Jesus Christ that lady you guys are hiding in the back needs to retire already. She is probably the rudest person I have ever met in my life. They let me pay for tabs for my moms car then says oh but I can’t give them to you. I asked nicely for a receipt and she says you don’t need it she can just come and ask me for them, all I wanted was to make her life easier but apparently I offended her in some way because then she snapped at me and said nobody has asked for a receipt in years. I don’t understand how this place lets this lady talk to people in such a way and gets away with it.

I wasn't able to get my tabs like I'd always been able to years before. I guess the laws are a bit more stricter than they used to be. Maybe this will make sure that the cars aren't stolen. I would just say that you can tell someone no with a nice tone and a smile on your face. For s family friend.

The licensing place absolutely sucks. The old lady is a strait up karen. They will not accept change I was 75 cents short and the old lady wanted me to go across the street to use an atm because my change was dirty. Making things way harder for this disabled veteran. They treat you like your a toddler. Go to sunnyside were they are professional and know what they are talking about. Plenty of dirty looks being thrown around in this store. The older male is almost worse he told me they didn't have what I was looking for as soon as I walked in. Then I walked back anyways and found what I was looking for.

Great friendly staff, store has what I need every time. No wasted trips, I'll call ahead as I don't live in town and they'll check to see if they have what I need.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I came to transfer the title to my truck and the old lady in the back is the rudest person I've came across in years. She was condescending, Rude, and very disrespectful. If I would have had time to go someplace else I would have but I will never come to this place again.

When I come to the lower valley to visit my parents, my dad usually has a project for me to do. I enjoy going to Riders! David always helps me out and he knows what he is doing. The staff is very helpful! Glad to still see this business Open. Thank you Riders for all the service you do for the community!

The stars are for the True Value employees they’re helpful and generally nice people. You can tell they are happy people. The DMV lady on the other hand is a smart-a** and rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she’s always like that? Please be happier and nice to people. If not just do the job and you don’t have to make rude comments. After all I only went there since the other local tab re-newal places were closed or further out. Next time I would probably just drive somewhere else and avoid her. Beware!! LOL

The hometown hardware store that I been searching for! This store is a real treasure - and by the way they have a vehicle licensing kiosk in the store. I was in the other day, picking up a paintbrush but also just looking around. The young man who offered to help me also told me that the owner is willing to special order anything I don't see. He said that if there warehouse can get it, the owner will bring it to Grandview for me. I never thought I would get so lucky in my new hometown. I am over the top amazed at their friendliness and customer service. Thanks!!!

Do you ever Miss the good old days where you went into a hardware store and you spoke to actual people and they make you feel like family in fact if you want to sit down and rest a little bit and bs with your friend whoever you can this is that place I've been in this place about five times since I moved here and not only is it a hardware store they have a licensing place for your vehicle the staff here go beyond what they have to in daily life to help a customer so if you want great satisfaction and you want to leave with a good friend or you know what you will come back in fact I just made a purchase about an hour ago Walmart wanted three times the amount of what I purchased and what this place did time and time again this place is outstanding I rarely give five stars but this place deserves it way to go riders true value if only the true value and Prosser could be more like you God bless

It's amazing to have a local hardware store in Grandview. They almost always have what I need for any project and the staff is nice every time I come in.

The licensing lady was very rude instead of being understanding she had a smart mouth on top of a lot of attitude my experience here would have been great but unfortunately it deserves a one star the employees there were super friendly thank you for being patient and friendly 😊

Since ace hardware in grandview closed this is the only hardware store in town. The prices are a little high but they do have quality stuff.Also if you need title changes or tab renewal the D.O.L is in the store.
