This store has a lady that works there that I've never seen in my life and on Sunday evening when I stopped there on my way home from Sunnyside. As I walked in the door the lady told me I'm not welcome there and accused me of being a thief. Obviously mistaking for someone else, she was very rude and unprofessional. I told her I'm not who she's thinking and she threatened to call the cops on me. I left and went to the Zillah location where I regularly shop. I did my shopping and walked out to my vehicle Zillah DP pulled up behind my truck to talk to me about what happened at the Granger location? The officer was very polite and laughed when I told him that yes I cussed the lady out for accusing me of being a thief and not listening when I told her she's mistaken. She should definitely be fired as she's bad for business and she should probably take photos of people she kicks out of places so she doesn't make the same mistake. Maybe she needs to have a U.A popped on her cause she is definitely high on wasting the DP's time with her Red Harring conspiracy theories.

The staff at the Granger, WA location are very friendly and nice. They go out of their way to make your experience a pleasant and easy one.

Watch what you are charged at the Granger Dollar General. They have one sticker price on the shelf and charge you a higher price. When confronted the little skinny clerk girl (no name because it is against policy” to give me her name) argued and was VERY RUDE and sassy. I pointed out they had to sell me the item for their sticker price and she advised me they will only sell it for what comes up at the register…even if it is a higher price than their sticker advertised. She said “well don’t buy it then”. I said I would not be back and she responded “good for us”. I sure hope she is not the manager. BAD for business. Anyway if you don’t want ripped off, check your receipts or shop elsewhere.

Probably one of the worst DGs I’ve shopped at ever, the store is incredibly messy always. The staff are unhelpful and rude to other customers. They say they aren’t allowed to give names at all because of store policy but that’s not the case they can give their name if they want. The manager plays loud music on her phone while working shelves without regard to customers. I’d leave 0 stars if it were possible due to the ineffective management here which trickles down to regular staff.

If I could leave a zero I would. The Manager kicked me an my service dog out because he didn't look like a service dog stated that my service dog was to small to be a service dog?? She then demanded I show her documentation stating my dog was a service dog because his red collar was not enough so I went to pay for my things she then told the cashier to turn off the self checkout and demanded I leave

I think it's a cliche by this point that dollar general stores seem to pop out of nowhere in the middle of empty fields, and the cliche has held true with this one. It just seemed to pop out of nowhere in what literally used to be an empty field. Again, just like every meme about dollar general, this store is cluttered every time I've gone, and of course, nothing costs a dollar, so the name doesn't even make sense anymore. In fact, you're probably going to find better prices at Walmart than many of the things this store sells. It is not the employees' fault, but more the corporate portion and its business model. The store can be convenient, but personally, I avoid this store unless I have no choice

FYI this is my man's email account, but we share it. So I just asked the "district manager" at the Dollar General in Granger, Wa for his last name. He refused. I know they refer to him as Donovan. My family goes there multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day. We spend a lot of money there. While going to check out. He was so rude to my family. After almost walking right into us. And he flat refused to give me his name. I only know his first name because of the cashier. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience there.

Normally I love dollar general but today I realized what kind of management this store is under the general manager was at the granger location today and was being demeaning and disrespectful to the woman who was working the register right infront of customers. This woman provided me excellent customer service and absolutely did not deserve to be treated that way by "upper management".

They've got a decently wide variety of products, although after they reset their employees there has been one who double scans quite often. Just a thing to watch out for if you decide to go.

This store never opens on time, the website says it’s open at 8am but they open so late like at 10am, they should change that so the ppl knows when it’s open, im out here waiting on the parking lot and there’s other ppl waiting as well, this store sucks!
