I've finally found the best Mexican restaurant in the region. Our dishes were properly seasoned and we could taste all of the different ingredients in our dishes. The beef and chicken was tender and marinated. The vegetables were perfectly cooked. The owner, Carlos, served us and was a delight to talk to. Carlos has been operating this gem for 18 years. It is very evident that he reached consistency in his menu.Thanks, we will come back.

The best food you can find in the small town! The bonus point is the view and of course the resident harbor seal family that decided to chill at the dock by the patio. The food was really really deliciso and the portions pretty big too. 😋They also get free tortilla chips with homemade salsa as appetizer.

Stopped by this gem after a day of hiking with my friend. Ordered the traditional tacos. They were delicious. The rice and refried beans were tasty too, and I'm not a bean lover. The view from the deck was beautiful. Will definitely be back!Parking: Parking lot was not big by any means, however if you get there when they open or in between lunch and dinner you shouldn't have a problem. There may be parking nearby, I didn't see it.

Had a great Father's Day dinner at Puerto de Angeles, and it did not disappoint! The seafood chimichanga, taco platters, and enchiladas were all delicious. The view from the deck was amazing even though the weather on the Hood Canal was brisk. I enjoyed washing it down with a michelada, which was one of the best I've had in a long time. If you're rolling up the Hood Canal, this is a great place to stop for the view and the food!

Food and service was excellent! Pico was freshly made, asada was lean and flavorful and the Cadillacs were strong! A very nice location right on the water, if you have a boat with a shallow draft you can use their dock to grab dinner. The shrimp, scallop, and carne asada dish was awesome, I think it was called Tres Compadres. Indoor and porch seating. Cozy and friendly.

Was given a recomendation to visti this place for a nice lunch. We were not disappointed. The friendly staff greeted us and searlted us out on the covered porch. Beautiful views accented the flavorful foods . I had steak fajita and the wife had a chimmi.. bothe were very good. The chips and salsa were very tasty. The owner works the reaturant and greets his patrons. A very nice place to vist. We will be back and i can say without reservation, you should give it a try.

Always a lovely time. Great food, great atmosphere, service is always kind and quick. The beverages are on point and you can't beat the view! Great food and perfect salsa.Been here a few times as I come back from a hike. Can really hit the spot. But one time we ordered a decent amount of food between two of us, only to be ignored, no drink refills or salsa and chips refill. But sometimes it happens and it wasn’t a massive problem.Definitely a little spendy for some dishes so maybe just be aware and thoughtful about how much you order.

Great Mexican food with just the right zip. I had the Mexican Scampi. Really good. Lots of shrimp, mushrooms, tomatoes and avocados. Cooked to perfection.Great food, great view, great drinks and friendly staff. What’s not to like?

Loved the ambiance and the food here. The waitress was very courteous and friendly. Ordered vegetarian enchiladas and this lovely ice cream. The complimentary chips and salsa were tasty and so was the guacamole. The water side location makes this place so much more beautiful. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good place to eat near this area.

Location is very cute. Seating is right by the deck and on a sunny day could be the perfect spot. Food was not great. Ordered a veggie burrito which has no beans or rice. It was just more like fajitas wrapped in a tortilla.

Had a pleasant dinner experience here with friends after a long day at the lake. We were seated right away in a booth on the water, which was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised that the salsa had some heat to it. Mains were good too-- I ordered the grilled chicken quesadilla and my partner got the fajitas.

My husband and some friends decided to get some Mexican food and we were recommended to come to this restaurant. We were not disappointed. The food was hot freshly made- amazing hot fresh tortilla chips- and amazing margaritas! They were super generous with their portions and alcohol.Our waitress was super pleasant and courteous.

Delicious and authentic, a wonderful restaurant on Hood Canal if you are having the craving for Mexican style foods! I had the Carne Asada plate with rice, beans and quacamole accompanyment...so satisfying! The owner came to our table, asked if everything was meeting our liking and we answered, definitely yes! A nice place to go when you are in the Hoodsport, WA area!

The food is awful. With the cost of dining out, rarely do we leave food on the plate but we couldn’t stomach it. Meat was borderline rancid in how it tasted, the rice was a pale yellow with frozen peas and carrots in it (cup noodle vibes…the wildest thing I’ve ever seen at a Mexican restaurant), and the refried beans were watery. Salsa was decent, chips were overly salty. Best part of the experience was the Coca Cola, the view, and the serving staff. Also could have gone without a loud drill being used by the kitchen in plain view, to stir god knows what.

Update: We have been back 3 times since and it has been just terrible. Not going back as they've lost their touch.One of the few restaurants in town. I've been here several times. Decent, old school style Mexican. Always served the way I want it but can be hit and miss on quality

Nice people. We were sat pretty quickly. Great views of the water. Very good margaritas. We had a Mexican pizza for a short lunch break. It was good- nice place to stop. You could pull up there on a boat or in a vehicle. They didn't seem to mind either one

Stopped here after hiking Staircase Rapids and WOW! My husband got the bacon wrapped shrimp and he says it was one of the best parts of our trip to Olympic National Park! I got the crab quesadilla which was also delicious (so were the salsa, guac, and chips) . Amazing service, incredible view. All around A+

Our host recommended this place and it did not disappoint! Much better than typical Mexican food - the chips were fresh and warm and not too salty. I had combo #3 which came with a tamale and an enchilada. The tamale was among the best I’ve ever had and the sauce was so delicious! My husband said he wanted to come back the next night and just order 3 tamales 🙂 Everything just tasted homemade. We got to sit outside even though it was a bit chilly, we were fine near the space heater and had a lovely view. A friendly seal even popped over to say hello.
