My favorite hardware store in the Grayland/Westport area. I called and asked if they would hold a cooler for me as I was going to be there in a couple of days. And they did! Excellent customer service!

Absolutely loooove this store they literally have everything you can possibly need, yes things are a little high in price but that’s expected being a small business out in middle of nowhere, I’m very very grateful they are here and try to shop here as much as possible over the large corporate places. They are always nice and very helpful, only thing is they are closed on Sunday and that’s a day people like to do projects at home BUT people need a day off too so I understand

This is a great, well-run, local True Value hardware store. Excellent selection of a wide range of goods and they will gladly order anything you need. A throw-back to the 1950's hardware store. They may not have everything, but odds are in your favor they will have something that will meet your needs. And the staff/owners are incredibly nice and helpful. It makes me smile to just wander through the crowded little store - and I always leave having purchased something I couldn't live without.

This is a unique experience for urban dwellers. No big boxes here. Just an incredibly concentrated amount of hardware in a relatively small area, curated by a staff of very experienced and knowledgeable personnel. You can find nails in open bins, sold by weight. Those of us who live here on the South Beach can count on Grayland Hardware to be tuned in to the needs of its neighbors.Some may call it old-fashioned, which is true, and we like it that way.

I went in there needing several different parts from plumbing to electrical to drawer rails and s crescent wrench snd s can of wd40 for such a little town hardware store they had all i needed i even bought a pitch fork i didnt need but it was on sale and itll come in handy in the future the sales guys are very knowledgeable and they help me get every thing i needed for such s little store its jam packed with parts u need i live 3hours away but id recommend this true value hardware store as store of my month thanks Grayland for making the fix it projects go smoothly!

This place is an absolute disaster, and incredibly hazardous. Tools are piled on low shelves, stuff is everywhere. This store could be on an episode of hoarders. The owners might be nice people, but they have zero respect for their business and put no effort whatsoever into keeping it clean, organized, or safe. This place should be shut down due to the hazards alone. A previous review said that they do the best that they can and that is the most inaccurate statement I have ever heard. Lazy, lacking integrity, no self-respect, those are better statements. You couldn't pay me to be a customer here. I would rather drive to Aberdeen, heck, I would rather rip out nails with my fingers than ever, ever give them my money. As a business owner myself, and as my family owns a true value, I am super disgusted with how these people have treated this business.

This is a small place but you'd be surprised by what they have. From your travel trailer parts, to canning items. Every nut and bolt you'll ever need. Very kind people here!

This place has one of everything! Which is awsome, unless the guy before you bought the one you needed, haha. I like the staff, they know their stuff. As a contractor, I've been to hundreds of hardware stores, and quite frankly, who cares what it looks like, as long as they have the hardware (and knowledge) to get me past the next step. These guys do a great job at both. I've been to many good looking stores that have neither. Thats far more frustrating, it's just a waist of time. I'm glad there is such a store close to my vacation home. Keep up the good work!

I have been a customer of this business for over 30-years. It is one of the best hardware stores on the planet (probably THE BEST). If they don't have it, they can get it. If you need advice, they can provide it, or they can direct you to someone who can.

True Value Hardware in Grayland, Washington USA . Has everything one would need to repair as fix almost all that a homeowner would need.
