard, Rachel and Nils are still some of the best in the business so that will keep me coming back.

I know we are supposed to be practicing social distancing and all but that does not mean you be rude and don't do your job. We always pickup our espresso beans from there since its alway freshly roasted. I went to get a couple of bags today, and the lady behind at the counter is in panic mode. She actually shouts at people to stay outside if there are 2 people in the store. She punches the total in the register jumps back like 10 feet. She is in rush and does not want to answer questions fully. Finally, she asked me to reach over the printer and tear out the receipt and sign it. I was surprised. Dies the paper or the printer have germs or something. If so, then they should clean it. Anyway, I did that, but next time I am not going sign anything for her. I think the person over reacting and better stay at home than ask customers to do her job.

Vegan food options, yummy coffee+matcha. Cozy little shop with pretty good seating options. Plenty of outlets for plugging in a laptop etc. Baristas are always kind, and I usually like the music selection. Shop has plenty of windows, so sometimes using a laptop here can be challenging, but definitely not complaining about all the natural light.

* Matcha latte with seasonal honey lavender syrup.* Grande $5.5——I am new to this city & WA. Came for training. I am a matcha latte lover but it’s really difficult to find a cafe that sells matcha!While I wait for my coworker, I needed a shelter to stay avoiding rain. Once cafe found. I wanted to skip Starbucks because I go regularly go there.Came to Caffe Ladro not expecting to see matcha latte. Luckily, they started to sell matcha and haven’t updated on their website.I also wanted to try honey lavender (syrup). I don’t normally add any flavor into my matcha latte but I wanted to try anyway!LOVE IT 😳💕 I wish I can taste this combination again from where I live 😭

The overall vibe and ambiance is nice, like coffee shops used to be.The espresso flavor is not to my liking: an unfocused array of flavors and aftertaste - very unlike the straightforward Starbucks shots.They do serve espresso shots alongside a glass of sparkling water on a small bamboo tray, which is a nice elegant touch.Bakery items offer plenty of vegan or dietary restricted options for those who care. Much of bakery items looked interesting but over baked (to my eye).With the right drink I would enjoy reading or studying here.

Ladro has never had the best beans, but this particular location also has regrettably never done a great job pulling the shots, either.The result: an unbalanced cortado, and a latte that tasted as if it had no coffee in it.Disappointing; if you live in this area, you have to drive somewhere else to get a decent coffee.

Great AC inside that's quiet unlike some cafe with loud music, has a section for outdoor seating. I like that this Coffee shop is in the quieter area/end. Coffee is very good, as everyone already knows that about Ladro. ;) Service is good too. Food selection and freshness..... Is okay :)

Not organized. Went there as starbucks is busy in the afternoon. They could not get my orders right or get them in order. Totally lost. Might as well have gone to starbucks. I know some people could not take stress, this business cannot handle 5 orders in a row. Frustrating and disappointing. Baristas are in lala land.

Beautiful inside! Love the atmosphere and feeling of the shop! The coffee was wonderful and they had many options! Only thing I would change is that the baristas working weren’t too happy but could just be a bad day. Will definitely be stopping by for a warm latte and some pastry!

Coffee is a bit scarce around town so was glad to find this place. Coffee is great, pastries are good as well! My new fave for Issaquah coffee!
