Just when I thought driving through Harrington was futile, I found this great shop and had to make the stop. Delicious coffee and food, I even picked up a few things for Christmas unique and thoughtful local crafts. Very cool and unexpected!

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop. I'm a big coffee drinker but even more than the coffee I enjoy the atmosphere. This refurbished gem of a building has found an entirely new life as a coffee shop and hub of the community. They are always adding additional options, both food and beverage, to their menu and they strive to sell as many locally produced options as possible.The warm toasty soup is always a favorite of mine and I can never stop myself from browsing around the fun offerings they have available for purchase. Between note pads, candle, mugs and a million other options I almost always come out with a new adorable addition to my home or office.As an additional bonus they have fabulous internet. If you need a place to have lunch and get some work done this is the perfect place to do that while getting a warm welcome from a small town.

Great place to grab coffee and a something to eat. The chicken bake is delicious! The staff are friendly and welcoming. All sorts of neat nic nacks for sale. I love the antiques inside, the old gas pump is probably my favorite.

What a wonderful coffee shop! Although we don't make it often from Davenport, every time we do come we always enjoy the warm and inviting cafe and owners, and the delicious coffee and food. Today specifically, one of my dear daughters spilled her hot chocolate on some of the merchandise and floor. 😢In the midst of that chaos the owners were so helpful, patient, and kind. Thank you!

We stopped by for a coffee and a snack and met some of the most friendly people. They have seating in front and just about everyone who passed us had a wave and smile! Just got to love small town America. This shop will be a regular stop for us on our motorcycle rides.

Truck broke down in the middle of this town, and the owner let me my wife my daughter and two dogs hangout here while we waited for it to get fixed.Such nice and polite people. Food was excellent and a great family atmosphere.

Wonderful coffee place in a laid back environment. Seating is comfortable, coffee is good, and they have outlets for charging (in my case, MC helmet and iPod). Staff/owners are friendly and helpful. I'll stop in whenever riding-through, for sure.

We visited Harrington this winter to reconnect with family members and were excited to learn of The Post & Office. There hasn't been a place to gather and eat in Harrington in many years.This is a homey place with comfy, relaxed places to sit and enjoy coffee or lunch. There are antiques everywhere that brought back memories to the older generation we were with. Fun stuff to buy and browse through.The food is mostly heated up Costco meals but cheap and good. Remember, this is Harrington and there's FOOD being served! Soups, pizzas, and some breakfast food. My pizza was good and only $3. It could have been amped up a little with packets of crushed red pepper and parmesan but again - I'm thrilled to be eating out in Harrington.The owner was friendly and accommodating and it felt good to have some life in town!

Stopped in with the fam and this place was a nice surprise. Chai and Americano were great. The soup was a big hit with how cold it was outside. We also got muffins and burrito breakfast bowls the next day for breakfast. The owners were super friendly and nice to chat with. Definitely worth making a stop or even a small detour. FIVE STARS!

I highly recommend the jalepeño breakfast biscuit, and the nitro brew. Excellent service, great coffee, and the owners do a fantastic job of incorporating community events and local history into their business model. Support local!

Food there was plain Jane microwave meals that can be baught at any walmart for 5 dollars for a six pack box, instead they charged 5 for a single sandwich, and the white mocha hardly had any flavoring.okay place for a tiny town but pretty crummy if you compare to any other coffee shop
