Rob is amazing. I started having issues with a Class C motorhome about 7 miles away... which ultimately wound up being that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I was able to ever so slowly, with many stallouts, make it to his place.Rob luckily had the part in hand and he was there past closing time installing it for me to get back on the road.Most of all though, both Rob and his entire staff were awesome letting me hang out with my dog for the few hours it took - giving my dog treats, water, and attention while we waited. They were all great to interact with, and Rob gave me a bunch of other tips and advice as he explained what happened and then after fixing it on where to consider camping for the night (now that I was half a day behind in my travels).I really can't explain how thankful I was that, if I had to have this issue, that it happened not far from Rob's shop. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a mechanic. THANK YOU!

Dropped truck off on Thursday 4th of june called daily to check and see if they found my oil leak they constantly told me that they have "driven it" with dye in the oil to try and locate the leak finaly on june 10th i went down there to pick up my truck after being told daily there was no leak. When i arrived i paid 180 dollars for the dye and a new battery i never asked for and after a whopping 20min drive home no oil

Absolutely fantastic!! Our RV and truck had to be towed off White Pass (due to truck trouble) in the middle of the night on Thursday, 9/2/21 and we were delivered here (our second bout with this shop over many years, both of which were outstanding). Friday morning, when their mechanic got in, although very busy in the shop, he jumped right on our truck!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, accurate and patient while making swift work of our problem! Even though they weren't open Saturday, they still ordered the parts we needed, to be delivered Saturday anyways and he came back in then, finished our truck and got it back to us Saturday afternoon!! HIGHLY recommend this shop and a HUGE thank you to Rob!!!

I needed a alternator for my 1994 Honda prelude and first of all they didn't have one in stock and so I had to wait 3 months and then they finally got it and it was the most expensive one on the market. When it was all said and done it cost me 650.00 dollars. For the alternator serpentine belt and windshield wipers. Installed* I only paid a thousand dollars for the car to start with.

Absolutely amazing people. Our first time setting out to find a dispersed campsite. Our second day, deep in the Gifford Pinchot forest, my car alternator began to go out. We ended up barley making it back into town to find the nearest mechanic, East County Auto Center. (Meanwhile, we had both of our dogs in the back) He tells me there is no way we would make it back home without crapping out on the side of the road. Luckily, my dad and step mom were just up at mount St. Helens, coincidentally, and were able to drop us back off at our campsite while the car was in the shop till about 3pm the next day. The shop workers were so generous and hospitable and the mechanic Rob, was kind enough to change our alternator on his day off, to help us out. The front desk worker, Mandy, was generous enough to pick me up from my campsite on a deep service road in the middle of nowhere and take me back to the shop to pick up my car the following day. (Again, on her day off as well.) They were absolutely amazing and I don’t know what we would have done without their kindness.While things were very bleak in the beginning, it ended up being complete bliss. Such a serendipitous experience. Highly recommend their service!

My girlfriend and I stopped by here because it was the only shop close that would check out our overheating SUV. We drove up from Texas and starting having troubles in Washington. When I got to the shop, there were getting ready to close, but because it was an emergency the owner decided he would look at our vehicle. There is a list of stuff that had to be done, but he and his employees did not hesitate to try and fix my problem. They let me and my girlfriend hang out for a couple of hours until they were done on the same day!! We test drove it and everything seem to work much better. Our problem was not fixed because we could not get the parts in time, but they got us up and running enough to where we could make it back home to Texas safely. And to add to that, they had amazing prices on their work. If anyone near St Helens or Mt Rainier need vehicle work, this is your place. Thank you guys so much for the help!

They are quite knowledgeable,helpful, polite and reasonably priced. I have been buying car parts here for years and have never been gouged. They offer up cheaper alternatives and will happily put new wiper blades on your car in the rain with no xtra charge.

Outstanding honest people and service. I recently took my truck to Titus Will in chehalis and had a problem diagnosed. They replaced my starter at over 1000$ to fix the issue. The issue was still present when I left. I wasn't offered a refund or even an apology. I took it to east county auto and they found a vacuum leak and fixed it for free. No starter was ever needed. Lesson learned.

Dropped my vehicle off a week and a half ago with a check engine light on and it was starting poorly just picked it up today and was told that the repairs are complete it was an exhaust manifold picked it up & got 25 minutes away and check engine light came back on and it started making the same sound It did when I dropped it off needless to say they charged me close to $700 and I have to take it back again at witch a this point I’m concerned with doing I’m extremely disappointed with this company And at this point do not recommend them!!!
