The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of just about everything. My crickets have always been given to me alive unlike Petco and if a dead one falls in the bag, they give me a few extra for free! I also buy my cat litter here. I used to buy Scoop Away at Walmart and it didn't really do its job and was very dusty. I started using Integrity Multicat from this store and it works miraculously. I have three cats and the litter box no longer stinks. Plus the litter isn't dusty. I love coming to this place and getting stuff for my cats and lizard.
