They really hit the mark here. They’re right on target to be a great store. Good, friendly service. Koala baby changing station in the restroom. That’s a life saver. Starbucks right as you walk in. I always need caffeine to get through a shopping trip. On my last trip, I saw the bottom half of a mannequin sticking out of a shopping cart. What an adventure!

Target grocery area is always well stocked for the limited items they carry. The pricing is better than most of the large grocery stores. The variety of merchandise throughout the store is well priced and well stocked. Store is always clean, and the staff seems like hard workers, with good attitudes...

Such a nice store with friendly staff, it's amazing! Really enjoyed the hustle and bustle here, good energy, well stocked, lots of choices. They even had Lysol Laundry Sanitizer! Miracle!Plus great beauty and peraonal care items and nice seasonal selections. Good store.

I go here once a week. The flu shots are free if you have insurance. It's that time of year- 🤒 no side effects. Feel just fine 🙂I shop here for just about anything, and the grocery products are reasonably good as well.

Like the easy drive up order pickup but went in the other day to get some soaps and shampoo items and some face lotion oh and toilet paper, dumped $130 !!! 😡

I've been this target many times since it's the only one in Gig Harbor. Only real problem I have is things are so expensive and you literally come out with two or three bags and it can be hundreds of dollars. So we're extremely choosy when we come here but it's clean Brite they have a new Ulta section inside of Target.

Great store for apparel… & now that Sephora is inside target.. I spent even more $ when I go there now !!One more thing—the $1 section up front is pretty disappointing these days , seeings how it’s the $5 section now.

The shopping carts are the nicest. Had everything I wanted and the checkout person was terrific. All and all a great shopping experience.

I like Target. Use to be my favorite place... It's just not the same as it use to be. Most cashier's not real personable. Alot of young kids work there who don't like to work..The staff there as well as the pharmacy use to be great a few years ago..Everyone is gone. Nobody listens when you ask them to not make bags heavy. Most of them don't know how to bag and throw everything together. Chemicals and food. Bananas on bottom .. Also those are not handled well in produce and are often bruised..Every week the prices go up..it's almost cheaper to shop at the expensive store on the peninsula. But I try to do all in one when I get my meds. And I do like shopping the clearance sales.There are a couple staff who aren't bad. But better training would be helpful.

Good place for a quick purchase. Look for the "yellow clearance cards" on the end-of-columns for some discounted items. Be sure to read the "tiny" regular price to determine IF it's worth the price. Also, check for "Best by...& Sell by..." product dates. Sometimes they "forget" to move the items...

CVS pharmacy has major issues. Never experienced a pharmacy where they wont order your prescription to fill and tell you that you need to go somewhere else. Don’t go between 3-7 if you want to stand in line for over 20 minutes . Not enough staffing to make sure you get checked out.

Really nice store with friendly staff. A lovely cashier by the name of Joni, I believe, helped us and made my day. She was so friendly and funny! The Starbucks baristas were also super friendly and patient with us.

I’ve never been to a target where the cashiers are so lazy, the consumer has to bag our own items. No wonder why the self check out line was longer than the lines with human cashiers. Might as well fire the cashiers and put self check out at all the registers.

We love this Target. Today, my husband went to look for an item for me that I saw was available online and in stock at this location. He asked three different people for its location and they all said they don't have it. However, he persisted and went to customer service and a sweet young lady named Natalie took the time to go back to their stock shelves and found the item I despite needed. Thank you, Natalie, for going the extra mile for us! This store is bright, clean and always welcoming. Keep up the good work.

cleanest, most clutter free Target I have been inside of. Nothing was tossed in heaps on shelves even in the clearance sections. Sam assisted me when I needed help identifying the correct item to purchase from Baby Registry. The floor model price had not been updated so I was confused. She offered me the lower price without hesitation. I was speechless! In a good way. Colby assisted me at checkout and took additional time to help me get item removed from registry so it would not be duplicated. Everyone was so incredible nice. Outstanding personal I came in contact with today

It was very hard to discover what they had in the way of pens and stationary type things because apparently I missed the entire section in the back part because they had part of it up near the check stand areas over by the makeup. So I was quite disappointed to find no selection, even had one of the workers directing me for some of the pens that she used and enjoyed .So I chose accordingly to what was before me. Needless to say once I find my receipt the ones I purchased are going back. It would have been nice considering I travel to get to that Target if things would have been a little bit easier navigated. Gig harbor seems to be more expensive than Tacoma for sure.

I LOVE Target! I love their deals (last two times I shopped, I surprisingly received $10 gift cards at checkout); I love their roving checkers - when the lines are long they often send out roving checkers to get you on your way with their portable checkout devices - super fast, helpful and easy! I mean, come on... who doesn’t love Target???

Very happy with the Target curbside pickup. They are very fast to pick your items and the time waiting once you get there is very short. Make sure you use their app and notify that you are on your way. Their prices are great and the 5% off using Red Card is awesome.

I like the store in general. It seems clean and well kept. The employees seem friendly. I can get in and out fairly easy.My biggest qualm is the women's restroom. The general manager seems to take zero pride in up keeping the restroom. I understand that restrooms don't drive sales, but it sets the tone of whether management is on their game or not. The stall doors barely close, there are broken tiles, tons of old screw holes in the metal stall dividers and doors, worn out surfaces everywhere you look, it's not especially clean. Yesterday the large stall had (what I'm hoping was coffee/beverage) sprayed across the stall wall. One of the regular stalls was completely taped shut at the seams with clear packing tape and had a sign that read "out of order". The main dispenser of paper towels was completely out. I would have taken photos, but that just doesn't seem appropriate in a restroom setting.Management: Please show that you can properly manage and have maintenance or a contractor make some much needed improvements to your restroom.

Customer service was amazing! There was a line for returns and another gentleman came out asking for those In line with online orders to get the line moving. He was very polite and chipper. We ordered an item online and I received a text that it was ready to be picked up within 30 minutes of ordering. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes during this crazy holiday shopping season!

I made a large purchase online with my debit card for some clothing for my daughter, first time shopping with Target. It took forever for items to slowly ship out (and charge my account, which meant charges trickled in making it difficult to see what i was actually being billed for.) Shipping took forever, Many items were late but eventually after nearly 3 weeks, the whole order came in. I had to return a few pieces at my local store as even tho they were sized for a child, they were so large they fit my adult mother who wears a size 18. I was very irritated when I went to return them that my order was processed as a credit transaction even tho I paid with a debit card. Meaning I would not get my refund for quite some time. I always pay with debit because I like that the charges to come out instantly and if there's any returns, I can get my cash back instantly instead of waiting for Target to send it to my bank and my bank to process it. I was offered store credit but honestly this whole thing has been a nightmare I cant say I will EVER willingly shop or order anything from Target. I was also charged a bag fee for the 2 items that I had to pick up as there was no option to ship, even tho I brought my own bag in. It was only 5cents but I still think they should have waved that when I picked up the 2 items instore. I spent about 10 minutes in the store walking around and looking at things, many of the items I was looking for were out of stock with big holes in the shelves. Overall Im not very impressed, the employee's weren't any help, and I would not recommend Target in store or online. What a disappointment.

Usually I really like going to Target. The staff is usually helpful and friendly so this rating is based on today's experience only. An item I was trying to purchase was ringing up at the regular price not the sale price. I told the cashier and he called a woman over. She called someone to check the price. They said they didn't see any signs it was on sale. The woman didn't seem to care, said sorry in a rather indifferent way and left. I sent my daughter back to take a picture of the sign. Low and behold they are on sale. She was basically calling me a liar and offered no remedy to the problem. Not a good quality employee in my opinion.

The communication and customer service with the red card is horrible. I have had the card since 2010 and have spent thousands on my card. I’m the middle of my divorce and switching accounts, you closed my card due to a transaction being returned. I paid the fee and made it right. I Apologized for the miscommunication. You canceled my card for good without even one opportunity to try again. This is beyond disappointed since I had never had any issues before this isolated incident. I have experience numerous card issues, in store issues, online shopping issues to just name a few and I always went back because of my red card savings. Since I no longer have the card I will be taking my business elsewhere. I can get the same items on amazon and I don’t have to worry about an in person or over the phone customer service issue for the same price or lower. Very disappointed in target and this policy.
