Went in to this location a few weeks ago to get another screen protector because I crack one at least once a month. I was a bit frustrated because of the warranty on mine was still in effect and I had been trying to get a replacement from the manufacturer but they had been consistently out of stock on the website. I met a wonderful friendly associate named Ash who informed me that Best Buy would honor the warranties for the manufacturer and that they could exchange and install there right on the spot. Ash laid it down like a pro dude. No bubbling, no creasing, and even got it to fit within my rugged case that I had been having issues with. Great experience. Will definitely keep coming back.

Brought a gaming computer online. Said online it would be ready in an hour. Came at the 45 min mark to see how it was going and look for a few more things. As expected, it wasn't ready yet and I could wait.As I came back at the hour, I talked with an employee to get it. They had problems so they cancelled the order. Cool, if the refund actually came. Tried to make me pay again and tried to force the credit card on me after I said no. So, for a 2000$ purchase I'm supposed to bring 4000$? Yeah, never shopping here again.

After my last bad experience several years ago I thought I would give them another go. Sorry still pretty horrible. Ordered item to pick up, paid for it then was told they didn't have it in stock. So I opted to have it shipped then found I could get it faster elsewhere. Went back to cancel but got stuck in a identification verification loop. Given my past experience with them I suspect it was NOT a glitch...

Quick, easy to navigate, no complaints with sales staff. One thing I have to note is how disorganized they are at stocking the floors. The sales staff attending to my needs has a hard time finding the laptop I wanted. He had to look at 4 different places FAR from the actual model. The snacks and treats available by check out is also sneaky... Bad if you want to avoid them when you are with your kids. But hey, store has to make money somehow.

Generally don't like going here cause I usually get ignored but I'm giving a three thanks to their auto tech Caleb. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about picking out speakers for my car and did a quick and quality install. Thank you Caleb for making it an overall positive experience!.

Does anybody work here? I came in at 11am on a weekday to get something. It was in stock, but in a locked case. I looked around for someone to help. There was a single employee at the phone counter with a line of 3 other customers, the registers were closed and I saw nobody behind the customer service desk. I walked around for several minutes. I encountered other customers that seemed lost and waiting for someone. Then the single employee at the phone desk disappeared, so I decided to leave. Other than that the store is clean and well stocked. Maybe I will try again at a different time.

Courteous and helpful folks work here for the most part. I'd give BB 5 stars if rating the employees I've dealt with at several different BB stores in the past 2 years.It's their ridiculous 14-day return policy that keeps me from buying all but the most inconsequential items. They are out of touch with their consumers and their competitors.Warning: NEVER buy an appliance from BB. A number of years ago, I bought a dishwasher from BB, which was delivered 8 days after purchase. On day 2, the door would not close, so it would not run. I called BB, and they said their techs had to come out to inspect it, which they finally did in 8 more days. The inspection tech said it was a well-known flaw of that particular model, and it was not repairable. Then he told me that I was past my 14-day return window, so I'd have to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement---and, no, he could not even remove the defective dishwasher.Needless to say, I was seeing red and smoke was coming out of my ears. BB started the 14-day countdown as of the purchase date, not the delivery date, and they also counted the week+ that I had to wait for the technician. I had the appliance for less than 2 days.I don't have the time to describe all that I had to do to get BB to replace the defective dishwasher. In the end, I told them they'd have to call the police to get me out of their store until they made it right, and I would loudly warn every single customer that came into the appliance dept while waiting for it.

Walked into the Issaquah store 10 minutes late for an appt. Didn’t feel like anyone really cared, the mood of most was non-caring. My laptop was on its way out and my work stopped until I could remedy. So,I was in need of purchasing a new one and transferring data. Jumped on the phone with staples to see if they had what I wanted and could take care of my needs confidently. I almost left, then until a young man walked up to me and asked if I had any questions. His name was NAV and I could tell he really indeed wanted to help me. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The laptop could have been any price, it now came down to him. I felt taken care of and listened to. He also fully explained the benefits of the membership, in which I jumped in with both feet. Like anything I believe, people buy from people they trust. He sure stopped me from walking out, and I’m very happy with myNew laptop (that’s still on site transferring data) The Geek squad is very knowledgable too and I feel completely supported in all aspects. Grateful.

My experience at Best Buy was extremely disappointing. Despite ordering an expensive TV and scheduling delivery, nothing arrived on the agreed-upon day without any prior notification. After contacting the store and being promised expedited delivery, I was left on hold and eventually hung up on. Visiting the store in person, I encountered a condescending and defensive manager named "Ash" who was unhelpful and offered no solutions. Instead of addressing the issue, I was met with attitude and informed that I'd have to wait another week, with no accountability taken for the mistake. It's evident that the manager lacks proper customer service skills and training. As a result of this experience, I'll be seeking appliances from alternative sources in the future.

Fairly big store.Lots of variety and options.They don't have the biggest selection of games and plushies.Staffmark great, and there's lots of room for parking.But the winner is the app. Download the app and enjoy self checkout all you need to do is scan the item, pay for it in ur app and you can leave it right out of the door!

Came in specifically for the home theater, magnolia show room. Waited 30 minutes. Asked 3 different associates for help, in the end not a single associate showed up. Even the manager that said they would be right back never came back. Ended up leaving after 30 minutes.Will go somewhere else.

Best Buy has a good variety of home theater products and relevant computer products. The stores are clean and the store I frequent is clean without visible tagging, which makes a difference to me. The staff is attentive and helpful. In my opinion, Best Buy represents how American businesses should be. If you do not take pride in your business and environs, again in my opinion, you shouldn't be in business. Sloppy stores, inattentive staff, and shoddy products is the mark of a business not long for the world. This is one of the reasons I recommend the Issaquah Best Buy.

Ive found some retails nearby that can offer specialized support, seems like BB is no longer investing in physical stores*Theres no point to trying to call the store directly. I'm trying to get in touch with 'John' in the AV dept at Issaquah to close on a purchase we discussed in person; The number routes to a terrible robo caller which asks you to repeat yourself 5 times and then routes to someone in a call center. If you're not going to visit the store in person, theres no point. Buy online.

This venue seems to be a gathering spot for teenagers, lacking any semblance of customer service and exhibiting deceptive practices. My experience involved picking up a new MacBook Pro and trading in a device, with Eric handling the transaction. Initially, he took my old MacBook for restoration without seeking my permission, claiming it as a favor since they supposedly charge $100 for such a service. Despite my prior reset and creation of a test account, he proceeded without consideration.Furthermore, my MacBook, protected by a vinyl wrap since day one and essentially flawless, was downgraded to a "fair" rating solely due to the vinyl, as it supposedly deviated from the original condition. Another employee insisted I remove the vinyl myself before trading in. Despite my concerns, Eric proceeded with these actions without seeking any input.Upon requesting to speak with a manager, I was directed to the door where I explained the situation, only to receive vague responses. The manager assured me that it would take 24 hours to rectify the situation, replacing the old credit with a new one based on the device's actual good condition. However, despite leaving my old MacBook with them and their assurance, after two weeks, the fair condition was still applied to my trade-in. This experience has left me skeptical of their integrity, particularly Eric's questionable practices. It is advisable to exercise caution when dealing with individuals like him in order to avoid falling victim to deceptive tactics.

Excellent customer service. Mason helped us out so much and was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store, nice and clean with a great selection. Best Buy will price match Amazon which makes shopping for great values on the Internet and locally getting the item same day possible.

You've been to one Best Buy, you've seen them all. The TV guy there was super helpful in my purchase of a big, big screen TV. They price match with the Internet as well-no gripes. Recommended. More recently, they were very helpful with open box specials; in my case Sonos. I got a great deal, $100 off on a Sonos Play5. Sweet!

No one can seem to give customer service as 7 workers huddle by the door. When asking for help , “we will put you on our list”….and here I wait for ….? No one wants to help a customer spend their money! “We’re too just hanging out telling jokes and ignoring customers! “ customer service is lacking and clearly making a sale! When I approached a worker he said he had to go on break! As I exited the store I spoke up and said doesn’t anyone want to make a sale and they just stared without remark! No wonder Best Buy is going out of business!In addition when calling the store from the parking lot in hopes to get a manager it says they are closed and outside their business hours which 50 minutes left in the clock before it closes at 8pm! Pretty bad! Guess I’ll spend my couple grand somewhere else!

I know what I want to buy, and I came in to grab things quickly but I would’ve been better off ordering from Amazon with 2 hour delivery! What a mess.

Absolutely the worst serivce.Went to buy something that rang up double the price on the shelf. The rude and unprofessional guy behind the counter said "that's too bad, that is the price". I explained there were quite a few devices on the shelf with a tag saying this item was at the lower price and that even Amazon sells it for lower than what I was expecting to pay.He said that the price, no offer to help or work through it just that's it.I said I wanted to talk to a manager and he looked at me like I was nutts, and shuffled (yes shuffled) away to go "find one".Returning without one.Seriously, I can't imagine any scenario where Best Buy is in business in 1-2 years.

Really appreciate being greeted upon arrival as well as asked if I needed help when visiting the different departments.They have demos of tvs and speakers and such. You can see and measure the appliances to be sure they'll fit at home. Waiting for a good sale is what I like to do, and then pop in for the latest technical or fun stuff. Bonus! They will recycle most old e-waste, used printer cartridges, and even plastic shopping bags!
