They stock all the essentials one needs to put a meal together, snacks, fruits and veggies... plus a small selection of household and auto items, pet food, flowers, ... They also sell gasoline (no diesel unfortunately) which comes in handy.I'm sure that keeping this business open and profitable must be a struggle at times but it is very appreciated by everyone in the community.Thanks Scott!

The folks managing the store are the most friendly people you could meet. They’re so helpful and it’s a pleasure to shop there. Although it’s a small store, the selection is good and the prices are very competitive.

Great local little grocery store, friendly staff. Prices aren't really much more than grocery chain stores. I just bought asparagus for $1.39 a pound, not bad at all

The Local Store is a great place! Very well run with exceptional owner and staff. They provide a very good selection and will gladly try to get anything they don't have. Their prices are very reasonable, which is somewhat unusual for smaller grocery stores - these are not the high 'convenience store' prices that are all too prevalent, though this is a very convenient store! You can also get regular gasoline (no added ethanol) and diesel. P

The owner Scott is one of the hardest working people I know, he does his best to always have the store stocked with whatever our tiny town may need, and if he doesn’t have he will try to get it for you. You can find me shopping here literally every single day, I am so grateful for this store

The Local Store should also be called “THE STORE”, because it is the only store around. They have a very large selection. The gas pumps were as old as me, but worked perfectly. & prices compatible to Westport. Food, beer, RV supplies, etc….Really surprised at the amount of goods. Even room to pull our 28 ft RV in to lot.

I had to get a uhaul at the last second, very last second. This man went out of his way to help us. He invited me into his office, his personal space and in feel he went outbid his way to help us. Scott saved my bacon. His customer service is outstanding. Scott, you've got a great place, a clean store and you should be proud. I hope we run into each other again. Love the laid back, yet professional manner! Five stars for only the best!

Great small local and rural market on the Pacific Coast with suprisingly good local fruits and veggies, beer, wines, meats and even gear supplying seasonal campers and saltwater sportsmen (and women) such as firewood, clam guns, fishing licenses and more! Just remember to regret to the cashier, "young lady" - she loves that! 👍 She's so sweet!

Past through here on the way to Grayland SP and they had everything on our camping list. What a well stocked local shop which is not just for locals.A real pleasant experience with friendly helpful local staff. We will shop here on our next trip to Grayland. I always support local shops and this one is a gem.

My mother in law lives down the road so I always pop in when I'm in town. This place reminds me of Garrison Keilor's "Ralph's Pretty Good Grocery" from A Prairie Home Companion. If they don't have it, you can probably get by without it. Prices are reasonable, people are friendly, and selection is pretty darn good for a neighborhood market.

The Local Store is owner operated. It is incredible how kind and courteous they are in providing fresh, clean and variety of foods. Great produce section and I get my favorite steak custom cut there!
