My son went through the drive in there's was only one car in front of him. The car in front of him get there food quickly. My so had to wait over 25 minutes for his order. It was only three bacon cheese burgers an fries. We only live seven miles from town an by the time he got home the food was cold. I had to heat up the fries an try to heat up the burgers. For over forty dollars I at least expected my food to be warm not cold. Won't order from there any more. I can go to a restaurant and at least my food would be warm. Why would I want to try this place again. Last summer I bought two cones softies and they were terrible I neither my husband nor I could eat it. I knew better than to send my son there three months ago my food was cold . The burger was a mess looked like kindergarten tried to do it. Three chances an no change. Either train them better or get someone that enjoys what there doing

Unfortunately 9/10 times I go through drive thru, something is either missing or wrong. Either no fries, the wrong size, overcharged or wrong burger. As there is usually quite a wait (20 mins) and que when I go after work, I dont stick around to check everything is order, as they are often off back in the kitchen once it's handed over. We have started asking for receipts and don't get them. Unfortunately it's effecting how often we now come down - it started off every couple of weeks but now it's every couple months as best, as we know it's not going to be right, and we pay for more than we get every time. Losing patience in the hope it will get better and will likely just be avoiding it from here, as I can count on one hand how many times we actually get what we pay for and order, which is especially frustrating after the long waits.

Best place in Goldendale. Will stop many more times in the future. Thank you for the great and wonderful experience; it was super memorable. Wish I had my camera with me at the time to take photos of the quality food provided and the exceptional service personnel.Parking: Bait and tackle shop was also amazing.

The staff was very friendly, but got my order all wrong...I ordered a rotisserie chicken salad and a small milkshake. What I received was a side salad and a rotisserie chicken basket. When I asked about my shake, she quickly made one for me and solved the problem. I was a little disappointed to see how much chicken I got for the $7 price tag.

What a fun find on our way to and from Idaho... we took a different highway on our biannual North Idaho trek and came upon this nice Dairy Queen, which I'd been craving for two days!! So cool! Our server, kind blonde young lady, took great care of our family. Thanks Goldendale for the oasis on our long drive!!

Whoever was working drive through today was being short and a little snarky about the blizzard order I was making for my fiancé. She gave me the blizzard after giving my card back and closed the window before I could even ask for a lid, by the time I finally got my food, the blizzard had melted into my cup holders. Poor service overall unacceptable attitude

The young man behind the counter was playing some rough language music on his phone behind the counter, he kept letting people know he didn't want to be there, wasn't afraid to use the f-word and they forgot 3 different items in our order. No thanks, never again.

Was really hungry so I went to Dairy Queen, I asked for a blizzard and they said the machine was broken I said “you guys are known for ice cream?” They responded with “kill yourself, middle window” without even telling them any thing else, so I pulled forward and they threw a blizzard cup full of a white sticky substance at me and told me to never come back again. Overall not the best experience but much better service than the other Dairy Queen’s I went to, we don’t talk about those ones. I think the name of the employee was Juliette im not sure though but that’s what the name tag said.

Friendly staff and quick service at this gas station, Dairy Queen stop under construction, classic chicken strip basket and blizzard (though didn't like the new cinnamon role flavor); needs deep cleaning (dust and many flies buzzing around ready to get your food).

Busy time. Inside there was continual discussion about who was filling which frozen treat order, and 1/3 employees correctly wearing their mask. My blizzard was ready 10 min before my food, as was the case for both people waiting ahead of me to go (fortunately I took mine to passenger waiting with dog, everyone else just got to watch it melt). When she tipped my blizzard to show how solid it was (as they do), part of it fell into the container of straws (hope they cleaned that). But close enough. Still, they earn a point for serving in person customers at least as quick as drive through, and for consistent quality fries and chicken tenders.

The food and service at this location is terrible. But ya know how they are supposed to turn the blizzards upside down or it's free? They never do. So, free blizzards every day. Why don't they? Because they don't know how to make them so it always falls it and makes a huge mess. It's a great comedy show to watch. And that's why I gave them 3 stars. Entertainment value. It will go down in stars of they ever figure out how to make blizzards though.

After ordering through the drivethru, it took 20 plus minutes to receive my order. Once I could see in the windows, there were 2 people just standing there doing nothing, seriously nothing, for over 5 minutes. Once I got home, I opened the box. I ordered a single A1 cheeseburger meal, but just got a regular cheeseburger without A1 sauce. Having said all that, the food was good, but Geesh, now I see why every time I drive by, there is a huge line. Glad I wasn't in a hurry.

Perhaps I was unfair in my rating of your store. The young ladies working did an excellent job while the store was filled with customers. They worked very hard to satisfy each person and delivered in remarkable time considering the crowd. We stop at this store when passing thru as we have for years and will continue to do so. Congrats on a great team.

DON’T BOTHER. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. We went through the drive thru and waited about 20 minutes for two chicken strip baskets. The girl running the drive thru was so rude. She interrupted us in the middle of us giving her our order which lead to some of the issues of this visit. Once we finally got to the window and was given our food, we double checked our order like always. A couple items were missing. The toast and buffalo sauce we asked for were not in our order. We asked for the sauce first and the boy that came to the window told us that he was only the “cook” and could not be bothered to get the sauce. Fine. Another gal came to the window to give us our sauce and then we asked about the toast. She left to confer with the “cook” and told us that they were out of bread but gave us extra chicken. That’s totally fine, but this should have been communicated to us beforehand. We get home to see that no extra chicken was added, nothing to compensate for the missing toast was in the bag. If I could give no stars I would. This was unacceptable and I will never be returning.

The assistant manager was too lazy or ignorant to run my son's gift card correctly. The window attendant tried it and it came up with an error. She should have tried to get it right, but she just copped an attitude with me. So my son ordered his meal anyway, saying we would call headquarters to get it figured out and come in and pick it up. He went in to get it, came out and opened it up and it was not what he ordered. I went in to ask them when a manager would be around to figure out why their card machine "wouldn't work" for my son's gift card when it worked just fine for everything else and HQ had said there was nothing wrong with it and was given more attitude by the assistant manager over how she can't do anything about it when I was trying to ask her when the manager would be there but she wouldn't shut up long enough for me to finish asking. They finally got his order right, and he had to pay out of his own money that he was saving for something else. They wouldn't even wait for me to come in like he had asked them to so I could pay for him. She gave him a free small blizzard to make up for things. Then she wouldn't shut up about how great it was of her to do that. The manager finally called me back after I had called and left a message, only to tell me he would figure it out and call me back by the end of the week with a final resolution as to if I should return with my son so he can use his gift card. That was over 4 months ago and he still hasn't called me back. Not a big loss for me since I asked them through their website why they got rid of cherry topping and was told that "nobody wanted it" and I would just have to deal with it. Oh, and due to an extremely hot day I gave in and took my daughter to another location for a sundae and was offered a microscopic dollop of whipped cream for .49 cents-EACH. I could have run across the street and bought a whole can for that price. Nope, totally done with them and the rotten attitude that seems to pervade the entire corporation.

When I ordered my combo the staff asked if I wanted my ice cream now or if I wanted an ice cream coin. I specifically asked if the coin would be limited to this store or if it was valid to all dairy queens. She told me it is usable in all locations. When I pulled up to the drive through window I got my food and a coupon for the ice cream. I later read that the coupon was only valid at that specific location.

At first the workers were nice, but then they seemed to get stressed over the amount of customers they had and i waited 45 minutes for my food and when I got it it wasn’t the right order. None of them were wearing a mask properly so I already figured these people weren’t the best at following simple directions. When I politely told them they had made a mistake, the manager? (older lady working there) got in my face and removed her mask to talk to me. The smell of her breath made me lose my appetite itself. She said I would have to pay more for the food I had asked for in the first place, so I left and ate the food they gave me which ended up hurting my stomach. Moral of the story-if you want food just go to Subway next door.

Waited a VERY long time for food (for my son). Burger was burnt and incorrect toppings. Fries were cold. We ordered TO GO and they gave us NO NAPKINS...really? Honestly wonder what these guys are doing running this place/cooking. They need to learn basic skills!

My wife and I had the mushroom burger. It was by far and away the best! We were so shocked that I had to tell the staff what a wonderful job they did!! If you like your mushroom burger melty with cheese and mushroom sauce this place delivers! What a wonderful surprise! Thank you very much! We will definitely stop by again when we come through town!

The food was good the wait uncalled for owner needs to hire or retrain the crew. Total chaos either run the franchise correctly by that i mean manage control get on top of it. This problem is all the time I witness people getting out of line and driving away alot of lost income😟😟😟

Waited in line at the drive through for over twenty minutes. I would've left but my lunch was ending and I needed to grab some food. At 2:30 in the afternoon it was not busy enough to justify any wait time but over 20 minutes?! It's ridiculous! Not to mention they gave me the wrong drink, didn't even bother to wrap my food just threw it in the bag and the customer service was terrible. No thank you I'll spend my hard earned money else where next time.

My son and I had lunch the other day and I want to say that Danica and Theresa we’re supper friendly and the food was the best we have had from a Dairy Queen in a while. We use to stop at one by our old house in Oregon and it has left a sour spot on us, and with seeing the bad reviews on this one we were hesitant about going in. But now I am glad we stopped! Hot food, right order and clean and friendly service 5stars !!!

I wish I could give this place 5 stars because I'm all for supporting our local businesses. A little more training in the blizzard department would be helpful here. As expensive as blizzards are I shouldn't end up with vanilla ice cream near the bottom that didn't get mixed. It has been a consistent problem lately.

Me, my business partner, and our employee all purchased flamethrowers. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be ready and by the time we left we noticed that the patties were burnt, buns were smashed flat and stale, and to top it off, the flamethrower sauce (the most important part) was a spot on the i.side about the size of a dime. Needless to say, we were very unhappy and none of us finished our meals. Too bad we were in a hurry to be somewhere and couldn't go back.

I don't even want to give it a star!Rude service, long wait and missing the bread/toast in my basket! Did something change where someone places don't give the same? And staff was strait rude and it was HER MISTAKE! Very assettive and very unpleasing. Good taste old yet took 15+ minutes to get it?!? Lucky was in a hurry after it took so long! Poor service!
