Love the port, especially on Saturday market days. Lots of shops, good eats and the location is a great place to relax, walk the pets, and enjoy the coastal weather.Definitely stop into the local artist shops! Some amazing work there. We’ve bought a couple original pieces from artists there.

If you want to see some truly amazing boats,600 hp. Outboard motors 3 wide on the back of these one day tuna runners, some w/4 motors wide, standing next to one of these bad boy's is truly awesome, what a sport it's humbling, try to go when Saturday Market is going on what a day

We were here for a geocaching event on the grass and near the boat launch. Beautiful view of the harbor, the boats, and all the pelicans.

It depends on what you're looking for, but I love this port year round. It's beautiful, in operation, quiet, small, plenty of cute businesses to explore and surrounding areas.

Great host city for The Pacific NW Offshore sailing race. The town bigwigs all came out and made us feel welcome. The hospitality room was unbelievable featuring complimentary meals and adult beverages! It was also most thoughtful to provide a shuttle furnishing free rides to local restaurants and shopping. I hope ilwaco becomes the permanent host for future PNW offshore races.

Beautiful day out today. Took a nice walk along the port. Will be even better to come back during the season and after covid when everything is open again.

Went to Saturday Market. Enjoyed the fresh shrimp. There were a lot of different vendors selling their wares. Purchased some lovely stuff at reasonable prices.

We were in Ilwaco just in time for their Saturday Market, lots of good Booth and Vendors, however I was again surprised that the NW Fisheries didn't have more of a presence. There were several of the Fishing Charters with their doors open and some fish for sale, however there was no promotion of the Industry, nor any Coast Guard giving out Safety advice, both I felt should have been included.Still an enjoyable little walk and a way to spend a few hours. My Wife and I had a refreshing little Coffee lunch watching the Waterfront activities.I do recommend an Ilwaco visit to everyone.

Poor little town that keeps trying. The waterfront port is nice , indeed of businesses. They have a Saturday market, and some fishermen sell from their boats. There is also live crab available about a block away, GREAT prices. Most happenings are over the weekends.

Decent place, ramp and parking is $10/day, so you would think the docks by the ramps would be in better shape, without some of dock half sunk and in the way. Live bait is a great, and a fuel dock right there. Pretty convenient place to launch if your heading out to the ocean for the day.

I had an absolutely wonderful afternoon enjoying the great weather and having an outdoor lunch at Salt while watching the boats. It was had to choose from a full menu.

Nice, very small little town and port on the Columbia River. Plenty of parking, a couple restaurants and shops along the waterfront. Restaurants may not be open much early in the week.

Great location for a Saturday outdoors street market. Beautiful view of the harbor and fishing boats. Has lots of booths with local crafts. Plenty of great food to eat. Also has nice clean public bathrooms. There's picnic tables and places to hide from the rain.

I like this port and could see the potential. A few more fun shops with the market would do wonders. Some food trucks and maybe some more vendors all the way down the port. A lot of the vendors are the same from Fridays at Long Beach. Either way it was still a nice way to spend a Saturday morning.

We went to the Port's Farmers market yesterday. This market is, at least at the moment, mainly artists of varying kinds. There were several vendors selling prepared food also, as well as a kettle corn vendor that makes excellent Carmel Corn! This market opens at 10 am on Saturdays during their season. There are also public restrooms available. My wife and I had an extremely pleasant stroll and the view of the marina is very soothing. Well worth the trip.

Water was calm, sun was out and our walk was enjoyable. We arrived about 9:30 in the morning of April 2nd and mostly all shops were closed until 10 or 11am. Got some salmon and crab patties. Yum, what a great feast 😋.
