Holy cow, this place is a true local gem.The beer/cider selection is phenomenal. The space is open, industrial, and fun.The food!!! Yes, the pizzas ARE amazing, but we tried something new; the Reuben and their Fish and Chips - also AMAZING.The service was warm, albeit a little on the slower side. But I didn't feel that should detract from the overall 5-star experience.Edit: recently revisited and still was amazing.

Excellent service and great atmosphere. We had a spicy Hawaiian pizza, chicken Cesar salad and pretzels with dip. All of the food was excellent and so was my old fashioned. The prices are up there, but it is certainly worth the visit.

What a great place!! They have a great selection of house made beers on tap, and they happily offer a taste of anything before you make your selection. We had a recommendation to order the pizza, and it did not disappoint! My 4 year old loves pizza, but can be super picky. This was a huge hit for us!!!! The fried pickles were perfectly seasoned, and the dipping sauce had so much flavor! Highly recommend for families or just meeting up with friends! Yum!

I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BREWING CO. ITS THEE ONLY PLACE I WILL GO IN HOQUIAM FOR CRAFT BEERS AND INHOUSE MADE IPA'S, ALES AND STOUTS AND THE FOOD IS OFF THE CHAIN SO SO DAM GOOD!!! MAKE IT A POINT TO VISIT AND GIVE IT A TRY I BEEN GOIN THERE FOR 7 YEARS NOW TELL EM THOMAS SENT YA.

Stopped in for lunch on the way home from the coast. Between my partner and I, we ordered a flight, the cider on tap, the pork wings, Italian grinder, clam chowder, and gluten free Reuben. All the food and drinks were really great! Very friendly service and a good atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere, a very nice selection of gastro pub fare. I'm not a beer fan so I can't speak to the brew. Prices are high for the area appetizers $8 for bread to $17 for Ahi, Dinners are $26-$32 a plate.

*YOU NEED TO COME HERE* All of the beers here are so good!!! The staff were really nice, the atmosphere was cool. We got 6 tastings and enjoyed all of them very much. I wish we could buy their beer at the store but until then, we'll have to make our way back one day.

Great brewery with selection of beers! The highlight of this place is definitely their pizza! I personally don’t like pizza at all, but this is the pizza that I’d like to order again! We got half buffalo and half taco pizza, both tasted fresh, full of ingredients and delicious! Love it!

My husband and I were passing through Hoquiam yesterday on a sleepy New Years afternoon and decided to stop by and try this spot since we love breweries and were hungry. The place was pretty sleepy with only one other couple sitting at the bar when we arrived but shortly a few other folks showed up and all sat bar side. The atmosphere of the place itself was fairly typical "new brewery in old building" vibe. Warehouse feel, low lighting, interesting photos of local history on walls etc. Digital tap board, stainless taps, backlit bartop etc. We each ordered one of their IPA's and I asked for a 12 oz pour which may have been where things got odd who knows. The bartender a woman about my age told me they didn't have a 12 oz pour which is fine but I don't think I heard her the first time she said it so she repeated herself and seemed annoyed. (I should mention I am somewhat hard of hearing so really have to be looking at you sometimes to hear you) I ordered the pint as did my husband and it was fine. Beer was a good fairly unsurprising West Coast IPA, the temperature was perfect, it tasted like the taps and lines are clean, glassware was clean etc. The same woman asked us about food and gave us an adequate amount of time to order. My husband ordered their Ruben and I asked for their burger with cheddar cheese and bacon (which were menu options) and the same woman says to me somewhat ironically "so you want a cheeseburger?" To which I responded "uh yes?" Because I wasn't sure how my request had somehow provoked so much irony. The food came in a reasonable amount of time. It was decent brewery food. My burger was a little overcooked and not just "for me" but since I was not asked how I would like it cooked I was not sure it was an option. My husband's Ruben was delicious as I have seen other reviews mention. While we are sitting there, I am casually observing our curmudgeon bartender be as sweet as cherry pie to literally everyone else sitting around us, but really doesn't have anything to say to us at all. Not that I need to be babysat while at the bar, but it is nice to have someone smile your direction or ask you if you need something else etc. anyway, we were finishing our meal and had long finished our pints without her ever coming over to ask if we wanted another round when she walks up with our ticket slaps it on the bar in front of us and says well I guess you're about done. Wow. I guess I am Sativa. Thanks. So then she walks away, and literally ignores us for another 10 minutes after she clearly wants us out of there before I discover that I can just scan and pay with the QR code which I did. You're welcome to your 15% tip and don't have to worry that we will ever be back. Which is too bad because she was the only bad thing about this place.

WOW! I take back everything I've thought I've known about pizza.From the crust to the cheese, you are going to be forever changed by the dedication by this business, to not only re-invent pizza, but to completely change how you think of pizza as a dining experience.The beers on tap are all crisp, inviting, and palatable even to those that don't venture beyond their comforts.Additionally, the locals that come out to this place are as colorful as the ingredients, and add a 'dinner theater' quality to the entire experience. I don't think I've witnessed as much conservational fodder in 45 minutes than I did here. For those of you who can dream up observational humor, come and regale in Hoquiam's greatest dramas and comedies, all in one place!

Exceptional food and beer! I’m traveling from Illinois and stop at many breweries along the way. The sandwiches are phenomenal and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. I got a flight and you can tell in each of the beers the brewer truly paid attention to detail. I recommend going if if you’re like me and want good food and beer.

The pizza was such a surprise!! HBC Combo is the way to go! We also got pretzel bites.The server recommended half and half sauce..... I'm never going back to regular. It's half alfredo half marinara and it is the stuff of dreams. It's seriously that good. Let me take some photos so you can understand why you need to stop here instead of stopping anywhere else. I almost feel an apologies in order for never having stopped here on our way to Ocean Shores.

5 star decor, 1 star food. This was our first time coming her and I was not impressed. Everyone I have talked too that have ate there have loved it. I had a bacon cheese burger - bun was burnt, bacon was burnt, meat patty burnt, and I couldn't taste the cheese. My son had a pepperoni pizza - was ok, but Domino's is better. My wife had a Cajun chicken pasta - she said it was OK but it had some sausage in it that wasn't very good, and she had a piece of chicken that ruined her meal and she stopped eating.All in all, cool decor and atmosphere, meh overpriced food, $80 for the 3 of us.

Great pizza and the cauliflower crust was the best I have ever tasted. Ashley was a friendly and helpful server. Great beer as well. A true find and we will return when we pass though again. A bonus was it was less than 1 blocks walk from the Elks Lodge where we had our RV for the night.

Our server was Alicia and she killed it! Our boy ordered pizza he loved it and she referred to him by name once she learned it.They had the best garlic bread with white sauce. Quick service great food we will be back

Very nice staff!Great fast service.I work in Hoquiam but live in Copalis Beach, I wanted to bring something home so my wife or I didn't have to cook.I called ahead for the Hoquiam Brewery combo pizza to take home, it was excellent. I also got a grouler of the Harbor Noir, that was great as well. It was nice having tapp beer with the pizza. We will definitely be making it a regular stop.

We enjoyed each of the beers we tried. The stout and blonde were pretty much what you'd expect, but the autumn seasonal was very good! Live sports on TV, and spacious seating area.

Update. For the second time, we didn't get what we ordered for take out. When we brought the wrong pizza back, we got no apology, we were told "we won't charge you for the second pizza". Amazing, since we brought back the wrong one! If you get take out, be sure to check everything, because HBC doesn't check anything!Best pizza ever! Handmade, fresh ingredients, made by a real chef. This is nothing like the factory made chain pizzas. Get some HBC Special pizza, and be amazed. Reuben belly belly gut!

Beers are all excellent. Tried the Saison, the American IPA and the Amarilllo hops IPA. All were great and true to style. The pesto salmon and the toro eye are worth coming back for. Service was always when needed, but not in our faces. And friendly.

May 2023Some of the best beer in the area.Their recent 5 week Sour experiment was a lot of fun. They are definitely one my top 5 favorite breweries.*****************************First time here. Love those french fries. The Cod & Fries was good. The cheese garlic bread was good.The beer will make me come back.Also, wanting to try the chicken salad sandwich.*****††**********************September 2022 Update:Can tell you that the chicken salad is great. Had it a few months ago.Tonight, wife had pizza, and I had a burger. The food was great.Sadly, the service was not as great as we are used to receiving here. Our server seemed to forget we were there, despite walking past us several times. This was clearly also noticed by the other server, who eventually stepped in and took care of us.

They have some of the best beers. And serve great food as well and now serving hard drink. Kind staff. Friendly and polite. Fast service and the place is clean. And its nice to see at certain times them brewing new batches. Older building brought up to code but still historic and rustic. Not just a brewery but a truely destination.
