They are great at making my dog look great, no matter how long and scrounge his hair is when he comes in! They also don’t make him wait as long as the big name pet stores did, and they remember it write down what we got the previous time so I don’t have to describe the length and cut each time we get him groomed. I bring my doberman here, and they were awesome. She was really nervous, she hadn't gone to the groomers by her self since our older two dobies passed away. And they were so sweet with her and patient which I really appreciate.

Always friendly and fast. Reasonably priced, too. We have four dogs who need regular nail cuts and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Once in a while they bathe too, and they come back happy and clean. That isn’t the case with a lot of groomers. So glad to have them in Graham.

Just went for the first time today as a walk in for a nail trim. Even with being new and waiting for 2 people in front of me, we were in and out in barely 10 minutes and it was just $9. They did so well with my anxious dog as well as another that was on another table. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming for our regular nail trims.

Usually pretty booked but that's because they do excellent. Last time, my potty broke out of their kennel. I was worried they wouldn't take him back. They did! We also tool 2 new pups at the same time. One being our St. Bernard who is a nervous Nelly. They were so sweet and let her hand in a gated area up front around everyone for the day until we picked her up. This special treatment helped her feel more comfortable. Their prices are a great value.

Payed $80 for a bath, shed, and nail trim for our siberian husky. When we got her home we literally spent 15 minutes outside pulling more fur out of her that they had missed. It was like they completely missed her back right leg and area surrounding it. The bath was good and her nails were trimmed nicely.. but they didnt finish the services payed for.

These guys are great. It was my first time using their services and I was very impressed! My papillon is 15 years old and extremely sensitive to being picked up and groomed these days but he was in great spirits when I picked him up. I was also extremely pleased with the time frame from when he was dropped off and ready to be picked up. Other places would have me drop off my baby and he would be there almost the entire day for a bath and cut. This is because they have the animals all dropped off at the same time and left in kennels until they were ready. Here u drop ur baby off when it's time for their appt. No wasted time leaving them to sit in kennels for hours on end. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Took my little dog in for groom, got her home & can't even tell she got a cut, and nails were not done. Called & the little kid that works there told me if I don't like it maybe I should go to someplace where I like their work!!! Horrible experience and the oriental lady is rough with the small dogs. If you love your pets and your money... don't go there.

i’m super sad to be writing this review. my dogs have never been skittish dogs ever. i dropped my two dogs off and both of them were super scared of the man (owners son) taking them back to the kennels enough that one of them planted their feet down right next to me and wouldn’t move. the dog was dragged to the back and was never comforted in anyway by the man/staff. when i came to pick up my dogs they were scared and were shaking. they have been to different groomers many of times and they have never acted this way, before or after a service. when i came to pick them up the groomer who was working with another dog was complaining very loudly about how much she hated her job and was rolling her eyes at the dog she was grooming. this is very concerning behavior. it seemed as though some of the staff had a serious anger problem towards the animals as well as little knowledge to how to treat animals. it was extremely unprofessional and concerned me for what is happening to our dogs when no one is around. while my dogs smelt good i won’t sacrifice their well beings when i can go elsewhere with staff who treats the dogs like their own. seems to me their staff doesn’t really love dogs and if you’re in this industry you should enjoy the presents of animals considering that is the whole job.

Furry Friends are great! I've brought my shih tzu's and my yorkie there twice now. If they had shown any hesitation when I brought them in the second time i would have known not to leave them. Instead they seemed happy to come back! They do wonderful work!

Our experience was horrible and so very disappointing! My dog was cut and began bleeding shortly after picking her up. When I called to tell them, The manager denied any injury occurred and even said there must be something wrong with my dog. It was a shocking & scary experience. Just beware of this owner’s behavior and negligence.

Very reasonable pricing and they did great my with pain in the butt, Franklin! ❤️ He just got a bath and a little trim around the face and hind end but came home looking fresh and clean and surprisingly happy. The two individuals who helped me were both very nice. Frankie will be coming back for grooms regularly 🙂

We just had our first experience with our two Maltese here. This is by far the best they have ever looked while also being the cheapest trip we've had. And both of the boys look far less stressed out then when we have taken them other places. Very excited to keep using them!

Generally, I appreciate this salon because they do walk-in nail grinding and I usually have pleasant experiences with them customer service wise. Today, however, I took my dog in for a bath and when I got him home I realized his mohawk has been altered. The front of his hair is obviously shorter than when I dropped him off. I called up to the salon to ask what happened that his hair was cut as he should have only had a bath. The individual on the phone argued with me that they were "100 percent sure that wasn't the case" because whoever cut him isn't certified to cut hair. Now, as I was currently looking at my pup and the mysterious shrinking hairs I told the person that there was definitely a difference (I pulled up recent pictures on my phone to make sure I was not imagining things). At this point, the lady starts raising her voice at me, which is unnecessary and rude, and I am not interested in a shouting match so I said okay, bye and hung up. Long #StoryTime to say, from my experience today, the shop has pretty good customer service until a mistake is made.

I was extremely happy with the results. It’s always hard to find excellent groomers that aren’t afraidof huskie talkers. My pups smell good and their nails are nice and filed. Will make them my groomer. No more trying and looking around the area. Friendly staff.

i was very impressed with the Ladies over at Furry Friends as our big dog is kinda shy...the worked wonders on her and had Libby for nearly 3 hours.and the price was less than i expected...it was her first time at a dog beauty parlor and because of the service she received there we will be back.

We take both our pups here to get their nails trimmed. Staff is friendly and great with both are furbabies. We love being able to walk in at our convenience and it is so much cheaper than taking them to the vet for nail trims.

I own two dogs and I have been taking one of my dogs there hes been there twice for a groom.so I though I would take my jack Russell in for a shave down. I booked her in last week for today. They told me it would be $31 on the phone and when. I went to collect my dog she said it was $48. So you could imagine my face $17 difference. I didn't have all the money on me just a tip and the $31 . So she said to me your dog is not a jack Russell.. so I said excuse me I have had my dog 8 years since she was a puppy I think I know what kind of dog i have. So the owner rudely said "if you can't pay the $48 then leave and don't come back" my mother had just been in with her poodle first time this morning.. and the owner said tell your mom not to bring her dog back again either. So at this point I was irate my mother has not done anything and neither have I. You told me $31 and your trying to charge me $48. I'm so angry right now so she got her $31 dollars thrown at her and I said some rude things to her after.. but don't tell me one price and then tell me another when I get back there to collect my dog. So she has now lost three dogs to grooming and with her attitude she will be losing alot more.. like I said to her " don't give a price over the phone without looking at the dog first".. I'm absolutely disgusted at her attitude and I was not going to let her speak to me like a peice of s..t.. so if you use the place for your dog make sure you get a correct price before she tells you not to come back. Also she never even asked for paperwork for my dog shots rabies etc as my dogs came over from England but luckily there up to date on everything but I thought it was law especially being in a grooming business so you don't ever get other dogs sick

I used to bring my dog here for regular visits every 5 weeks, based on their recommendation. The last visit had to be cancelled the day of the appointment, because I had three seizures that same morning and had to go to the hospital. I actually stopped long enough to call them and cancel the appointment and explained why. Today I tried to make an appointment and was informed that they will no longer accept my dog, because I didn't cancel in advance. Worst service ever.
