This place grossed me out today!!!A person brought an untrained dog who jumped up on the Produce and snorted on it. I asked them to take the dog out.Instead they called me a Karen and started taking pictures of me!I am going to take my photos to the health department and report them.According to Washington State Code (WAC 246-215-001), pets are not allowed on the premises of a food establishment!

This store is extremely over priced!! If something is on sale or at a good price, please check the date! There might be a reason!While shopping there one day, I noticed they had a brand of ham I buy at the Butcher shop, so I thought I'd grab one since they were at a really good price.Sadly when I got home i noticed it was almost 30 day past the manufacturer use by date! I had to drive back and return it.PLEASE CHECK THE DATES ON ANYTHING YOU PURCHASE AT THIS STORE.

Never forget the time one of their incel neckbeard employees proudly wore a KKK shirt with a holstered German pistol on his hip. And both the store owners and employees backed him up. Classy place full of intelligent individuals, with highway robbery prices.

Small local grocery store with friendly staff and high quality products. Prices are a little more expensive compared to other grocery chains, however that beeing said they almost never run out of stock.

I have been here a couple of times and live in the area, its convenient to have a grocery store near by but after recent events that I have had with them...We will no longer be going here for groceries even for just 5 things we will now be driving all the way to Monroe from now on.

This store is over priced and takes advantage of the locals that either have to drive 35 mins or more depending on traffic and where you live to shop somewhere else or shop at family Grocer and pay 3 times as much as other stores. The only positive thing I can say is they have really good meat that is usually reasonably priced. I take back what I've said about really good meat..... Well it used to be amazing but now it's all seems to be old and will spoil after only one day in the fridge if not spoiled by the time you get home so all around just a terrible store.

They allow their cashier to wear KKK gear. Refusing to comment on the matter because it's "free speech".This is unacceptable, and it tells us exactly where the owners stand when allowing such hate to take place in their store. This place is unsafe, and I will not be giving them my business, nor will any of my friends or family.

Extremely expensive! They take advantage of locals as though we can afford it, because no one wants to drive to monroe all the time for decent prices. Its $3.20 for milk at fred meyer's and $6 at this store.Numerous times has the employees been on the phone on personal calls while ringing people up. Or shouting across the check stands gossiping. It's better to pay for the price in gas other than shop here.

Most important to note: they close at 9:00 PM, not 10, like they did before COVID. Flatlanders will be surprised how masks don't exist here. Hopefully, as of March 12, the mandates will be lifted and don't need to be reinstated. Friendly, yet tired staff.

Stopped to stock up for a stay in Leavenworth. We were pretty pleased with the selection of everything — until we opened up our two bright pink packages of ground beef we picked up for burgers. Once we started mixing, it became immediately obvious that what we had bought was two balls of way less appealing, older grayed meat which had been packed around with fresher, pink meat to hide it. If this is the practice for the meat department, I’d be skeptical that this sham of quality isn’t a systemic issue elsewhere. The fact that it was done to both packages tells me it’s not a fluke and not a one time thing. Can’t fathom why you’d jeopardize your business trying to pull of things like this just to save a buck..

Watched the cashier scan two bottles of tequila three times, tried to tell her she charged me for an extra bottle of tequila and she firmly told me it was the liquor tax. Somehow ended up paying $175 for two $40 bottles of hornitos, a case of water, a couple sticks of butter, a $5 bag of cheese slices and a bag of ice.

I've often driven past this place and never been there, had to evacuate my campsite on the Miller River due to the Bolt Creek Fire and ended up here. The prices are hit and miss, with some being cheaper than what you'd expect while others are steep. All in all it provides a satisfactory experience with a small town vibe.

I am editing my review. This business supports Federally Recognized hate groups. A person recently wore a KKK shirt, pins, and loaded gun as he worked the checkout, and the owners have made zero statement in over a week, other than to say they support Freedom of Speech, even though wearing a hate group shirt and an open carry gun isnt covered by 1A due to incitement laws. This includes Duval Family Grocer and Sultan Red Apple.They dont support the valley, just the white people who hate other races.

While some items may be a bit more expensive than stores like Safeway (only a few items are like this) it is definitely worth it to pay a little extra than to have to drive all the way to Monroe. I am so happy Family Grocer is here to serve this community.The employees are all great. Good personalities, great customer service and I think they represent this community well.

I loved going to this store its small store but most of the stuff i need is here and the cashier here is nice and pleasant. But not today I guess the cashier at the very back a woman,curly hair,long hair and she doesn't know how to smile. And I noticed she was eating and standing at the back of the counter , and if she's on break she should stay at the break room where she can eat and have a peaceful break not on the back of the counter. Where the customers will ask her to help with the groceries. And please if your having a bad day don't take it out on the customers stuff.

The prices are significantly higher than driving into Monroe. For one or two things is fine, but for larger shopping lists if you have the time it's worth the drive.The produce is pretty terrible.Always check expiration dates! We got home with stuff that expired months prior a couple times after moving out here and learned quickly.The staff are friendly, but it is concerning that no one wears a mask.

Pretty expensive but that's to be expected with how far out it is being the only major grocery store until the other side of the mountains. Most things aren't stocked but still found what I wanted.
