My husband wanted breakfast, I wanted a coffee, so we hopped on over to Starbucks for both and one drive thru. He was pleasantly surprised with his meal. He wanted something to eat that looked like something he himself would make. He said he would stop again, and of course my delicious over the top coffee was absolutely delightful!Parking: Since the mall is right next door, it's impossible not to have a parking space.

I love the interior and the staff at this Starbucks location. Inside is the place to relax and forget the pressure and stress of the day. The baristas are some of the finest and helpful and courteous. I always enjoy my experience whenever I have the opportunity. The parking is plentiful. The inside has multiple alcoves that seem to offer a different experience.

ATTN: Very dangerous Starbucks for individuals with allergies or those have dietary restrictions such as diabetic individuals. This Starbucks does not follow recipes. The staff members will go out of their way to craft drinks improperly depending on their mood with a customer. Employees joke and laugh about intentionally putting wrong ingredients into customers cups. If you custom order a beverage they will on purpose make your drink wrong. My most recent encounter with this is, I ordered an iced skinny caramel macchiato. It came with whole milk. The caramel drizzle lattice, that was supposed to be on top of the shots, was dumped into giant singular wad 2 inches high at the bottom of my cup.

Every time I’ve gone here, I’ve waited 15-20 minutes for an order. Today they were out of an item I mobile ordered, and after getting to the window, I was offered a refund or a different item. I asked for a refund, and they went and asked about doing a refund. Came back and offered me food or a refund again. Had to go get a second person to process the refund after I asked for a refund again.

Updated 5/1/25Marcus provides phenomenal customer service! I don't normally go inside but for his friendly upbeat personality I will make a point to more often. I'm truly appreciate all the employees at this location.Felicia is my favorite barista but they all provide a smile and amazing service!

Called 45 minutes ahead and placed an order for a traveler. I was told that it would be ready when I arrived. When I arrived, I went directly to the counter where the pickup orders are available. No traveler. I inquired, and was told I needed to stand in the line. After waiting in line for several minutes for the other customers to get service, I finally spoke to someone who said that they would begin brewing the coffee for my order. I was able to pay but had to wait an additional amount of time before I could get the traveler and leave. What’s the point of calling ahead?

Easy right off the hwy 16 on the westbound side, at exit Wollochet Dr. There is usually a line of 6+ cars, but the staff crew move us through quickly. This location serves a lot of vacation travelers and the daily commuters. Every time I come through; the staff is so friendly.Inside, is cozy. You have 1 long table for a large working party. Plenty of power ports. If you plan on settling down, parking is pretty tight. There's about 8 spots in front of a narrow parking lane. Drivers don't tend to be in too much of a rush, and are mindful of those backing out to leave.

This Starbucks location is extremely busy but the staff is very friendly and fast. They sometimes mess up my drink completely bit they are always happy to quickly remake it on the fly to ensure it's correct and that their patrons are happy.

By far one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff is beyond awesome AND they are always slammed. Despite being bust constantly, they are always very friendly and they get the coffee out SO quick. Whomever is hiring at this location is just doing an amazing job. Love this store

During our visit an older lady was very unpleasant and was seen by my husband walking around the lobby with no mask on. I think she may have been the manager of this location which is disheartening as leaders should be compliant with state mandates.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced at the drive through window at a Starbucks. I know my order can be slightly complex but the staff at the window had an attitude when I kindly asked her to fix my drink. This isn't the first time I've experienced rude behavior here and I only recommend this location in an emergency. Yikes.

The drive through was really fast. The lady who helped us was quite friendly. When we realized our drink wasn’t right, she remade it right away. This new location is very clean and well laid out. I was satisfied with the service and coffee.

Baristas too busy to look up and greet or ask which mobile order I'm waiting on. After 5 minutes of patiently hovering, barista engages a customer who has just walked in, apparently returning, dissatisfied with her drink. Turns out she had taken my drink, a short black pike. The drink mixup is understandable, no excuse for ignoring a customer.

Stopped at Starbucks drivethru on Kimble in Gig Harbor this morning at 7:58am. I ordered a 16oz Mocha. I was not offered whipped cream and the drink had none. I drove off and let it cool a bit to drink. Sadly, this was the WORST Mocha I have EVER had. It had maybe 1 pump of chocolate, or maybe the chocolate was diluted? Either way it had somewhere between very little to no Mocha flavor. (And it cost me $5 and change-waste of money.). Are Starbucks Mochas always this bad? Was the Barista asleep, or stoned, or just didn’t care, or is the mermaid so cheap they just make a miserable Mocha? I’m not going to try another, so someone else will have to investigate. PS if you want a GREAT Mocha go to the Madrona Cafe in Key Center.

Wow! Super fast service, and by far the friendliest baristas I've ever spoken to at a Starbucks.Every since person behind the counter greeted me and asked me how my day was going, I'll definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Nice location, nice staff, good coffee, but drive through is a pain during peak hours. Because of this I suggest avoid peak hours if you are looking to utilize the drive through since their line blends in with burger king, and it is basically turns into the width of 1 car after you enter from the main street.God forbid if you or someone else needs to turn around or gets confused on which line is to which establishment. I sat behind a poor guy in a very large truck that had a change of heart on either coffee or whoppers, and attempted to turn around to avoid the drive through he mistakenly was ok-ey doked into entering. With the grace of hippopotamus attempting ice skating; four cars in front and behind the truck strategically maneuvered just enough so he could make a 10 point turn to exit the line. He likely will avoid either drive through in the future after his experience.
