From the first phone call, and weeks later when I actually called to buy the engine - Jacob remembered who I was, explained the process really well. When I arrived, the information was on point, they loaded my engine on pallet into my truck with no issues. 35 days later when I brought my core back and turned it in I was issued my charge back with no delay.I will conduct business here again for sure.Thank you for the great customer service Jacob and making my engine swap flawless.

I have a repair shop and sometimes we need used parts. I have purchased from them before but this last time these guys at All West really offered us great service. Unfortunately the part that was supplied was not usable but they refunded immediately with no questions asked and absolutely no pushback! An honest wrecker that is truly here to help.... I can tell you this is a rare trait in our industry. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call again the next time we need something used.

James was great to deal with on the phone and in person. He had the needed fender and headlight pod waiting the morning after we called. When the plug in on the headlight proved incompatible, he fully refunded our return of that part with no issues.

Decent prices but be WARNED: you have to pay for parts unseen over the phone before they are pulled. If they are not as described when you pick them up they keep 35% of the price. My guy Jacob was super reassuring over the phone that if you don’t like the parts they will refund you. He did not mention the 35% restocking fee.They also charged me for a part they couldn’t find. I had to catch their mistake and request a refund. They have a sign up in their office saying they give discounts for positive Google reviews so take any positive reviews on here with a spoonful of salt

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great prices! When the wrong part got pulled at closing time the entire staff went above and beyond explaining the situation and stayed late on a Friday until the correct part was found and pulled and put in my hand! Highly recommended but be patient, be kind and you will be treated the same at this helpful business 👍

Nathan Kerns. I recently purchased a diff from them. I incorrectly identified the part and left. No matter what the issue was, these guys had the right part ready and exchanged it no hassel and threw in some goodies. Some stereo stuff cause it was a long haul. I used them for my Chevy diif as well. I'm still rolling that diif today, 4 years later. Guys and Gals here are top-notch.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Ordered a part over a week ago, kept getting excuses for why it isn't here yet, finally after a over a week the driver shows up with a part for a completely different brand of car. Nothing but lame excuses and unprofessional attitude, swearing at me for trying to find out where the part is so my customer can have their car back, hanging up on my multiple times. First the delivery driver "had a flat tire" then suddenly the next driver was in a car accident, which, obviously hope if it's true that everybody is okay but yelling this at me when I'm just trying to do my job? Nah. Will not be doing business here again. Recommend to anybody that reads this that you find a different yard even if the price is higher, it's just not worth the headache of dealing with these guys.Service: Part finding & extracting

I gotta say T was great on her ability to not only find the parts that have been sitting a shelf for who knows how long, but she was able to shine where so many other wrecking yards fail. Customer service, she got back in a timely manner, checked in on me as I was making a near 3hr drive to the yard, but took care of me as the customer when we found out there was a broken injector stuck inside the cylinder heads I was buying.Would and will buy from again.Service: Part finding & extracting

Most unprofessional business I have encountered in a very long time. The staff have no idea what they're talking about they will charge your card and then not send you your part as they did with me and they will hang up on you for pretty much any reason. Apart from that, they give you different price quotes depending on who you're talking to even the delivery fee they try to change the price of depending on who you were talking to there. I asked for an alloy wheel for a nissan and was given a 35 dollar price plus a turn in or pay an extra 15 dollars. but i had a turn in. had to prepay. when picking it up they had charged me 70 dollars minus 15 a i had a core. I told them their cost via phone was 35 dollars and the conversation went around the room that no one had estimated that low. I need the part so had to pay the amount. I am 73 yrs old and think they took advantage. They are not honest.

Good customer service with super cheap parts that they pull off any vehicle for you. It isn't an open wrecking yard. Only thing I didn't like was how much they charge to pull the part off...it almost doubles the cost of the part. I called and got a quote for a part ($80) but when I got there I was told it would be $150 so I had to go to the next atm which is super far because the yard is in the middle of nowhere. Like I said, great place, great people and great service.. in my opinion it would better their business if they included the part pull fee with the cost of the part when they tell their customers quotes for parts.
