Everything sparkled it is so clean! Parking lot is always a bit of a bear though. But unless you are a member you pay full price which is so much more than Fred Meyers and Walmart. Looking for Cookies And Cream ice cream took twice as long since I was hoping there might be one on sale for non members. That made the security beep and a code announced over the intercom and at that point I was too uncomfortable to think so I got Oreo Cookies and Cream Mint and that's new 🙂. My husband doesn't like mint though! So I only go if I ABSOLUTELY have to. Donuts are a good reason. They do have about the best donuts.

Great selection, clean. The gal at the Meat department is always friendly and the gals at floral helped me with what I needed.The one thing that really puts me off is the electronic cart that stops. This time it stopped me in the middle of the road and I had to inch my way back because I purchased $250 worth of groceries and my cart was heavy! It was embarrassing! Stopped in the middle of traffic and they had to wait.This has happened twice now and I'm sorry I can't go back any more!You just lost up to $700+/ month customer....

These are by far the worst employees at any Safeway I have ever been to. Absolutely rude, irresponsible, lazy and just overall nasty human beings. I have watched my co worker be denied the most basic of service by the deli. I have been ignored completely and watched anyone I have came with be completely ignored after clearly waiting and even verbally asking for service. The barista and deli workers should 100 percent be fired and replaced with someone that can actually do the bare minimum of their job. This is an awful location with awful staff. Any 5 star reviews for this location are absolutely purchased or faked reviews to fluff up the online traffic. Anyone who has actually been here knows this is a less than one star experience. For the love of god, fire those lazy employees and pay someone who will actually do their job.

Kudos to Sydni at bakery department. She was super friendly and helpful and saw that I was in need of help and offered without asking. She offered to go and see if they can bake fresh bread that I was looking for which they did. Much appreciated!

Pharmacy. Incompetence is the only word that comes to mind. Rude, argumentative, zero customer service, argue they say things they didn't and general we don't care attitude right down to cashier who thinks she has authority if you dare disagree to tell ya to go somewhere else.

Horrible experienceNever enough cashier'sDirty Self checkout sensors so items don't ring up, so a Video player starts recording you like you're a thief and starts playing it back for you to see on screen. Then says wait for the attendant after multiple attempts to scan. Attendant? No one there. Oh she was helping the people with the overflowing cart of alcohol.I'm waiting. Minutes go by.. finally someone shows up from somewhere else by then I decide I'm done... keep it I said and walked out. If I wanted to scan my own groceries I would have applied for the job. Clean your scanning registers, gunk all over.After the covid pandemic it seems like a norm. You customers get to scan your own stuff, you will get less service.How about a discount for us doing a cashier's job? I have been there before when they said you had to scan your groceries because they didn't have a spare cashier?!We spend a lot of money there and no longer are we going to go there.

This store is a joke. The night manager had my 2 minor children, ages 9 yrs and 17 yrs, physically removed from the store by the security guard. We had a room mate that had stolen from the store a week prior while we weren't in the store with this person, or even in the store at all that day. We had been in the store previously with this person on a few different occasions. When I call the store to ask why this happened to my children nobody would answer my questions. I was informed because we had been in the store previously with a person who walked out with chicken wings. I went to the store to try to speak with the night manager Jesica and she would not see me. I recorded all conversations and interactions. When I spoke to the security guard he said he was told to remove my children by Jesica. I waited until the following Monday to speak with the store director Jerry. He said my children had stolen something, my children denied doing that. I asked Jerry for proof of video or pictures of this happening and he said no he don't have to give me nothing. He began cussing me out while stating that the kids were just asked to leave and weren't removed. I informed him I have a recording from the security guard stating otherwise. My children have never stolen anything from that store. Jerry Richards store Director is a liar. I want to make this 100% clear, we were not even in the store with the person who stole or at the store all that day. Yet my two minor children were physically removed from the store while trying to buy some stuff to make cookies. I have multiple reference numbers for this incident. Jerry is still refusing to provide any proof that he has for these allegations, yet another store employee told the truth regarding why.

Decent location. Always better to access this store from the outbound lanes. It’s conveniently located for those leaving the Puyallup area or arriving in the Graham vicinity. Prices are above average, when compared to other stores like Walmart. The app and weekly sales are the main reason we shop here.

I came in July 3rd to rent a carpet cleaner. Almost all carpet cleaners were out of order except the portable ones. I decided to get a portable. Price was fine. The portable carpet cleaner was in terrible shape and disgustingly dirty. I took it home and cleaned it out myself before using it on my carpets. I cleaned it best I could before returning it. I then brought it back and was told I could not receive my cleaning fee refund because of how dirty and disgusting it looked. (Mind you it hadn’t been cleaned before me) is it just me or does the Safeway in graham have rude employees ?…. Not okay. :(

Today is Saturday August 19th I used the men's restroom and I think I need to go the emergency room for a tetanus shot. It is disgusting in there. It looks like a drug addict bathroom. It is rotten and in major disrepair. If the condition of this bathroom is acceptable to Safeway what must the condition of the deli kitchen and meat department be like? Safeway obviously has a low standard of cleanliness and appearance. Going through the reviews i see i am not the only one. This has been an issue for many years. Do better. No excuse for this. It's clearly neglected and makes me wonder what other areas of safeway the public doesn't see must be like. I should post pictures. Are you guys proud of this bathroom?

Great Safeway always has fantastic produce and meats your top class as always, and any Safeway. The employees are fabulous and helpful. They beg your grocery still and even help you to your car services that are not so available in many places anymore. It’s my favorite, Safeway.

Was only going for bread and ice cream. Wasn't very busy so was able to go grab what I stopped to get, walk right up to self check. I did have a five dollar bill that the machine didn't like so the cashier for self check came right over, tried herself one time and didn't work so she went and swapped them out (after verification it was real) came back over and made sure the machine accepted the bill. She was prompt and quick and had me on my way in no time. Great customer service just as I have always had in there.

It's early, so the store was not busy, quiet, and easy to move around in the store. Employees were kind and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. I enjoy shopping at this store. I have never had a bad experience.

Mens restroom is a major issue. It is beyond repair and needs remodeling ASAP. The bathroom expired in the late 19th century. Next time I will take and post pictures. No amount of cleaning is going to fix the ruins. Step it up Safeway. No excuse for the lack of repairs. Feels and looks like someone died in there.

Went in today, did some shopping. Didn't use any bags because I had the shopping cart to carry my stuff back to the car. I haven't shopped here in a while. Pushed my cart out toward my car, and the wheels locked up. I had heard something about these carts from the internet. But it was pouring down rain, and my cart was stuck in the middle of the main drive. Had to pull it out of the road. Had to make a few trips from cart to the car. So beware. Bring bags to shop with or buy their bags. Ughhh

Meanwhile thete in trash all over in the parking lot. While chubby women stand around and eye good citizens shopping( to make sure they don't steal!

Usually super fresh everything, but as of lately we’ve been getting some items that are going bad well before their expiration date. And yes, my refrigerator works fantastically. I’m weird if my milk isn’t almost frozen because I like it so cold. Hopefully whatever was causing their issues will be resolved soon as I shop there every day.

At around 1:30pm Saturday May 6th I witnessed the woman working self checkout profile a man at the register.I was trying to shimmy in between carts when a man and his young son were blocking the way, he moved his cart over a few inches to make space when she ran over to him and began demanding he pay for his items. I HEARD him MULTIPLE times say “I am going to pay I was just letting her through” and she kept treating him like a thief. She stayed within inches of him and placed herself between him and the cash register.She escalated the situation when he had obviously said he was going to pay. She continued to treat him like a thief and some words were exchanged between them and he decided to leave and was chased down by loss prevention.I have it on good authority that this is the same woman who followed my boyfriend and his brother (also Hispanic) throughout the store a few weeks ago because they had liquor in their cart and were browsing. She claimed she needed to know they were 21 but she didn’t have to follow them so close throughout the store and make them feel uncomfortable.Please teach this woman how to interact with customers, she makes people feel uncomfortable. I overheard her relay the story to another employee as if she had nothing to do with it and the man was being hostile towards her from the start. That is not true. She started it and would not LISTEN to him after he continued to say he was paying. That is no way to treat a customer ever. I suggest going to the Orting location instead. I didn’t say anything in the moment because I could not believe what I was seeing.

I love the wide variety of foods and drinks plus other things that you can accomplish while getting your shopping done. For example, money orders, movie rentals, Starbucks at this location too! Also the pharmacy staff is top notch, very knowledgeable and compassionate.

I ordered my food for pick-up and it was ready before the pick-up timeYour people that bring my food to the truck were very nice and helped get it all in the truck. Thank you for making food shopping easier. We are in our late 70s and the help we got was very good.
