Graham Walgreens used ti be professional and accurate. Now they have pharmacy tech s or a cashier answering the phones.thats ok but 3 most. Now the tech.says that I don't have a refill on my pain rx.I tell her it's a new script and she insisists that is not so.I ask to speak to the pharmacist who knows me n she snidely says "well she'll tell you the same thing" I insisted and yes she indeed found my current new script. This tech.is so igo testing she won't even listen to the patient. The pharmacist was professional and saw that I had a refill n said to come pick it up in 2 hours. I am getting tired of the rude untrained staff at this location.And then the poor attitude to boot.

I'm only giving it two stars instead of one star (wish I could give zero,) because of the people that work outside the pharmacy. They've always been so kind.However, the pharmacy has made our lives extraordinarily difficult.They've deleted prescriptions, and then restored them incorrectly so we had problems for 6 months after that. Being just plain rude when we have spent a total of hours with them trying to correct it.They've been rude over the phone when we call to check to see if my partners medication is available because you cannot trust the app itself with this store.They tell us to check the app when they don't update the app, or they label things incorrectly so we have no idea what steps we need to take to correct whatever issue is being had.It's really upsetting that people are only trying to get their medication.This last phone call was the final straw. When asked if there was anything that we could do to get his medication quicker, we were told in a nasty voice "I don't know, call the manufacturer I guess?" Which is not helpful. A simple no would have sufficed.Due to insurance issues we can't switch just yet, but as soon as we can, I assure you, we will.

This pharmacy deserves 0 stars. It once was a good pharmacy, now it sucks! The drive-thru was closed for a week. The employees would rather wander around than wait on you, they lied to me about a prescription because they had "over 500 scripts to fill "so they didn't have time to do mine? I'm changing to Rite Aid, sure hope they are good. They use to be good. Maybe Graham is getting too busy for the small amount of pharmacists we have?

The pharmacy here is great. I've been a customer for a few years and I've always had a great experience.The store itself closes early a lot. Three times now I've shown up 20+ minutes before closing to grab something really quick, and the doors were locked. There were still people shopping inside and there was plenty of time until closing.

Piss poor service. Ordered prints to be made at 2:15pm, website said ready at 2:50pm. Arrived at 4:15pm. Waited ten minutes. Not a single person here except for the one cashier at the door. An older employee was wondering around aimlessly like a chicken with its head cut off. If she was on a break, than she shouldn't have walked around with her uniform displayed. Finally helped by a young employee who finally showed up. Left store at 4:27pm. Never coming back to this Walgreens because it is a shame at how poor their service is compared to other stores in the "dangerous" neighborhoods in Tacoma.

Honestly one of the worst pharmacies I've ever dealt with. They are lazy, inept, and sticking me with a severely high copay just because their electronic system is flawed and won't go the extra mile to get it resolved. Frustrated over the amount of time and phone calls I've had to make this morning!

Received some prescriptions. The pharmacy clerk said (when she saw us looking at it in the aisle, because it was over the counter stuff) not to pick it up because we had prescriptions and it would be cheaper to use our insurance. It was actually more than twice as much for the cheaper generic stuff they gave us. Maybe it was because they had to print out prescription labels and put it in a paper bag? Very very upset and irritated at their bait and switch. However, the pharmacist was really nice and informative. Added a star for that, and the store was clean.

I'm only giving 1 star because I cant give 0 stars, the store itself is fine. I called about a lost debit card hoping it may be there someone answered named mardell, she is very rude, I barely got out the words debit card before she said nope we dont, when I politely asked her to let me finish she said oh you had more to say well what else do you want, really this is what customers can expect when calling about a lost debit card, I hope this can be fixed

This has to be one of the worst Walgreens in the nation. The pharmacy has bankers hours and the employees are more interested in socializing about who does what than helping a customer. It’s no surprise to them that they are out of items and don’t even think about having someone walk back to check on stock because they have none. I loathe having to go here for any reason.

They do not take Molina Insurance @ any Walgreens Pharmacy. However Safeway does and Rite-Aid. The store isn't bad. I just wish the pharmacist would have mentioned there are insurances they don't take.

Get charged twice amd then come in to get it corrected. Magically no one knows how to and I gotta come back another day when someone might be in to correct it. Get inconvenience twice and untrained "managers" all of them should be trained to correct these simple transactions. Waste of time, go to RiteAid across the street.

I go there regularly, because its on my way home and I can get most of the random essentials my family needs. Always friendly, and quick. I am usually in and out in 5 minutes.
