Been coming here for years. Most recent problem is that I requested med refill days ago and instead of informing me that my insurance stopped covering it they just didn't fill it. Which I found out when trying to pick up my meds right before going to bed before a surgery shift tomorrow. I would have been happy to pay out of pocket rather than not have what I need (and I need it tonight which is why I requested refill days ago) and instead of helping I get shrugged off and informed that they probably wouldn't get to it tonight at all. Will be switching pharmacies ASAP.

The staff is friendly and professional. I have been using this pharmacy for 30+ years. Staff were especially attentive during my cancer treatment and expressed care each month for the 5 years following treatment, while I had to take maintenance medication.

This pharmacy extends poor customer service. The staff are rude. They miss information and create longer wait times because of missed information. If a prescription cannot be filled there is no communication unless the customer calls or walks in to pick it up (wasting a trip). When calling in to get information I have had the experience of being cut off mid sentence and given information based on what they assume I was going to say.

I have 2 prescriptions I have to pick up each month, 2 weeks apart. Every time I pick up a prescription the people behind the counter are rude, dismissive, & act like I'm inconveniencing them. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, everyone has a bad day. The employees there seem to be having a bad day, every day. I have taken my business elsewhere & would not recommend this pharmacy.

If I could give negative stars I would. In a middle of a migraine my Doctor called in medicines for me. Safeway Pharmacy decided they didn't like how it was written. Finally got it all situated but it went to the back of fill line. Wait time 2 hours!!!! Are you kidding me, they know I am in massive pain from migraine but it was oh well. We can text you when ready. Will be switching to a new pharamcy.

Terrible customer service. I will say the pharmacist is great, he is very helpful and friendly. But Emily (the cashier) is nasty, entitled and condescending. Will not be returning. Would give zero stars if I could.

Worst experience EVER. Going to Rite Aid from now on. Totally awful put me on hold FIVE times before I could even convey my refill request. BOO!

Pharmacy is terrible they need to change their lying system. Every time I want to refill they always tell me that my medicine will be refilled a certain day and when I call back staff told me that no one had put it through. Uiugghhh!!!

Called to check stock on a medication because our normal Safeway pharmacy was out and they said that WE had to call the other Safeways to check stock. Girl who answers the phone tells me she won't disclose how much stock they have. I said 5 other Safeway pharmacies just did, she still refused. Avoid this one if you can!

"Friendly and professional" is kind of a stretch. Young woman behind the counter is discourteous and dismissive. I got the impression that I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. Unfortunately, there is no zero rating, will NOT go back there.

Can’t stand this pharmacy, I don’t go here but my man dose and keep telling him to go to Walgreens or rite aid cuz the people are kinda rude and there policy are lame compared to the others In area my mom and sister used to go here but they had to change years ago ..Lincoln pharmacy and Tacoma 3810 JD liver is at no charge even out here just saying

If there was a ZERO 🌟 it would be selected, treat people horrible they never call to inform you of something being ready and never call you back when they say they will, and plan on not having a life or appointments if you need to them to fill a script a day or two early because they won't, even if you have a funeral to get to.. no joke
