Feeling a bit finessed after coming in for a disposable today. I usually get mfused and I asked about deals like looking for good value, this dude told me that I could get this ohama cart which is 2g for like the same price as mfused so of course I went for that but it's 1:1 cbd so literally I got a gram of thc diluted with the worst terps I've ever tasted and cbd. Should've told me that I feel like and honestly I could forgive all that but this disposable has the worst airflow I've ever had in a cart and it's harsh... yall need to throw these out and take the losses cause that's just inferior product ur serving

The guys in there super nice helpful. The women not as much kinda had rude interactions…. I’d ask about rosin in fridge and they always say there isn’t any in window but then there would be rosin in fridge they to lazy to check just not good service from the women. So yeah I as a customer would have to insist on them just doing there job like turn around and look please takes 30 seconds. Especially when I would go two days in row.

28 Grahams Cannabis is TOP NOTCH!!! Their staff is EXTREMELY informative!!! DO They hire people with weed degrees??? Always helpful, polite and provide excellent customer service from start to finish.. It seems EVERY employee is knowledgeable about every product I've wanted to learn more about. I don't do preorders just because I like to talk with the staff members and learn about new products. If you're not shopping at 28 Grahams Cannabis I honestly don't know what you're doing with your LIFE!

Used to love this place. Came in today and the guy who checks IDs loudly made fun of how young I look while I entered the building —and continued to do so while I stood in line. I’m almost 30 years old and don’t appreciate nor have the energy for that immaturity and rudeness. Lost my business.

I have visited this store many many times. They are always very nice 😁 and Incredibly knowledgeable/helpful. I always go to them for pet cbd meds for the very loud fireworks. I would be a wreck without these guys 💕 I would give more stars if they were available.

Been going here 5 years and never brought back a bad cartridge as that's abnormal these days. Last night one leaked all in my pants right after buying and they treated me like I'm broke trying to get something for free. Had no interest in looking at a bad dabstract cartridge. I guess cannibas employees are gonna be lazy so what do I even say. Not going back here and I'm telling anyone I can to stay away.

This place is truly a joke, won't honor warranties on cartridges, rude employees, and people giving somewhat questionable advice. Save your money people and find yourself another shop that will treat you like they actually want and deserve your business.

Came on here to leave a review about their return policy and how they don't honor their own policy. Turns out I'm not the only one. They selldamage merchandise and refuse to give you a return or an exchange. Instead, they will only offer you a discount. In my case it was a whole $6 for my $44 purchase. This is against federal law. If this happens to you you can report them to the federal trade commission and the better business bureau even if they are not a member

Went in and had I believe a manager named Tiffany (could be mistaken on the name) a very large woman (to describe her) tell me she knew that an eighth of legends was some of the best weed in the PnW. I know this isn’t true so I asked if I could see better product. She got what seemed offended and told me she knew it was good weed because she is the daughter of the owner of the shop. Not wanting to cause any issues I went to look at the jar she brought out but as I go to look she snatches the jar of the counter and says “I guess it’s just not good enough for you is it”? She then brings me an incredibly expensive eighth that is $60, slams it on the counter and tells me “hope that one is up to your standards , it’s the only other one that I smoke” weird, but not wanting to be that customer who seems to be expecting too high of quality for the price I bought it. expecting it to be good of course. This weed has so many seeds, is beyond harsh, smells miserable, and tastes awful. I guess being the daughter of a weed shop owner doesn’t necessarily help you in the industry as much as you assumed that it did.

Dude w the long hair and chains was super cool, not from Seattle and every other dispo I told sold me nasty bud, dude here got me some fire for cheap, friendly vibes. Dude at door super cool w the quotes too. Def a great experience here 🤙

Came here for the first time and the bouncer, who was outside followed me in and then followed me out after when I was done, being pretty creepy. The lady seemed off too. Demeanor changed from happy to awkward. Maybe because they were out of the product I wanted? I was polite and smiling so I’m not sure what happened. Giving three stars for the benefit of the doubt, because the customers seemed genuinely happy.
