Brittany my 10 month old 100lb Boerboel had a bad rash on her under belly. Dr Russell gave her some meds and cleared it up. She stopped scratching and nipping on her belly! Thank you to her and the staff for fixing my baby!

Was happy with how quickly I was able to get an appointment and was pleased with the price. Brought my 2 cats in for routine check up, Dr. Russell was awesome! No upcharging or using fear to convince me something is wrong to try to sell me something. She was super kind and personable, and gentle when handling the cats. The woman at the front desk was also friendly and thorough. Highly recommend.

They were able to get in a little dog my mom rescued that had an eye issue and they were so awesome! I can’t speak more highly of both the vet and her tech/ receptionist. They were both very informative and nice considering how busy they were. The dog is so little and the eye thing looked scary. I am so very grateful for them and look forward to them seeing my larger dog for a check up in the future.

I feel so fortunate to have found such a kind and loving vet office for my dog. She did so well here and everyone in the office was so sweet and gentle with her for her shots.

I did have to call twice to get someone on the phone, but wasn't difficult. The lady on the phone was nice and gave me pricing over the phone (very reasonable considering most other vets accepting patients are nearly double).They have limited hours on some days but I didn't find that to unreasonable.The day of the appointment was simple, the front desk lady gave me the new patient client form and she was nice. Once I finished I went into a room, the lady was really nice and we chatted about my pet while she looked her over, weighed her and gave her a shot. Maybe took 25 minutes from walking in the door to paying.

I can't believe I haven't done a review before. We have been clients of Dr Russel since 2002 when I moved into the area. We have a small self funded rescue for woofers who have had a tough go of it before they find us.Dr. R has seen this pack through our smallest # of 12 pups to our highest at 28. She and her small and dedicated staff have always gone the extra mile and then some to get us what we need and to keep prices as reasonable as possible as we juggle so many critters.I always know that I can count on her to answer honestly when there are hard questions to ask. I know that she will listen and trust my judgement and observations of my pups. I feel like a partner on the team, not talked down to.I want to add that during the covid times, when other vets became inaccessible and highly impersonal she never left off the personal quality care esp when some of our hospice pups needed that end of life bridge. They didn't shut us out or disconnect us from our animals if they had any control over it through the entire pandemic. It can be hard to get through on the phone, but its worth it and when they are with you they are 100% focused on you and your critter. Thank you Dr. Russel and Darla for being there for all the Taylor pups.

DO NOT GO HERE! low price to compensate for their low effort and care for your pets. Horrible customer service!!!! It takes me about 10 tries to actually get someone, and when I do, they are rude and don’t want to assist me, claiming that it’s not their job to answer questions about my dog’s medical records. They were even rude to my new vet clinic when they called to get my dog’s medical records. I highly advise NOT going here. You will spend most of your time frustrated over trying to get help, and when you do get help, they will only do a rush job.

Do not listen to majority of negative comments. This vet is privately owned and understaffed. The lady at the front is the sweetest, don’t take her tone too personal. You’re going there for your animal not her..Dr Russel is the most empathetic vet I’ve come across in WA. Dr. Tammy has been taking care of my dog Daisy since she was a pup. She had also taken care of my 2 cats as well. The last 4 years Tammy has always been upfront and honest about anything Daisy needs or does not need. Very competitive prices and compassionate care. Highly recommend.

Excellent care at an excellent price the only reason why it's not 5 stars is because they have the absolute *worst* phone system imaginable. Not only is their answering machine annoying you cannot leave a message! Good luck trying to get through.. I've been trying to call for over week and they never answer even though I call during their business hours. Again I LOVE this place and I recommend it to everyone. Absolutely amazing literally the most amazing people but they seriously need to do something about their phone situation. I've heard this from several other people as well and it makes me sad that they could be losing a lot of business simply due to a technical issue. If they only fixed it so it could just leave messages it would be a lot better.

Dr Russell has been amazingly helpful with all my cats. She's compassionate, explains options and evaluations, and has not suggested unnecessary procedures or tests as I've experienced with other vets. My mom took her animals there for many years and I've taken mine there for the past 10 years as well.Edit: Clinic is handicapped accessible. Small ramp on the right side of secluded parking lot in the corner. Would be a tight turn for a wheelchair I think, but there is a ramp and the curb itself is small. Handicapped parking space available.(photos of clinic and ramp posted.) Handicapped accessible bathroom. Small grassy area for dogs with potty bag dispenser. Clinic is very homey inside and out.Access from Meridian- Look for the big blue sign with a giant white tooth (Graham Family Dental). The clinic is behind all the buildings you can see from Meridian, all the way at the back. Nice quiet spot for pets.

Was told when we brought out dog in for his puppy visit (he was 85lbs at the time) to make an appointment on the first to get him neutered. Called today and was told no dogs over 60 lbs. My question was why was i told to make an appointment on the first by the Dr. Only to be denied by the very rude receptionist?We will be taking our 3 dogs elsewhere for care. Love Dr Russell, but will no longer tolerate the rudness of the office. She is constantly rude over the phone like you're wasting her time when you call.

Yet another amazing visit! Absolutely adore Dr. Tammy and the lady at the front desk. (sorry I forgot her name) Sweet, down to earth, proficient and professional. They truly love their animals and have such a way with them. I was in and out within 30 minutes, no waiting, and all my questions answered. So much different than people doctor visits! I loved the Dr. her style was easy and caring, the receptionist not so much. They Have very limited hours, none conducive to working people. When I asked what do working people do, she laughed and said “don’t know”. Her suggestion was I have someone else bring my cat in, not a realistic answer. Needless to say, this forces me to a different vet, it’s a shame.

Dr. Russell was quick and thorough with our cat's first vet exam, even though we were a little nervous. She and the receptionist answered all our questions and made us feel relaxed and confident about the care our cat received. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable and competent care for a loved pet.

Can't say enough good things about our experience! My cat was sick, after eating something that they shouldn't have. I was able to make an appointment quickly and the staff was great, especially with my *cough cough* not so people friendly cat. Due to Covid restrictions I was not able to go into the clinic with my cat, which worried me because of her temper with people she doesn't know, but they were able to take her in and give us the help we needed in a tight situation. So grateful for this Pet Clinic!

Dr. Tammy and her staff are amazing! They show as much kindness and compassion for my rescued kitten as they do for my purebred collie. This is a small veterinary clinic, and things don't happen at drive-thru restaurant speeds. But I will drive 20 miles to take my fuzzy loved ones to Loving Care pet clinic rather than take them to one of the box or chain veterinary clinics.

Due to covid-19 the schedule and time is a little odd. Yet we all adapted to make our pocket book and our pets happy cuz the vet doctor is a animal whisper...aka knows her info/stuff. I always recommend them! I thank them for their time to make my animals happy.

Absolutely love dr Russell, The front desk receptionist is terrible. She isn’t a vet but acts like one. They have horrible hours only meant for people who don’t work and it the website has not been updated for hours or COVID compliance. They are not open 24hrs as stated. They do not send any reminders of any kind for future vaccinations or future appointments. So many wrongs and only one very awesome doctor is not enough. Been with dr Russell when she was still down in graham strip mall. Won’t go back till things seriously change.

The place was dirty, the front desk people were rude. We got an exam for our husky after they critizied us on how bad he is around other dogs (he get over excited) we got a normal check up. All the vet did was pet him and check is heart and that's it. Nothing else. Didn't ask any questions or anything. I have struggled finding a vet and after reading the review for this place thought we found one. Turns out I was one of the worst ones we have gone. The value pet clinic is so much better. If you care don't take your animals here. Find some place that actually cares! If I could give a 0 I would! Pathetic excuse for a vet!

They are so easy to work with, and so good with any of our 3 dogs. This time was an overdue nail trimming... I think it was only $12! Appointment was right on time, courteous staff, clean facility... 100% everything I would hope to see at a Vet clinic.
