I thought my room was large. I was offered an upstairs room, but I had a lot of stuff I brought with me. Rather than make 3 trips back and forth to my car, I was re-assigned a downstairs room, at the same price. I asked if they honored a military discount, and they changed my billing rate to a lower rate. I asked what time their hot breakfast started. I was told 6:30am. I said I had a meeting scheduled so early, that I had to leave at 6:30am. They said they would have breakfast start at 6:00am. They staff has been EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING!

Giving rooms only 4 stars because it was a double queen room with only one chair! Also only one bed side table. Curtain was ragged with holes. However room was immaculate. Staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful, accommodating and makes the stay so enjoyable! The breakfast lady is fabulous and such a dear. Location is excellent. Pool is clean and refreshing. We love staying here! .... just wish there were 2 chairs in the room. ... also, I will never book with 3rd party again. Book directly with the hotel like we usually do. Extra expense and no refund even in emergency, plus room requests apparently not offered or recognized from the 3rd party vendor. Using 3rd party vendor, a big no, no from us in the future.

Rooms are clean but outdated (I have no problem with outdated just as long as it's clean). That was the best part of our stay.90 plus degrees, the pool was closed.TV had 10 channels, on Cable.Internet did not work. We went to front desk, she said 'Mine works, I don't know. It's unsecured that's why business people don't use it.' Okay, your traveling for business as I am, need internet????How Rude.Do not stay there. Go to the Ponderosa Motel in town. SO much better customer service.

Rooms haveb been spotless everytime I've stayed. The furniture is a little out dated and toilet is honestly way low to the ground. But it's clean, comfortable and pool is clean. Will always stay a each time in goldendale. Staff is amazing and professional everytime. Would recommend to everyone over any other place to choose from.Rooms: Older furnished but comfortable and clean.Nearby activities: Not far from museums, winery's, parks and so much more.Food & drinks: Next to restaurants, gas stations, fast food and a store.

We got in really late at night, and all of us were super tired, but check in was quick and easy. The guy was really nice as well. The room was wonderfully cleaned with neatly made beds. The beds were extremely comfortable and I got a full night's sleep, which is rare for me. The breakfast in the morning was also good. Overall, it was an amazing place to spend the night and I would definitely recommend it.

I made a reservation two days before our stay, but set the wrong date and checked out. Woops, non-refundable. So I called and the friendly staff simply switched my dates for me. When we arrived for our stay we were greeted kindly, and the clerk helped us figure out where to eat. The rooms are good for the price. They are what you'd expect, not bad, but not lavish, and the entire process has been stress free.

Rooms for nice and clean downstairs smelled like smoke outside but inside the rooms was nice and clean know Smokey smells employees were friendly and nice you get complimentary breakfast in the morning and the lady serving the dishes was very friendly and pleasant all in all we had a nice stay. They're located next to a Mexican restaurant and gas station.Rooms: Nice and cleanFood & drinks: Mexican restaurant and free breakfast in the morning downstairs

A conveniently located hotel just off the highway and close to most of the more popular restaurants in the area. Clean, quiet , we found we were able to sleep comfortably. A hair dryer, clean coffee pot are provided, easy parking. Check in and check out went smoothly with virtually no delay. There is a breakfast included, but we did not take advantage of it, preferring a nearby fast food establishment.

Beds had black hair in the sheet (dog). Shower was improperly installed so water leaked all over the floor. Very out dated. Phone in room was missing buttons and you could barely hear. Room wasn't ready. Then they knocked on door before check out time to clean. Pretty rude. Also the drapes hade moth hole and the carpets where filthy.Rooms: Way over priced for what your get.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, efficient check in, and fair price. No issues with the room. Had a good sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink. Cold and well working air conditioning. Shower has good water pressure. Bed is comfortable. It’s not a 5 star hotel but everything works well. Would come again if when in the area.

For a hotel that had been around for a long as it has, it was clean. The staff were awesome from booking to check out. The only problem I encountered was my key card kept deactivating and had to be reset twice.I will stay here again, it is right off Hwy 97 that travels between Toppenish and the Columbia River over Satus Pass.Noteworthy details: Location is perfect for fuel, groceries, restuarants and easy access to hwy traveling north or south.

I'm going to start off by telling you the internet kicks you off every six or so hours and this needs to STOP. Morning breakfast seems slim compared to the quality inn I was last at. The lady at the front counter does her job as expected. (She's not much of a morning person) People have an option of smoking in their rooms which makes all rooms smell funny. The inn is simple to get to meaning the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Desk chairs are kinda yucky and can house bedbugs I do recommend getting rid of any cloth chairs. The carpet should really be torn out because disgusting and can house bedbugs. I did not sleep in the bed, (make your own assumptions) I had my own cott to sleep on. I do not watch TV however I did turn it on and surfed through all channels to find most channels have bad signal and few options to watch. So overall the place is just ok, but not worth 185$ for two nights, ALL ROOMS really need an upgrade, they really NEED an upgrade. Also strange rv/trailer park next door, quiet for the most part.I want to make it perfectly clear, this review is geared towards the owners of the establishment and not any way the fault toward the employees.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Everything worked. Plenty warm water although water pressure could be better. There was extra pillow & blanket in the closet.The gal at check-in was very friendly and held a perfect amount of conversation finding a relatable point.The view from the room is mixed: beautiful mountains and RVs below.Convenient location, right off 97 next to gas and restaurants.Breakfast were to-go bags with snacks and cute/inspiring messages.

Writing this to acknowledge there staff. Especially the young lady on there swing shift front desk. She was awesome! Something about a small town with feral cats in the parking lot. That gets me everytime.Food & drinks: There's a McDonald's, Chevron/Papa John's, Dollar General. All in walking distance.

We stopped in for a stay well we were travelling to Crater Lake.Hotel was cute from outside, front desk room was pleasant and the young lady working was very sweet. Room was nothing like the pictures on here but it was stayable. Loved the bigger bathroom area and separate space. TAMI but our toilet for plugged and I called the front desk nextoney asking for a plunger and the lady said "oh my god" three times you know not that's ta embarrassing enough calling to ask or anything. I would definitely work on the customer service reactions.

Mixed bag, first the good: actual bathtubs, HOT HOT water, usual amenities. Okay: price is a little steep for this time of year (January); bad: space cadet at front desk took my credit card and never gave it back- he had *all night* AND the next morning to see the card on the desk (in front of him, not on the upper counter) to call me with the phone I provided, but nope, no call, nothing. Yes, it is my responsibility to make sure I get my card back, but how did this get overlooked for 10+ hours? When I called the hotel to check, after driving hundreds of miles, they were like “there’s a card here somewhere but I have no idea where we put it” IF I didn’t have another card on me, being stranded on the east side (all passes closed), I would have had to drive hundreds of miles to get it. This is a clear case of “not my job”. Won’t be returning
