I absolutely love this store. I’m love that I can go in there and they ALWAYS help. They double check, triple check if you need help. They problem solve. They talk me out of mistakes. They are legitimately the best.

This store is awesome! The staff is very friendly and helpful. If anyone isn't sure on any questions, or products, there's usually someone who does know. I have never left there without getting that "one random" part that I needed to finish a project.Shout out to the staff at Store # 11898,Thank you all!!!!!!

I love the convenience of this location. I just hate the surrounding area the crime, having to get the limited amount of employees to unlock products is just a shame.

Usually find what I need, and the banter is amusing. Some customers are so far beyond ungodly rude to the employees however, they're lucky its illegal to slap them because they need it.

Plenty of staff but no one knows where to find anything. Their website says stuff is in stock but they don’t have it. Best they can say is a shipment did not arrive….sorry. This place is a huge waste of time.

Not really sure what to say. Had a hard time getting help finding something. But it wasn't for lack of trying. The person that tried to help tried really hard but just didn't have the background experience to really help. But, I guess for what the pay is you're not going to have Bob Villa or Tim Taylor pop out of the break room to help you find a crush washer. It is clean and well laid out so that things are fairly easy to locate. Nice store.

Is a good store and good staff the only problem is the owner he is not color friendly, he feels like he can disrespect the customers just because he is the owner. Owners name is Nell and the manager was really not helpful at all but it is what is hopefully they improve there owner manager behavior and treat people of skin color better

8/10 times Ace has what is needed. Some times, I'm looking for some wakadoodle part that hasn't been invented. Customer service is very good. Be sure to check opening hours on google maps, it's accurate. Just speak up and they'll assist or recommend.

The owner of this store cannot take accountability for his actions and the way he treats customers. My husband may have made a mistake thinking you were open, thats on him. But for you to put all the blame on him for what happened, is just despicable. Did your mother not teach you to take accountability for your part in a situation? I already told my husband he shouldn't have done what he did coming in when your sign wasnt on. But you sir, think you have no part in the way the situation was handled and that is irresponsible of you as an owner of an establishment. And to come at me because you were offended for me calling you out is disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourself. This is terrible customer service if I ever saw one. I don't care if this has any impact to you or your business, I just want to make sure others know what an irresponsible, disrespectful, and non accountable person you are.

Great customer service. Although thieves have broken management's trust of customers and certain aisles can only be accessed with the assistance of an employee. Having an employee looking over your shoulder while you're shopping makes for a rather unpleasant experience.

These guys are never too busy to help you. They bend over backwards to get you what you need. Always have a smile for you, happy, caring, down to earth people. Feels homey and comfortable here, I've never had a bad experience here and they've always had what I needed or never hesitated to find it to get it ordered right away for me. I highly recommend this Ace store!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had shopping!! These employees will accuse you of stealing stuff from the store and when proven wrong instead of apologizing like any customer service rep should do they continue with there horrible attitude and treating you like you did something wrong. This store should get better employees cause the ones you have up most disrespectful and I don’t appreciate being judge by the way I look or dress. ( btw I’ve been working on my truck all day so I’m a little greasy dirty). The most frustrating part is that I make 58 dollars an hour and the guy accusing me probably makes minimum wage so close to 15 bucks an hour. I don’t need to steal thanks!!

The worst retail experience I have had in years. Other 1-star reviews are correct. The 4-5 star reviews must be from employees and family members. I must have spend 30 minutes watching these "folk" try to get my paint mix correct. It was almost laughable. After a 2nd attempt at getting my paint color mixed correctly, the employee sprayed me with paint when he pounded the lid close. The guy checking me out also insisted the $10 off was expired even though the shelf tag says it is not expired. The formula still didn't match the same paint that I got from both Lowes and Doit. They insisted it was correct. When I got it home it was a completely different color. They refused to refund my $66 and told me I am stuck with it. UNBELEIVABLE ! This place should not be pretending to run a legitimate business.

It's a convenient stop for me and mostly well stocked. It doesn't get five stars largely because it seems like such a cramped layout, and the staff over all these years, just doesn't seem as helpful as other Ace Hardware stores (given I've watched the staff personnel change over the years, I would have to lay this at the foot of management/ownership and the direction they give to their employees). Nonetheless, if I need something, and I'm going this way, I'll stop and shop here rather than the big box stores.

Was in today to pick up a mower. And can i say i have never been so happy with the services i got. i drove a long way to pick up my order but i will dive back again and again thanks for all the help today Staff and the owner are the best old time good services still live on here. Keep it up

I want to support smaller buisness like ACE but it's harder and harder. When you call before you drive to store like this one a customer should be told about the limited stoce they have on hand for a specific item that you called about. Just frustrating. Whoever is in charge of the inventory management should make sure going into the weekend that they have plenty of stock in hand for all items. I called and then went in looking for 5" Aluminum gutters. I would think they would have more than one 5" x 10' gutter along with an assortment of mounting brackets and attachments. Very limited.Everytime I go in, I leave asking why do I keep trying and hoping this place would get better. I thing I'm done with it. Will have to make my trek down the dreaded Meridian and go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Not good 😐

They are always so kind and willing to help with anything. I just went in to pick up a nut and bolt. Not only did the kind gentleman who works there try to help me find what I was looking for, but he also tried to help rock and calm down my 15 month old. Definitely one of the most amazing hardware stores.

This store never has what I am looking for and their staff lacks the ability to think outside the box to help solve a problem. If I do find something I need, the price is ridiculous. They have the stupidest rewards program. They send you coupons that are outrageous. “Spend $50 and receive $5.00 off the purchase.” The last time I was in the store I tried to use my coupon and they told me it was expired! I told them nicely not to send me anything anymore because I would not be returning. I now boycott all Ace Hardware Stores.

They seam to have a great supply of just about everything a homeowner needs. Plus alot of the hard to find items you want. As well as great hometown service. Be sure and sigh up for thier monthly adds to save a little extra on specials.
